In 2016, seven electoral College Votes (ECV) were cast by faithless electors who switched sides. They did not vote for the candidate who won the popular vote in their state. In August 2019, a federal appeals court judge panel said that was OK.
“The text of the Constitution makes clear that [American State Government] do not have the constitutional authority to interfere with presidential electors [of the Electoral College] who exercise their constitutional right to vote for the president and vice president candidates of their choice,” the court ruled. On July 6, 2020, the Supreme Court ruled in Chiafolo v. Washington that state laws penalizing or replacing faithless electors are constitutionally valid. Russia knows the drill here and is staying mum. Putin says he will wait to see who is inaugurated by noon 20 January 2021, or words to that effect.

On 6 January 2021, or thereabouts, the Senate and House of Representatives assemble at 1:00 p.m. in a joint session at the Capitol, in the House chamber, to count the electoral votes and declare the results (3 U.S.C. §15). The Vice President presides as President of the Senate. The Vice President opens the certificates and presents them to four tellers, two from each chamber. The tellers read and make a list of the returns. When the votes have been ascertained and counted, the tellers transmit them to the Vice President. If one of the tickets has received a majority of 270 or more electoral votes, the Vice President announces the results, which “shall be deemed a sufficient declaration of the persons, if any, elected President and Vice President.”
By that time the world will know and perhaps earlier by mid-December, if Trump has been able to obtain the cooperation of enough State governments to use the Electoral College to overturn the Biden election.
Even Mike Pompeo who has been out of the country adamantly says that Donald Trump will be inaugurated on 20 January despite Biden / Harris winning the election.
Not every American politician is unwise to this folly. Elizabeth Warren in 2019/2020 campaigned in her Presidential nominee bid to eliminate the Electoral College.
Undermining confidence in the USA electoral system is key to Donald Trump’s Kremlin-authored plan to hijack the electoral college. Counters can recount day and night until January, but if the Electoral College is a GOP cadre, the votes mean nothing.
Trump’s own people have claimed in advance that any effort to cause confusion, “sow chaos, and undermine your confidence in American democracy”, is conducted by Iran and Russia, not Trump.

These voters are supposed to vote in accordance with the vote count, but a partisan state government can send any electors it wants to send in January. That is likely why Trump lawyers are trying to get the Pennsylvania Secretary of State sacked because he is not going along with the scam.

Then came the Pandemic and a new Opportunity. Trump would need to convince his own followers to ignore the pandemic and vote in person. This way he could identify millions of democrat votes as being mailed, and quash them.
The pandemic was a curve ball at first but with the COVID-19 raging through the country, voters would either mail their ballot, or walk into a polling station. Trump set out to arrange that Democrats mail their votes and his supporters voted in person. The congestion ran for weeks and Trump supporters lined up for hours. democrats in the millions mailed their ballots.
Mailing ballots complies with CDC COVID-19 guidelines to avoid crowds and the strong “stay home” guideline for seniors and vulnerable citizens.
Trump, used the White House bully pulpit and super spreader rallies to message his followers to attend the voting stations in person. He then sabotaged the US Postal Service putting Louis DeJoy in place to slow the service down by many weeks so that COVID-19-conscious Democrat voters’ ballots would never make it to the count on time.
Then Trump used law firms like Jones Day and Porter Wrightto file actions demanding that courts impose restrictions on how long election officials could wait for ballots to come through a mail system Trump had crippled.
Military under control; College of Electors hijacked, SCOTUS stacked; law firms, militias pumped; Trump steals the election.
Despite subdued opposition from hundreds of Republicans, carefully worded support for the Trump campaign’s undermining of the US electoral process, is coming from Vladimir Putin, with the Kremlin’s help, against the American electoral process which by now has a reputation in tatters.
“The abrupt firing of Secretary Esper is disturbing evidence that President Trump is intent on using his final days in office to sow chaos in our American democracy and around the world,” said US House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-California.
Americans can expect a military enforcement of a coerced, bribed, extorted, or politically leveraged bypass of the 3 November ballot box vote-count when the appointment of “Electoral College” voters favorable to the GOP and Donald Trump, replace the legitimate “Electoral College”.

Donald Trump’s rallying cry to his 70 million voters including those he has been pumping up at political rallies for weeks is “WE WILL WIN”.
“The world should have every confidence that the transition necessary to ensure that the State Department is functional today – successful today and successful with a president who is in office on Jan. 20 a minute after noon will also be successful,” says Michael Pompeo, Donald Trump’s secretary of State.
Every smug-faced public backer of Donald Trump is on the scheme. Michael Pompeo desperately wants four more years on the job as Secretary of State. He loves running around the world on silver wings and red carpets being a pompous prick threatening one country after another.
William Barr is hard to read on this but he surely does not want to end up like Jeffrey Epstein who threatened Trump he might spill his information of Trump’s sex with minors according to a RINJ Foundation witness.
In Barr’s case, Trump has threatened the Attorney General with mayhem for not prosecuting Biden, Clinton and Obama. Lindsey Graham and others like Sen. Mitch McConnell are in the middle of the conspiracy to undermine the election process, each making up heir own justifications for the malfeasance.
In Graham’s case he claims the actions to scuttle the 2020 election and mail-in ballots is to prevent Democrats from voting to prevent a Republican President.
“Mitch McConnell and I need to come up with an oversight of mail-in balloting. If we don’t do something about voting by mail, we are going to lose the ability to elect a Republican in this country,” said Graham on Monday as a further step in undermining the US election process and preparing the country for the rational for sexing the Electoral College process.
In each case, All The President’s Men are telling a story that would in the end explain and allow for Trump to order the State leaders favourable to his Presidency to concoct a bevy of electors to vote for Trump in January at the convening of the Electoral College.
This is a rehearsed script.
As Michael Pompeo already slipped, when he said to a questioner at a press conference this week that despite Joe Biden winning the election, there will be a smooth transition of power from Donald Trump to Donald Trump on Wednesday 20 January 2021.
“The inauguration of the president of the United States is a ceremony to mark the commencement of a new four-year term of the president of the United States. This is right out of Vladimir Putin’s playbook. Putin has a lot of experience, decades, of election rigging. He is doing it now and has has done it before in Russia and Belarus. He runs Russia for Russia and himself so nobody complains much. If they do, they eat Novichok.

Trump has stacked the US Supreme Court and already has launched anticipatory legal actions in over two dozen states including “swing states”. The Atlantic’s disturbing report confirmed what the scuttlebutt was saying, but now women insider accounts point to the Trump regime asking friendly state legislators in battleground states, where the Republicans have a legislative majority, or where blackmail, bribery or extortion is available to coerce a bypass of the state’s tabulated vote count and choose a college of electors loyal to the GOP and to Donald Trump, no matter what the outcome of the election.
“In the plan,” says a South Carolina nurse and member of the RINJ Women, a global women’s rights group, “at least 270 of the 538 electors in total, comprising what is known as the “Electoral College” will cast their electoral ballots for Donald Trump.”

Trump has already projected an excuse for his actions saying that Joe Biden will destroy America; that “China will own the United States”; Biden will “destroy the suburbs” so “no-one will be safe”; warning that, “You could say goodbye to your American dream” as the “Trojan Horse for the Radical Left Agenda”; will make America “the next Venezuela” under a Biden administration.

Russian Election Interference that has been observed
- Facebook and Google executives misled Congress in statements. The researchers suggest that Facebook “dissembled” about the IRA’s voter suppression efforts on the platform in written responses to Congress in October, following the testimony of chief operating officer Sheryl Sandberg in October. At the time, the company was asked: “Does Facebook believe that any of the content created by the Russian Internet Research Agency was designed to discourage anyone from voting?” Facebook responded: “We believe this is an assessment that can be made only by investigators with access to classified intelligence and information from all relevant companies and industries.”
- On 17 August, 2020, Roger Stone dropped an appeal of his seven felony convictions related to the House of Representatives investigation into ties between the 2016 Trump campaign and Russia. “It would have revealed tons of information.” This appeared to be a quid pro quo for Stone’s silence and Trump commuting Stone’s 40-month prison term and $20,000 fine.
- The United States Senate Select Committee on Intelligence released a final [old] report on 18 August 2020.
- The report revealed that cyber actors since at least April 2018 and continuing through time to the present to engage in a range of potential elections-related cyber incidents targeting election infrastructure using spear-phishing, database exploitation techniques, Structured Query Language (SQL) injection, and denial of service attacks, indicating continued interest in compromising the availability, confidentiality, and integrity of these systems.
- For example, on 24 August 2018, cyber security officials detected multiple attempts to illegally access the State of Vermont’s Online Voter Registration Application (OLVR), which serves as the state’s resident voter registration database, according to DHS reporting. The malicious activity included one Cross Site Scripting attempt, seven SQL injection attempts, and one attempted Denial of Service (DDoS) attack.
The report also concluded significant ties between the 2016 Trump campaign and Russia. In particular, it noted that Paul Manafort had hired the indicted Konstantin V. Kilimnik, a “Russian intelligence officer,” and that Kilimnik was possibly also connected to the 2016 hack and leak operation.
“We judge that numerous actors are regularly targeting election infrastructure, likely for different purposes, including to cause disruptive effects, steal sensitive data, and undermine confidence in the election,” concludes the report.
The Atlantic‘s Barton Gellman-authored shocking report implies the Trump campaign from the White House has already used the machinery of the US government to set in place the mechanics to bypass the 2020 election.
All through 2020, Donald Trump has been claiming that the election system is broken.
“This is Trump’s precursor warning for events yet to happen, and like most of his presidency, is done in collaboration with Russian intelligence services and the Kremlin,” says a cadre of Israeli intelligence specialists led by Simon Baldock, a regular contributor to FPM.news.

“We do not know what the Kremlin has authorized in payments for the subterfuge campaign against the US electoral process but we do see state-controlled media in Russia slamming the Biden campaign and the “election fraud” allegedly brought against Donald Trump,” says Simon Baldock, head of an Israeli security agency.
“This kind of campaign is worth tens of millions, or you just couldn’t buy that kind of editorial coverage.”
“Of course there is no evidence of any such systemic election failures except a bag of sample ballots from ‘How to fill out your ballot’, brochures set on fire, video recorded, and shared by Eric Trump on Twitter,” agent Baldock added.
“Then there was a bizarre press conference last week convened beside a sex toy store (now famous) next door to a Four Seasons Landscaping loading dock and a crematorium in upper Philadelphia. At the poorly attended presser, Rudy Giuliani, a Trump ‘fixer’ who replaced Michael Cohen, introduced a registered sex offender who claimed to be a scrutinizer in a state in which he did not reside and who couldn’t answer specific questions about what wrongdoing he saw,” continued Baldock.
