Analyzing the USA / Israel murder of Mohsen Fakhrizadeh

“Unequivocally, the United States and Israel together planned the murder of [Iranian nuclear scientist, Mohsen] Fakhrizadeh. Iran has irrefutable proof of this and is considering its options,” says a female source very close to the information but not authorized to speak on behalf of Tehran thus asked for anonymity. She did not say much more than this; a suppressed level of anger was notable. She said the killers had made some mistakes that led to their identification.

Numerous USA security officials are explaining the deaths by saying that the mysterious killings of Iran’s top nuclear scientists are intended to send a frightening message to Iran’s other top scientists and scientists around the world who might consider working on the Iranian nuclear power plants program:

If we can get him, we can get you, too.

In other words American intelligence is admitting off the record that the USA is involved in these terrorizing attacks in an effort to dissuade scientists from participating in Iranian nuclear power plant projects.

Ten months after the mass murder of a dozen officials and civilians from Iraq and Iran near the Baghdad airport, Donald Trump and another politician facing criminal investigation and accusations on other matters, have murdered five Iranians in Iran.

According to the  Fars News Agency, “Armed terrorist elements attacked the vehicle of Mohsen Fakhrizadeh, the head of the Research and Innovation Organization of the Ministry of Defense, and martyred him. According to Fars, Fakhrizadeh’s name was given to Mossad through the UN list. He was named ‘senior scientist at the Department of Defense and Armed Forces Support and former director of the Physics Research Center (PHRC)’ on the list.

“Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu mentioned the name of  Fakhrizadeh in a propaganda show two years ago, claiming that he was working on a nuclear weapons program.”

Iran’s President Hassan Rouhani, said Iran would retaliate over Mohsen Fakhrizadeh’s killing “at a time of its choosing”. Fakhrizadeh was ambushed and killed by gunmen in the town of Absard, east of the capital Tehran.

In a statement by the spokesperson for the European Union, on the killing of a government official and several civilians in Absard, Iran, it is clear the European Union leadership is not happy.

Nobody is happy about this murder.

“On 27 November 2020 in Absard, Iran,” says the European Union in a statement, “an Iranian government official and several civilians were killed in a series of violent attacks. This is a criminal act and runs counter to the principle of respect for human rights the EU stands for.

“The High Representative expresses his condolences to the family members of the individuals who were killed, while wishing a prompt recovery to any other individuals who may have been injured.

“In these uncertain times, it is more important than ever for all parties to remain calm and exercise maximum restraint in order to avoid escalation which cannot be in anyone’s interest.”

This doesn’t help the case of the United States claiming it knew nothing. (Which it has not yet done.)

WASHINGTON 16 November 2020 — President Trump asked senior advisers in an Oval Office meeting whether he had options to take action against Iran’s main nuclear site in the coming weeks. The meeting occurred a day after international inspectors reported a significant increase in the country’s stockpile of nuclear material, four current and former U.S. officials said on Monday.
A range of senior advisers dissuaded the president from moving ahead with a military strike. The advisers — including Vice President Mike Pence; Secretary of State Mike Pompeo; Christopher C. Miller, the acting defense secretary; and Gen. Mark A. Milley, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff — warned that a strike against Iran’s facilities could easily escalate into a broader conflict in the last weeks of Mr. Trump’s presidency.
