The United States has been embroiled in partisan political warfare for many years. That turmoil has created a significant security vulnerability. Americans are malleable.
Americans seem to believe just about anything, no matter how uncouth and unreasonable, if it comes in the form of talking points for their political party.

According to many reports and anecdotal accounts this divisiveness has divided the country significantly along political party lines that are not based on doctrine but that are built on slurs.
And then comes along is Alexander S. Vindman, the epitome of neutrality, integrity and honesty.
Like the so-called “whistle blower” whom the US President has morbidly endangered by implying that person should be hung as a traitor, Trump and his millions of followers driven by “FoxNews” commentators have begun denigrating what may well be the best America has to offer.
Following a tour of duty, what does it feel like to come home to this turmoil in America?
Interviewing a nurse, Monique Deslauriers, returning from the Syria to Maine, USA, FPM.news asked the veteran medical practitioner what it is like to come home to America at this time, with all this going on.
While many Americans serve overseas, the United States is changing. For example, there is reportedly much anger, and visibly on social media, much controversy over increasing volumes of evidence that US President Donald Trump won the 2016 Presidential Election in the US with substantial illegal funding and interference from foreign actors—the Russian Federation.
Additionally, substantial evidence has emerged to imply that Trump has been using about $400 million of the taxpayer’s money to extort 2020 election campaign support from the new President of Ukraine. Trump has also been confounding this convolution by trying to get that same President of the Ukraine to say that Ukraine, not Russia, was involved in the 2016 election meddling.
It is hard to appreciate why anyone would be surprised at those unlawful antics knowing that Donald Trump is an alleged rapist; an alleged real estate con artist; an alleged multi-bankruptcy cheat; and a TV ‘reality show bully’ personality.
“I feel like Dorothy in a Kansas tornado,” responded Ms. Deslauriers. “Here in Maine, people were once very civil and courteous with each other when discussing politics, but now I am very uncomfortable with what is happening. Verbal and even physical violence has replaced civility.”
FPM.news asked her if she had kept up with the Robert Mueller (2017-2019 investigation report) during her postings in Syria and Iraq. Also FPM.news asked if she is aware of the various elements of the recent presidential impeachment process.
She responded that she had read the indictments and the allegations against Russia through her university press.
“I could see what Russia and Facebook were doing with the elections because a friend who was posted to the Philippines told me about what Facebook did there to get that strongman Duterte to take over the presidency of that country. They were doing the same fake criticisms if the good candidates in the USA, we thought.”
A vulnerable America was ripe for exploitation and a turn against core values.
America has suffered foreign interference in its democratic processes according to the Russian Internet_Research_Agency_indictment and the Netyksho_et_al_indictment filed in the District of Columbia by the government of the United States against over a dozen persons and at least two corporations in Russia. The Russian Federation is also accused of malfeasance in these very credible indictments.
That Russia and Facebook interfered in the US elections of 2016 there is very little doubt if the findings and the indictments made as a result of the Robert Mueller inquiry are to be believed. More than that, Facebook users are anecdotally giving testimony to support US government allegations the accused in the indictments.
“I have been on Facebook since it started,” noted Monique Deslaurier. “But now I am a critic and watch them like a hawk. Before that I was on Myspace which I now regret leaving.”
“Many of my fellow students in 2004 and 2005 created Facebook as students who flocked from Myspace to something of our own—we had to prove we were kids going to school,” she added.
Once Facebook started allowing adults to be included, we began losing interest and all Facebook wanted to do was make money from every type of criminal behaviour you could imagine. That’s how I joined RINJ Women when Facebook was making millions of dollars by promoting rape and misogyny,” she added. “We fought against that exploitation of women.”

“I can’t believe how harshly Americans are now treating immigrants who became serving military team members. Alexander S. Vindman’s treatment is exactly how I am being treated by Homeland Security and by Immigration after coming home. I faced less tension when Russian bombs were exploding all around me.”
Alexander S. Vindman is just a name in the news to many Americans but to a few who have served their country overseas, he is a person to whom they will pay attention.
“Exploding car bombs, exploding suicide vests and roadside bombs are what Iraq was all about,” said Monique who had a lot to say about IEDs (improvised explosive devices used by jihadists).
“For months at a time I was on duty in Urgent Care doing intake and primary care for children, women and men who had been mutilated by these horrible devices that were packed with nails, ball bearings, steel bolts and nuts, broken old razor blades, iron car parts and junk. If a patient survives these things, they are my hero. The pain, trauma, anguish, horror, shock—its barely survivable. The patient is overwhelmed with a sense of unfairness and misfortune. Sometimes they die from shock and sadness.”
Mr. Alexander S. Vindman is one of a great number of American heros who survived the horror of the debilitating IEDs planted by criminal jihadists in Iraq.
Extraordinarily, Lt. Colonel Vindman continued in the service of his country. Three of his children, who most assuredly are inspired by their father’s incredible devotion to God and country, are also serving patriots.

“They blocked military assistance prior to our telephone conversation, but the issue had not been discussed during the conversation. I mean, I didn’t even know.
