These people and their co-conspirators pilfered and destroyed a rich country while displacing over 2,840,000 people and violating the rights of thousands using rape, disappearance, murder, torture and wrongful arrest and detention. The perpetrators: Diosdado Cabello, Tareck el Aissami, Cilia Flores de Maduro, Nicolás Maduro Guerra, and Nicolás Maduro Moros.

These people,
- Diosdado Cabello (15 April 1963),
- Tareck el Aissami (12 November 1974) ,
- Cilia Flores de Maduro (15 October 1956),
- Nicolás Maduro Guerra (21 June 1990), and
- Nicolás Maduro Moros (23 November 1962),
…will be featured in articles during the month of April because of their macabre ‘mystique’ that compels normal people to try and understand why they believed someone like these didn’t exist outside horror movies.

Like the empty, emotionally flat souls of Hermann Göring and Heinrich Himmler they seem to be bizarre, fun-seeking, cold-blooded, bored, murdering criminals.
With sanctions against them and powerfully-worded indictments from numerous nations outside of the United States, their characters read like something Quentin Tarantino might reject as “too horrible” for a horror movie.
If the best and the brightest draw their own kind to themselves it must thus be true that the worst and most evil do the same.
Nation state supporters of Nicolás Maduro and his military junta dictatorship are led by Russia and followed by Cuba, Bolivia, Nicaragua and of all things, Turkey. China is a soft supporter but has been talking to the opposition side as it calls the legitimate government.
That interim government is of Juan Guaidó who was constitutionally selected by Venezuelan law because he is the president of the Venezuelan elected National Assembly and the May 2018 election fiasco was boycotted by the opposition and called into question by over 50 countries and the United Nation’s experts. When there is a power vacuum in Venezuela, the president of the National Assembly takes over until elections can be held.
Nicholas Maduro didn’t quite know what to do about Juan Guaido and in fact is not much of a leader at all. Maduro from the second he took Hugo Chavez’s place in 2013 drove the country into the ground by leading a kleptocracy to strip-mine the country of its wealth.
Maduro directed by the crew of Diosdado Cabello, Tareck el Aissami, his extraordinarily unscrupulous wife (according to sanction justification documents Canada is holding close to its collective and figurative chest) Cilia Flores de Maduro who most Venezuelans reportedly believe to be the real “president Maduro”, and his despicable 28-year-old son Nicolás Maduro Guerra, who is a reminder of Trump’s young, murderous BFF, the journalist-murdering Mohamad bin Salman (aka MbS).
What is Putin Really Doing in Venezuela
Venezuela has no real enemies. It’s dictator has invented more than a few in an attempt to scare part of the population and to rabble rouse a section of his extremist supporters, but it has none.
Hence why would Venezuela need to buy and operate a stable of Russian Sukhoi Su-30MK2 multi-role combat aircraft incorporating advanced technology from the Sukhoi Su-35 variant?
The money to buy just one of these Su-30MK2’s could return every hospital in Caracas to a functioning state say administrative doctors nurse Francis interviewed.
Venezuela is buying a lot of very sophisticated weapons systems from Russia but it cannot stock its hospitals with medicine and it has no functioning diagnostic equipment because it has no electrical power.

Vladimir Putin has foolishly bet his country on Nicolás Maduro which according to US President Trump is pure madness, to paraphrase Trump’s various diatribes. Mr. Trump has told Mr. Putin to “get out of Venezuela”.
The Wall Street Journal has repeatedly criticized Russia for getting financially beyond its means in Venezuela. That highly cited and globally respected journal has implied that Russia is already into Venezuela for at least 25 billion USD.
Venezuelans Suffer complete infrastructure collapse.
In your mind, imagine having no police to stop looters who are destroying anything of value on your street, no electricity power, no water coming from the taps, no 911 service, and no hospitals. If you can do that, your mind is in Caracas, Venezuela.
Every news outlet is talking about this because it is so shocking. The collapse of Venezuela is staggering and yet Maduro, as a kind of sock puppet to Diosdado Cabello, Tareck el Aissami and mostly Cilia Flores de Maduro, stays in brutal control.
How?
Putin is propping up Maduro but Maduro is not really in charge. Military heads are running the crime business of the “Cartel of the Suns” and his wife, Cilia Flores with Tareck el Aissami is running the country, into the ground. Putin should know better but rumours have it that Putin with his friends at PVDSA, Rosneft and Gazprom are defying the best strattegic minds and advice from the Kremlin.
FPMag‘s sources among The RINJ Foundation Women in Venezuela have gossiped that Cilia Flores de Maduro, who only fairly recently aquired Maduiro as a “husband of opportunity” but that she has been romantically involved with Tareck el Aissami despite their significant age difference. But she is ten years senior to Maduro so apparently likes the younger men says Helena who herself is a nurse working with Francis.
Meanwhile a third source says that’s a case of mistaken identity and that the person seen with Maduro’s wife is only a slight look-alike to Tareck el Aissami .
“The point is,” says Francis when asked why this is important, “that among these treacherous personality-disordered individuals their treachery is also directed internally at each other“. That’s a good point.
Strange that such Dastards have attracted Vladimir Putin who already has a Bromance with the lowest humanity-gnawing rodent on Earth, Bashar al-Assad.
- Venezuela is no prize. It is a disaster.
- Putin suffers Dimentia? Senility?
- Or did al-Assad bite Putin and convert him?
It’s mind-boggling that on 23 March, Putin would start flying An-24s into Caracas with tonnes of military supplies. Few things have begged a bloody nose as much as this in recent years although Russia’s support for the human-gnawing rat, Assad, is high on the list.

Retired General Jack Keane, a regular commentator on USA-based Fox News sets out a very sensible analysis. Watch and learn if you wish.
General John M. Keane is a retired American four-star general and former Vice Chief of Staff of the United States Army. He is also a defence analyst serving as chairman of the board for the Institute for the Study of War.
“What on Earth is Putin doing?” asks The RINJ Foundation‘s security team lead in Venezuela who goes by the name of “Vertigo”. In an hour-long presentation, Vertigo is insisting the next delivery of medical supplies into Venezuela must be “completely covert” and that a member of the Venezuelan military has been “greased” with the promise of medical help for a family member in order to create an “uninterrupted pathway”. This leads to the conclusion that even the elite of Venezuela are not being treated within the failed Venezuela Health Care system which has reportedly collapsed in every aspect, even the special care for the dictatorship’s leaders is nearly gone.
RINJ policy is to provide care for any person without question of their religion, political beliefs and status or anything at all. If persons the volunteers come into contact with need care or supplies for a medical condition, that would then be part of its work.
So, What is Putin Doing in this hopeless mess he has put his country into?
From the ground in backwoods Venezuela, away from the main city, Venezuela looks hopeless. The best way ahead for most people is to leave and that is what many who can go are doing.
While Putin tries desperately to keep Venezuela afloat, the nation’s long abandoned infrastructure maintenance is showing. The country is running dry in the dark.
Water shortages in the once-modern city of Caracas plus continuous power outages “are the direct result of infrastructure collapse”, says Michele Francis whose boy friend, Edward worked for the Guri hydroelectric power plant that generates 80 percent of Venezuela’s electricity.
Edward said he left his job because he was not being paid and moreover had no appropriate tools to do his job of work.
The Venezuelan government, specifically Diosdado Cabello, Tareck el Aissami, Cilia Flores de Maduro, Nicolás Maduro Guerra, Nicolás Maduro Moros along with some of the military Junta leaders mentioned elsewhere in this report have bee mining the country’s wealth like ‘strip miners’ not caring what condition they leave the country in as along as they strip its wealth to their own bank accounts around the world.
Hence there is no money for infrastructure maintenance, despite past lucrative crude oil sales (Venezuela once comprised 10% of America’s imports, notes Wikipedia .)
For that reason Venezuela’s reliance on a single major power generator with an ancient distribution infrastructure has proven to be the disaster experts predicted.

At the table are Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Paraguay, Peru and Canada. Seated third from the right is Canada’s Chrystia Freeland, Minister of Foreign Affairs. This group has filed an extensive complaint to the International Criminal Court against the Maduro Dictatorship in the Fall of 2018.
The OAS Secretary-General Luis Almagro, is quoted by Deutsche Welle saying enthusiastically of this action that it created a “crucial milestone in the interests of justice, accountability, non-repetition and reparation to the victims of the Venezuelan dictatorship.”
Earlier this year, Canada’s Chrystia Freeland issued some profound statements about Venezuela after filing the series of complaints with the International Criminal Court.
“Canada recognizes Juan Guaidó, President of the National Assembly, as the interim President of Venezuela. We support his commitment to lead Venezuela to free and fair presidential elections.
Some fifty other nations including the United States have made similar declarations.
“As stated in the 4 January Lima Group Declaration, continued Minister Freeland, “Canada rejects the Maduro regime’s illegitimate claim to power and has called upon Nicolás Maduro to cede power to the democratically elected National Assembly.”
Similar demands have come from dozens of other nations since then.
“We reiterate that a resolution of the crisis in Venezuela can only be achieved through the leadership and courage of Venezuelans themselves. We remain committed to working with our partners, particularly through the Lima Group of countries, and with Venezuela’s democratic opposition.
Which apparently means that Canada does not support a military intervention.
Russia’s Military Presence in Venezuela is going to end one way or the other, says Trump and NSA Bolton.
Trump has never stood up to Putin. But Russia may have changed that. Its military invasion of Venezuela is in conflict with 1823 American Monroe Doctrine and the Treaty of the Americas.
What’s creepier than Russia for some, however, is that Diosdado Cabello, Tareck el Aissami, Cilia Flores de Maduro, Nicolás Maduro Guerra and Nicolás Maduro Moros controled and destroyed a country that is among the most oil-rich and arguably among the most incredibly beautiful countries in the world.
Global Women’s group’s Venezuela Chapter tells Nicholas Maduro & henchmen to clear out of Venezuela ‘and take Russia with you‘.
“Russia’s invasion in the Western Hemisphere has angered people who do not anger easily in North and South America,” says author and medical practitioner Sharon Santiago.
“This is not an American thing,” she added.” Most people don’t trust Donald Trump right now to do the right thing. He has let Putin away with murder, but invading the West is attracting a lot of heated commentary and, sadly, a willingness for war against Russia. At some point, Russia’s belligerence levels that go far beyond the will of the Russian people will be stopped, either hard or soft. Putin’s grip on power has limits. He may lose everything. The Russian women I speak with do not think Venezuela is worth a war but they think Putin is inviting war. ”
Katie Alsop of The RINJ Foundation has declared that women and children members of her organization in Venezuela are demanding that Nicholas Maduro leave the country with his family and henchmen or await the wrath of hundreds of thousands of witnesses to his crimes.
“Do the health care work we do and your gut will guide you”, says Nurse Frances.
The stark horror reaches a practiced mind upon meeting an elderly dying man in a bed; a man whom you should be able to help but can’t because even though its simple medicine for his diabetes and high blood pressure, there is none.
This man, is just like 415 million around the world who have the same conditions but who live normal lives taking a couple of pills each day. Where that simple right to health care failed our patient, there is Diosdado Cabello, Tareck el Aissami, Cilia Flores de Maduro, Nicolás Maduro Guerra, and Nicolás Maduro Moros who bled the country’s health care system dry and deposited the money they stole in bank accounts around the world or warehouses filled with cocaine and heroine.
He is broken, sad, and curled into a ball just like the little boy nearby. The old man is a little boy. He just got big but he is the same little boy he once was when he dreamed of a nice farm, happy kids and goats in a splendid pasture in the Amazon Basin. In all his life he gave life to his own little boy and supported that child and a wife who has now passed in this dark nightmare that is Venezuela. How can this be? How can this be?
Diosdado Cabello, Tareck el Aissami, Cilia Flores de Maduro, Nicolás Maduro Guerra, and Nicolás Maduro Moros and their co-conspirators pilfered and destroyed a rich country while displacing over 2,840,000 people and violating the rights of thousands using rape, disappearance, murder, torture and wrongful arrest and detention.
Nurse Michele Francis left her boyfriend in Caracas, (ironically the person who convinced her to leave a RINJ mission in Syria and come to a nursing job in Venezuela) and left a tough job in a Catholic Hospital that had nothing, nothing left to care for patients. She is back working with the The RINJ Foundation connecting a Venezuelan faith-based humanitarian NGO to carry supplies into the country and out to small clinics and hospitals in remote areas where nothing has been getting through for years. It’s not as bad as that sounds. It’s worse.
Listing the needs of patients in Venezuela. Food is desperately needed.
