Most of the “report” of Pramila Patten (above), the UN Special Representative of the Secretary-General on Sexual Violence in Conflict uses key phrases and talking points from the Netanyahu propaganda campaign according to detailed computer analysis. The “report” is not an investigation and contains unfounded and dubious testimonies from propagandists. It is a gossipy travesty and an insult to all women in the world using false rape claims as a justification for killing 20,000 women and their children in Gaza.
Professionals are aghast at the audacity of the UN trying to justify Genocide with this disingenuous submission of false rape claims. Rape of women is a serious matter. It is no joke and it is not intended for this kind of political nonsense taken from an August 2023 plan of action within the Netanyahu government.
At the invitation of the Netanyahu Government, in the midst of an organized propaganda campaign, Special Representative of the Secretary-General (SRSG) Pramila Patten led an official United Nations visit to Israel to meet with Netanyahu government propagandists, supported by a team of technical experts, from 29 January to 14 February 2024. The objective of the visit was to gather, analyze and verify allegations of conflict-related sexual violence reportedly committed during the brutal, Hamas-led terror attacks of 7 October 2023 and in its aftermath, given the absence of relevant UN entities operating in Israel, in order to inform reporting in the exercise of her mandate, including to the United Nations Security Council.

A Rape Kit or ‘forensic exam’ is an evidence collecting process conducted by licensed medical practitioners. It is needed by law enforcement and by the Court of jurisdiction. If it is not done, ‘no rape happened’ is the unfortunate conclusion of prosecutors and courts around the world. Beware of this fact.

“A sexual assault forensic exam is an onerous task for the survivor, but it is also part of the support process.” FPM.news interviews an examiner who explains the following.
“Such examinations can take anywhere from twenty minutes to all day to complete depending on the examiner’s experience level, the organization and experience levels of the clinic, and how well the survivor has been briefed and able to communicate. Sometimes the communication is difficult.
“The RINJ Foundation trains examiners to also be counsellors. When needed, a psychologist might be assigned to a case if indications are noted by the intake or attending professionals.

“Communication between the examiner and the survivor is crucial because the collecting of evidence is directed by the survivor at least 60%. There is a pattern to be followed even if the outcome is a negative such as fingernail scrapings and self defence wounds. Courts need this information,” explains the examiner who will not be identified for security reasons.
“Identification of the assailant(s) is helped by collecting skin samples, hair samples, bodily fluids and other evidence. For example, the survivor says, ‘I was brushing my hair and hit him with my hairbrush right in the mouth and made his lip bleed’, an investigator is sent immediately to obtain that hairbrush from which DNS samples will be extracted. The garments warn by the survivor at the material time are taken into evidence, bagged and tagged under the assumption that blood spatter may have reached those garments. All evidence rules must be followed. The investigator under the direction of the examiner will then be responsible for restricting the chain of possession of the evidence to the forensic lab doing the analysis,” she explained.
“Netanyahu’s & Biden’s Oct. 7 false rape claims taint jury pools & deny justice to women survivors around the world. Only justice can help us exit this darkness and heal,” say survivors and their lawyers when asked about the current crisis and its impact on them.
