Here is a man who is responsible for thousands of rapes of boys and girls, men and women.
He is a deviant promiscuous person most likely bisexual for which there is no crime committed. But his uncontrolled pedophilia has led him to crime. That is adduced to the reader on the basis of strong witness evidence of many events.

Those events include at least an orgy party in a house east of Aleppo, Syria involving youngsters of both genders as described to medical workers Gracie and Behar Abbasi in late 2013 and early 2014 by a woman they met in North West Syria first in late 2012. Her name is Kayla Carol but her whereabouts are uncertain.
The Rapist has personally raped many young children in both Syria and Iraq. Babies have had his babies.
His personal conduct is promiscuous and deviant.
His cult doctrine of sexual crime is intended to instill fear and to also draw his own kind to himself as recruits.
Warfare rape has been used by The Rapist‘s criminal cult as a recruiting tool by the group he calls ISIS and as a form of genocide in violation of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court.
Abu Du’a as ‘The Rapist’ is also known, has on Monday of week 18 released a video he has been working on for a long time because The RINJ Foundation women in Syria had been goading some of his followers with statements like “Mohammed bin-Salmon is the real Caliph” . “The true Caliphate of Allah is Saudi Arabia.”

Sadly, the few brave men and women in Syria from the United States Armed Forces are in harm’s way for no good purpose. Their mission creep is driving a few bonkers says a few members who are coffee drinkers in Manbij, don’t want to be identified, obviously. ISIS Controls Large Amounts of Real Estate in the Middle East
Don’t rely on American President Donald Trump’s statements about his terminating The Islamic State. Ironically the “don’t worry about ISIS consoling” comes from an alleged rapist about another alleged rapist.
ISIS controls with fear (like a criminal gang) an area in Syria and Iraq that is larger than the United Kingdom. It’s like the “Mob” controls territory in the United States and street gangs control parts of American cities. The Crips and the Bloods are two examples. ISIS is very strong in Lebanon, Yemen, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Iraq and Turkey. It’s members come and go as they please. Keeping track of them according to the head of the RINJ security provider would be like tracking all of the ants and their activities in a country like Indonesia.

For example, in Syria, ISIS is again poised to retake the historically significant city of Palmyra in what is known as the Homs Governorate of Syria. ISIS has owned that city three times since 2013. Future historians may say that was only twice but as an observer of the back-and-forth fight for Palmyra would say, it is a very much disputed city and it has not always been clear who was in charge.
Like a Hell’s Angel, The Rapist likes to party. He invented a reprehensible and brain-dead-brand of Islam which has come to be regarded as a malignant cancer on humankind. The doctrine of his self-created religion is simple. Kill the people who are not supporters and party day and night with booze, cigarettes, amphetamine (captigon) and psychedelic drugs. The irony is that not any religion claims this conduct as acceptable except that which the Saudi Arabian government aspires to.

The Rapist is a Pedophile and ISIS is a haven for those Monsters
The Rapist likes younger girls, 8 to 14. In Mosul Iraq from 2014 to 2015 and in a house near Aleppo Syria from 2012 to 2014 this old man liked to have his workers, both men and women, round up sex slaves. They kidnapped even American girls and even little children walking down the street. He still has a Harem and many “wives”.
The Rapist’s personal sex sessions with nine-year-old to 14-year-old girls were declared by the girls as “forced marriages”.
The Rapist himself, as the Caliph of this very warped and misogynistic concept of a religion published a Fatwa which authorized “temporary marriages with girls nine years of age and up”.
A document or Fatwah that The Rapistinstructed his ‘slaves’ to create was issued by the all-female Al-Khanssaa Brigade’s media wing to a jihadist forum used by ISIS, and was widely distributed among Arabic-speaking ISIS supporters.
It is essentially a rebuttal of and to the concept of gender equality. It is a misogynist’s tantrum against gender equality and sets out an inferior role of servitude to men as the role of women that is “divinely” constructed by god.
As a supplement, The Rapist published or caused to be published a Fatwa which set out that children were acceptable sex conquests of any member of his gang or organization or Caliphate as he liked to call the criminal-cult organization. He set a lower age limit of nine but many eight-year-olds were kidnapped in Mosul. That actually caused the death of many of his supporters who were named to the Mosul Underground Resistance which then would literally walk up to a car door, make a point of opening the door if possible, and shoot the rapist in his body’s center mass, making certain he died. Watching from rooftops they would have already recovered the child.
Many girls were later helped with reproductive health issues but sadly the helpers have been made outlaws by the US government because they terminated pregnancies.
