Joe Biden promised to reunite Trump-confiscated kids but NGO still wants Trump / Pence Jailed.

The RINJ women’s group’s US investigators  alleged there never was a plan to track the families or their children that Trump confiscated as a deterrent to immigrant families.

The group published a warning statement and began plastering posters with their message at airports and points of entry into the United States. Several women were arrested in the process.

“Be wary of a United States policy change that violates your human rights by confiscating your children if you enter the US without a visa. The USA has been placing children in federal foster care system that is completely dysfunctional. By the time your prosecution is finished, nobody will know where your children are to be found. There are hundreds of Missing Children already. May 2018 – This warning in Place Until Further Notice.”

The RINJ group claimed in 2017 that the system in place for detaining unaccompanied migrant children was flawed and that the same broken system that mostly pushed unaccompanied migrant children into alleged foster homes that were actually gateways to child sex slavery rings was being used to detain children who were being confiscated from migrant parents.

RINJ Women’s group endorses Biden / Harris team and lauds the decision to create a Task Force to reunite Trump-confiscated children. But the group has issued a caveat. “Joe Biden and his resolve to reunite children with their families will not save Donald Trump and Michael Pence from prison,” says human rights group. The women’s group has been correct in its allegations.

Many more than 545 children separated at the American/Mexico border cannot be found or are separated from their families.

“This matter will not go away,” says the angry feminist and leader of the global women’s group.

“The human rights case against Trump for child confiscation is still moving forward,” says Katie Alsop of The RINJ Foundation, a global human rights group that has filed an official complaint to the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights against the Donald Trump Administration.

“We want Trump and Pence imprisoned. Ripping children from the arms of their mothers is not going to stand under any circumstance. There are no mitigating factors. This is a crime, an atrocity of no comparison except to the heinous atrocities of Adolf Hitler,” says Alsop. “Joe Biden and his resolve to reunite children with their families will not save Donald Trump and Michael Pence from prison,” she added.

“The kids were ripped from their [migrant mothers] arms and separated… it’s criminal,” says Joe Biden today with almost the same passion.

“On June 26, 2018, US District Judge Dana Sabraw issued a nationwide preliminary injunction against the family separation policy and ordered that all children be reunited with their parents within 30 days. Two months later many parents and children remained separated.” (Citing Wikipedia, a neutral source)

“Trump failed to effectively comply with the Federal Court Order. He believes he is above all law,” says the head of the US-based investigation team.

“Today, hundreds of children have not been reunited with their families in accordance with a US Federal Court Order that demanded the Trump Administration fix the problem. This is not the first time Donald Trump has scoffed at US Courts of Law,” explains Monique Deslauriers, the American Director of RINJ Women.

“Lawyers have hired investigators to travel and find the parents but to no avail because they say that the information coming from government agencies is inadequate and or inaccurate,” notes Deslauriers.

Trump Administration Ignored a Court Order to stop confiscating children.

Citing an issue brief published by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Office of Inspector General (OIG):

“Beginning in the summer of 2017, before the formal announcement of the zero-tolerance policy, ORR staff saw a steep increase in the number of children who had been separated from a parent or guardian by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and subsequently referred to ORR for care. On June 26, 2018, the court in Ms. L v. ICE directed the Federal government to stop separating parents and children at the border (except in limited circumstances) and to identify qualifying children in ORR care on that date and reunite them with their parents. In response to this order, in July 2018, ORR certified a list of 2,654 children that ORR believed to be separated from parents who met the Ms. L v ICE class definition. As a result of revisions made throughout the fall and winter of 2018, the Department ultimately identified 2,737 separated children in its care who were children of Ms. L class members and were eligible for reunification.” (Citing an issue brief published  by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Office of Inspector General (OIG).)
