Democrat lawfare expedition ends with a butt-kick to CNN

Talking heads on CNN are wringing their hands and near weeping because the Democrat network founded by Turner is failing to convict Trump of anything. It just got comical after President Biden called out for cooling off the hot, angry, vindictive red-vs-blue jousting which this morning scorched the airwaves across America and around the world a day after Biden’s genteel plea for unity.

The rebound on this are loud cheers for Trump according to FPM writers in seven countries who when asked said just that about their local environs.

‘The whole point of laying these charges was to take Trump off the ballot and out of public life. It was hastily done and every step of the way the process is broken, including the rapid unofficial random appointment of Jack Smith [paraphrased],’ advisors/consultants to CNN said on the air early this morning, Central Time.

CNN from Milwaukee, Wisconsin has clarified that Joe Biden did not drop the cases that have been dropped by Judges.

U.S. District Judge Aileen M. Cannon who is overseeing Donald Trump’s classified documents case in Florida at the beginning of this month took a lenient approach to some filing deadlines in the classified documents case against former President Donald Trump in a brief order early this month. The change was made on the basis of a request from Mr. Trump’s lawyers.

Irrespective of current events, today, following a hearing on the matter of Jack Smith’s legality as a Special Prosecutor,  Judge Aileen M. Cannon quashed the entire classified documents proceeding based on her decision influenced by Supreme Court Justice Thomas and motions filed by Trump’s lawyers.

Smith’s team rejected the arguments against Smith’s appointment in hearings before the U.S. District Judge Cannon in June.

“In the end, it seems the Executive’s growing comfort in appointing ‘regulatory’ special counsels in the more recent era has followed an ad hoc pattern with little judicial scrutiny,” reads a section of Cannon’s ruling.

In other words the ‘regulatory’ special counsels are being appointed by the political side of the government to achieve certain political objectives and the U.S. Constitution’s regulations on appointments was being ignored, suggest three lawyers FPM discussed the matter with, ‘at this very early point in the process,’ they emphasized suggesting the whole matter will be reviewed on appeal but in their opinions it certainly appears that Justice Thomas and District Court Judge Cannon are “spot on”.

District Judge Aileen Cannon recently held a fiery hearing on the matter and today released her decision irrespective of the current events.

Judge Cannon’s decision is supported by many scholars who tend to agree with Justice Clarence Thomas that questionably appointed Prosecutor Jack Smith did not qualify for the appointment as special counsel and had no authority to bring the federal case against Donald Trump. Jack Smith is a private citizen and has never been confirmed by the U.S. Senate.

This case cannot go forward“, says the Judge.

Judge throws out case against Trump and CNN goes to war despite Biden warning about cooling it down on the political rhetoric.

[Ed. Note: “Donald Trump has been given a gift”, “by a Trump-appointed Judge” This is a lie and the matter was heard in a hearing after Justice Clarence Thomas declared the appointment of Jack Smith was unconstitutional and ipso facto purely political lawfare that was broken.]

CNN seems totally panicked at Judge Cannon’s “This case cannot go forward, it’s unconstitutional”, says the Judge in the classified documents case against Donald Trump. Her decision is backed by every legal expert opinion FPM obtained with the cavaet that correcting the procedural issue, an appeal could be filed, and the process renewed while taking the proper steps to appoint a new Special Counsel.

“Jack smith is not going to take this lying down,” said CNN’s anchor this morning.
