Since January FPMag writers said wear a mask. Who did not?

“When a person walks through a space that a COVID-19-infected person just sneezed or coughed into before they turned the corner or entered a building out of their sight, an unprotected respiratory system of a person walking through that space is vulnerable to infection by SARS-CoV-2,” explains nurse practitioner Michele Francis to a group of farmers in the Amazon Basin of Venezuela where people have fought oppression for years to stay alive. They are not going to as a farm-worker says, “let a little bug take me down after I fought Nicholas Maduro gangsters from taking my daughters.”

This article shares the latest evidence showing hundreds of thousands of death statistics for people who did not wear a mask when they needed to wear a mask.

“Breathing plus a small cough expelled particles from .3 micron to 5 microns that lingered for a while, the smallest for the longest time, and they are in the air people breathe,” she continues.

It might seem that there has been a wild variance in opinions on face masks around the world and without a doubt, that has killed many thousands of people.

“I am not alone,” says NP Francis.

“Many frontline medical specialists treating COVID-19 patients are asking everyone to embrace the science and wear a mask. In fact, they are begging people to wear a mask,” she explained.

“Wear a Mask,” says the world health organization.

Wear an N95 medical mask or if unavailable, wear a mask made of three pieces of different weave cloth fabric.

The COVID-19 deaths are extremely high in countries where wearing a mask has become politicized and the public distancing has failed as has mask wearing (first three nations).

It is clear that deaths are outrageously high in  countries where mask wearing and social distancing are not mandated.

And here is how to wear an N95 Mask

Strapping a piece of cloth underneath one’s nose is a slithery approach to pretending to wear a mask. In many countries that is a crime of criminal negligence with intent to cause others harm. In one country, police are ordered to shoot such persons.

Wear an N95 medical mask or if unavailable, wear a mask made of three pieces of different weave cloth fabric.

Learn how to fit test and use a NIOSH standards N95 mask.

Here is how to don and doff your N95 respirator mask, especially when you have been in high risk areas. These masks are effective according to the CDC in helping to prevent the spread of COVID-19,  Flu, swine flu and avian flu transmission from person to person.

N95 masks are designed to fit over the nose and mouth of the wearer, and properly fitted can provide excellent protection for you and from you.

Wash your hands for at least 20 seconds in a good soap  before and after touching your mask. Using a hand sanitizer is an acceptable alternative if done correctly.

Hand Sanitizer Procedure

1. Apply enough sanitizer to completely cover both hands.
2. Rub hands together, palm to palm.
3. Rub back of each hand with palm of other hand.
4. Spread sanitizer over and under fingernails
5. Spread sanitizer between fingers
6. Keep rubbing hands together until they are dry. Do not dry
with a towel.

The Mask Debate Continues like Flat-Earth Society members against Astronomy. And No-Maskers are dropping dead like flies.

The following data is available at the Civil Society Live Update Site.

Global deaths are well over 700,000. Nations with more than 2000 COVID-19 Deaths at 2 August 2020 by FPMag and Civil Society Partners.

“The world health organization actually produced videos telling people they did not need to wear masks for this respiratory illness but washing one’s hands was always a good idea. Nothing could have been more stupid and more dangerous. It is still possible to hear people talking this way,” notes Monique Deslauriers, a nurse in Calais, Maine, USA.

Presymptomatic transmission of the disease has been evident from the outset which implies that simply breathing from infected lungs aerosolized the virus. Those particles can be very small according to several scientific papers published since the outbreak in Wuhan, Huneo, China.

COVID-19 is a respiratory illness. It is in the air. Maybe not like ebola but COVID-19 is in the air because it is a respiratory illness. The SARS-CoV-2 virus
that causes COVID-19 infects the respiratory system, upper and lower, of animals, including humans.

From medRxiv. Santarpia, J.L. et al.”Aerosol and Surface Transmission Potential of SARS-CoV-2”, June 3, 2020

“During the initial isolation of 13 individuals with COVID-19 at the University of Nebraska Medical Center, we collected air and surface samples to examine viral shedding from isolated individuals. We detected viral contamination among all samples, indicating that SARS-CoV-2 may spread through both direct (droplet and person-to-person) as well as indirect mechanisms (contaminated objects and airborne transmission). Taken together, these finding support the use of airborne isolation precautions when caring for COVID-19 patients.”

From medRxiv. Ma, J. et al. “Exhaled breath is a significant source of SARS-CoV-2 emission”, June 2, 2020

Here, 35 COVID-19 subjects were recruited; exhaled breath condensate (EBC), air samples and surface swabs were collected and analyzed for SARS-CoV-2 using reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). EBC samples had the highest positive rate (16.7%, n=30), followed by surface swabs (5.4%, n=242), and air samples (3.8%, n=26). COVID-19 patients were shown to exhale SARS-CoV-2 into the air at an estimated rate of 103-105 RNA copies/min; while toilet and floor surfaces represented two important SARS-CoV-2 reservoirs. Our results imply that airborne transmission of SARS-CoV-2 plays a major role in COVID-19 spread, especially during the early stages of the disease.”

From: Feminine-Perspective Magazine:Yes. Wear a mask. Wear a NIOSH N95 & be climate conscious.

Always wear an N95 mask in the cities. You protect yourself from a lot of particulate matter plus the moisture droplets from the sneezing man who just bumped you. (Cold and flu viruses and various bacteria and even some parasites … Continue reading

“Various institutions are asking people around the world not to wear masks because their administrators feel that wearing a mask is going to increase levels of panic over the 2019-nCoV outbreak,” says Nurse Practitioner Michele Francis who is on the front lines fighting disease in Venezuela.

From: Feminine-Perspective Magazine: “Stay home. Wear an N-95 mask to get groceries. SARS-CoV-2 is in the air.”

Frontliners will not worry about PPE if there are no cases. Prevent yourself being the next case. SARS-CoV-2 is in the air and may be in your cough as well. This should concern everyone. COVID-19 is a respiratory illness. Wear am N95 mask.

It can be explained this way. If while shopping, a person coughing at one end of the store, within minutes, can put a cluster of coronavirus into another person’s lungs many aisles distant, out of line-of-sight. That is what many researchers are now indicating. This also suggests that the “stay home stay safe” mantra is a perfect fit to the crisis. Save lives and do that, says The Nurses Without Borders on their website and during their patient consultations. They also say that:

  • “A nominated stay-home-family shopper wearing an N95 mask is common sense. “
  • “Wearing a spit barrier surgery mask is somewhat pointless for healthy persons. If you are sick, coughing and sneezing, please wear any mask, even a cloth mask if that is all you have.”
  • And add that, “Shaming mask wearers is reprehensible and both government and institutions doing this must stop the diversionary practice and apologise to their public.”

One of many types of medical masks. COVID-19 is a respiratory illness hence you must protect your respiratory system. Wear a NIOSH N95 mask outside your home & near anyone in your home who has symptoms or who is quarantined. This is true for all humans without exception. Learn to fit check & wear these masks. It’s your future. Wearing a medical mask does not take one away from a frontliner it keeps you off their dying patient list.
