America brings Hollywood, then war. War is not a mute point.

Will future historians laugh or cry studying antics of Michael Pompeo and John Bolton?

Pompeo and Bolton, Emily Dickinson might say, “feeling a funeral in their brains”, bring a traveling circus of death and other hostility to independent thinking sovereign states everywhere, despite US President Donald Trump not having a clue.

What happened Tuesday at the UNSC might be a beacon warning that ordinary people should start building bomb shelters all over the world. Our leaders cannot be trusted. The patriarch has run amok?
[ Analysys ] by Micheal John

Hissing like snakes at their many enemies (comprising most of the world) these two have more hands on the nuclear weapon buttons than does the President for whom they work and the Pentagon which allegedly serves their wishes.

Is it creepy? All that hissing through Bolton’s cookie-duster mustache must leave that hairy lip the most bacteria ridden place on the planet. But that’s not why he is scary.

Look. These two cats are not trailer park boys. They may operate under the bizarre clownish leadership of the star, director and producer of “America’s greatest Con Man” which taints them. Three years of this craziness has proven, this is not getting any better. On several fronts the world is closer to major war than it has been since WWII according to Renata Dwan, director of the U.N. Institute for Disarmament Research (UNIDIR). All states with nuclear weapons have nuclear modernization programs underway.

Bolton is also a conman like all politicrats.

Typically Mr. Bolton makes perfect sense on many mute points which then allows him to slam dunk the craziness.

What Bolton is not telling the world is that behind the scenes, efforts are made to blur the lines between offensive and defensive actions. The United States has deployed non-uniform armed groups and private sector forces plus new technologies all over the world. This is a deception. Example: “We do not have military assets in Venezuela.” It’s a mute point. If a person on the crowd starts screaming about Blackwater and militia surrogates, they are treated like a lunatic.

Vladimir Putin does the same thing. He makes numerous mute points, things like his thoughts on America’s ‘MeToo-to-Mr.-Kim’ missile launch, “Given that, we have all reasons to believe that development to make it a ground launched missile – it’s a maritime based projectile – started long before (Bolton began) to look for reasons to leave the [INF] deal.” See Timing of US missile test shows it was in development long before Washington left INF.

A few mute points always precede something crazy.

Grass is green.
Sky is blue.
Snow is white.
We should nuke Norway tonight.

You can’t fault people like Bolton and Pompeo if you consider from whence they came, you just need to be careful of their style.

They are like the backroom boys of the Republican Party’s elite who needed an absolute stooge to run for President so that they could implement their wacko agenda.

Bolton and Pompeo approach the agenda from different angles. Their role is to get the job of ultra-right conservatism done.

That seems to require certain disregard for the masses of human existence.

For example, getting angry at Nicholas Maduro has led to the starvation of the Venezuelan people by Washington as well as by Maduro.

Being angry at Chairman Kim Jong-un has resulted in the malnutrition of 14 million children done by Washington DC as well as by the Pyongyang government.

He then said in an exclusive CNN interview with Wolf Blitzer on the sidelines of the 2018 G20 summit, that Donald Trump did not cancel a meeting with Vladimir Putin of Russia because of the Mueller investigation but because of an “illegal” arrest of Ukrainian sailors having a drunken party in the Kerch Strait.

Nobody is providing any kind of critical balance or sober second thought except maybe Nancy Patricia Pelosi but nobody can hear her because she is a woman in the most misogynistic patriarch the world has ever known.

NeoCon Agenda

  • Kill Iran and take its oil.
  • Ban Muslims from entering the United States of America.
  • Block the Mexican and Canadian borders to non-whites.
  • Get more free oil, even if that means starving the life out of Venezuelans and buying Greenland.
  • Sell more bombs and missiles even if that means needing to romance murdering droolers like MbS to encourage his bombing of shoppers at grocery stores, school buses, weddings and funerals.
  • Start wars to use up most of the armaments that have been sold in order to sell more.
  • Break every treaty America ever signed because rules are not for white people.
  • Build more missiles and nuclear bombs and sell some to Taiwan, then watch Taiwan and China kill each other’s non-white people off while Corporate America is selling weapons to both sides.
  • Put China out of business and steal its precious minerals.
  • Conduct secret back channel talks with Nicholas Maduro and compel him to share the gold and oil he pilfered from Venezuelans.
  • Never pay taxes again.
  • Fry that Epstein guy who fixed up old guys with 16-year-old girls while he sat rolling in the cash at a computer in a backroom churning day trades with the John‘s Swiss bank account debit cards.
  • Help oil-buddy MbS get some payback against his mutual friend of Usama who went over to the other side (the Washington Post) to deliver the editorial equivalent of a death by a thousand knives.
  • Bring back 8-Track Tapes.

The Neo-Con Agenda at the UN Security Council

At a Tuesday session of the UN Security Council, Russia’s deputy U.N. ambassador Dmitry Polyansky accused Michael Pompeo of “cobbling together a coalition against Iran, portraying that country as the sole source of problems, a kind of empire of evil, so to speak.”

“The U.S. deployment of over 70,000 troops in the region,” said Mr.Polyansky who suggested that of some 41 military installations in the Middle East, nearly all are American. He continued, saying “the unbridled flow of American weaponry into this region has turned it into a powder keg.”

That view has been shared unanimously around the globe, it seems. There was a lot of criticism from even American allies.

Vroooom! NeoCons Rev-up American Presence in MidEast

Michael Pompeo, Secretary of State of the United States, said the Trump Administration is “reviving” America’s leadership in the Middle East.

“We care about outcomes and not gestures,” Pompeo chortled, recalling claimed accomplishments of the last six months, including the dismantling of ISIL/Da’esh accomplished by the Kurds.

Pompeo strained emotionally to project that the United States supports meaningful and effective multilateral efforts. He went on to note that, with conflict still raging in Libya, more than 1.5 million Syrian refugees yet to return to their homes, radical Islamist terrorists looking for new weaknesses to exploit, Iran continues to escalate tensions in Iraq, Syria and Yemen.

Trump made America’s signature worthless by killing the Paris Accord on Climate and JCPOA

Pompeo claimed that despite America’s failure to to stay the course on the JCPOA it still wants to criticize Tehran for not honouring all the terms of an agreement the USA broke.

(“The current US Administration pulled out of the deal in 2018 and re-imposed sanctions. In July 2019, Iran reportedly breached its uranium stockpile limit, and announced its intention to continue enriching uranium, posing a more serious proliferation risk.” – United Nations Secretary General)

Pompeo claimed somewhat disingenuously, which wasn’t missed by everyone in the room, that it was actually not Iran that defied its commitments.

He implied that Iran unilaterally and without provocation threatened further expansion of its nuclear intentions, detained several tankers and fired a ballistic missile in defiance of Security Council resolutions.

Iran has not behaved in isolation in fact the JCPOA was working to the satisfaction of US-approved inspectors.

As recently as March 2019 International Atomic Energy Agency ( IAEA ) report said:

Iran’s stockpile of heavy water is 124.8 metric tons, below the 130-metric ton limit. As of the last IAEA report in November 2018, Iran had 122.8 metric tons of heavy water. IAEA inspectors confirmed that Iran shipped out 1.0 metric ton of heavy water and used 1.4 metric tons for research and development since the last report.

Iran has not pursued construction at the Arak heavy-water reactor based on the original design.

Iran is operating no more than 5,060 IR-1 centrifuges at the Fuel Enrichment Plant at Natanz for enriching uranium to no more than 3.67 percent uranium-235, as required by the JCPOA. Iran also did not withdraw any centrifuges from storage to replace broken machines since the last report.

Iran’s stockpile of uranium enriched to 3.67 percent uranium-235 is 163.8 kilograms, an increase from the 149.4 kilograms noted in the November IAEA report, but still below the limit of 300 kilograms of uranium hexafluoride enriched to 3.67 percent (which equates to 202 kilograms of uranium).

Iran has 1,020 IR-1 centrifuges, below the limit of 1,044 IR-1 centrifuges, installed at the Fordow site, and is conducting stable isotope research and development at that facility in line with JCPOA requirements.

Research and development activities using advanced centrifuges are in line with JCPOA limits.

Iran continues to provisionally implement the additional protocol to its IAEA safeguards agreement.

Pompeo left out the jingoistic American conduct, which which has led to some restrained but nonetheless belligerent responses.

“We need fresh thinking to resolve old problems,” another mute point of Pompeo, declared while wearing an ill-fitting suit as he laboured to read from some crumpled pages on his desk. (Bolton would have done a better job? He is a straight talker.)

Takeaways from important UNSC Meeting 08-20-2019

The possibility of establishing a “viable, contiguous Palestinian state” has been “systematically eroded by facts on the ground,” said Nickolay Mladenov, UN Special Coordinator for the Middle East Peace Process, who briefed the Security Council on Tuesday, ahead of the quarterly open debate on the Middle East (Israel/Palestine).

Briefing the Security Council on the situation in the Middle East, the Chef de Cabinet of the Secretary-General, Maria Luiza Viotti, said on Tuesday that “restraint and genuine dialogue are urgently needed”, in order to avoid a major confrontation, which would have disastrous consequences, even well beyond the region.

Describing the situation in the Middle East as “troubling and complex”, and characterized by protracted conflicts and geopolitical tensions, Ms. Viotti referred specifically to the series of recent incidents in the Strait of Hormuz in the Persian Gulf, which include the diversion of a British-flagged oil tanker by Iran, the destruction of both US and Iranian drones, and the UK decision to provide a naval escort for tankers.

Tensions in the Strait of Hormuz have been raised to dangerous levels.

Ms. Viotti also reiterated the United Nations’ support for the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), frequently referred to as the Iran nuclear deal which, she said, remains “the only agreed international framework to address Iran’s nuclear programme.”

Sober thoughts From the United Nations to the World:

  • What is the Iran nuclear deal? The 2015 “Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action” (JCPOA), sets out rules for monitoring Iran’s nuclear programme, and paves the way for the lifting of UN sanctions.
  • Which countries are involved? Iran, the five members of the Security Council (China, France, Russia, UK, US), plus Germany, together with the European Union.
  • What is the UN’s involvement? A UN Security Council resolution to ensure the enforcement of the JCPOA, and guarantee that the UN’s atomic energy agency, the IAEA, continues to have regular access to and more information on Iran’s nuclear programme, was adopted in 2015.
  • Why is the deal at risk? The current US Administration pulled out of the deal in 2018 and re-imposed sanctions. In July 2019, Iran reportedly breached its uranium stockpile limit, and announced its intention to continue enriching uranium, posing a more serious proliferation risk.Feminine-Perspective Magazine
