Every day from now on, America will pay the price of partnering with the non-state, child-soldier, terror group: PKK / YPG.
Having decided years ago to partner with a non-state terrorist militia, the United States has little to no credibility as a partner anywhere. Washington has been duped by the Pentagon and has pumped hundreds of millions into arming the terrorists in the Syrian Terror-Corridor. Those ordnance are now killing innocent civilians in Turkey.
“If the promises are kept until Tuesday evening, the safe zone issue will be resolved. If it fails, the operation… will start the minute 120 hours are over,” Erdogan told reporters.

Joining America is Britain and France. YPG/PKK (disowned by most Kurds) have a headquarters office in Moscow and they are a Marxist/Leninist terrorist army without any form of statehood. They cannot be anyone’s ally except maybe Daesh with which PKK has worked closely, in drug and human trafficking commercial crimes.
After weeks of attacking its NATO ally Turkey and issuing sanctions against its ally, America has backed off a little while PKK / YPG has begun to punish the USA by releasing Daesh inmates and launching attacks against civilians.

PKK / YPG terrorists and presumably the US military, are now violating the terms of a new, historic “pause-agreement” in the Syrian Terror-Corridor which is occupied by PKK / YPG terrorists. That agreement calls for PKK / YPG terrorists withdrawal and their destruction of their underground tunnels and armament stores.
US Armed Forces with PKK / YPG terrorists have no intention of Upholding the Pence/Erdogan Agreement
The US Armed Armed Forces in Syria is working against the United States President, it seems. Despite the great success in achieving a pause in aggressive actions by Turkey against the American-armed PKK / YPG terrorists along the Turkish border, the USA has failed to achieve the promised PKK / YPG withdrawal from the 32 km “Safe-Zone”.
Turkish Armed Forces are destroying munitions dumps, tunnels and suicide bomb factories of the YPG in several border towns along the Syrian side of the Syria/Turkey border.
Not Pence but the people who are supposed to be backing Mike Pence have botched his brilliant and historic piece of work.
Each side got exactly what they wanted. Messrs. Erdogan and Pence made a Thursday hallmark deal to end hostilities and spare lives in Northern Syria. They made it work despite a rocky start.
Both men, Erdogan and Pence, are well suited to negotiate even the toughest of deals because they are both intelligent, dedicated, straight-edge people (apart from the problem Pence has with a shady taskmaster).
Sources said there is a lot of fine print in the deal that has not been shared with other partners although that may happen when Mr. Erdogan meets with Vladimir Putin next week.

One thing Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham (HTS), Islamic State (Da’esh), PKK / YPG have in common in Syria is that they are all non-state terrorist groups.
Each of these terrorist groups have been conducting unlawful activities ranging from commercial crime and suicide bombing missions against unarmed civilians to genocide.
One thing that USA, Russia, Iran, Britain, and France have in common is that they have military forces in Syria and they should not be there. Syria seems to be a pie which many countries want to slice.

The solution to the Syrian crisis, in its latest incarnation, is to be found by putting all the sides in one room to thrash out a political compromise. No more ordnance. No more guns. Just work it out between the states. Non-state armed militias must disarm or be jailed. Read: Syria needs nonviolent political compromise.
