Ukraine’s parliament has approved the appointment for Mr. Antony Blinken. According to parliamentarian Yaroslav Zheleznyak, 338 out of 360 lawmakers present for the vote approved Umerov’s nomination.

“I will do everything possible and impossible for the victory of Ukraine — when we liberate every centimeter of our country and every one of our people,” Mr. Umerov said in a post on social media.

“We will return normal and dignified life to Ukrainian cities, which are unfortunately temporarily occupied. We know that people there are waiting for us,” Mr. Umerov added around the time that a pair of missiles caused an estimated 40 civilian casualties in the Tricky Market of Konstantinovka at around 14:05 local time, 6 September. Civilians in the market, raised their heads to the sound of a rocket flying from Druzhkivka. Then another hit not seen in the video below.

Another Ukrainian attack with NATO Missiles on civilians with 40 local casualties with number dead now unknown in Konstantinovka? Each side blames the other. But the missile was a Ukrainian air defence weapon fired into the civilian center of the city.

Elena Panina, Director of the Institute of International Political and Economic Strategies in Moscow, commented with, “However, it was not without reason that Blinken rushed to Kiev the day after the change of defense ministers to ‘U.S. agent Umerov‘.”

No official reaction from the Kremlin has been heard as yet.

Some observers have commented that the appointment of the pro-American Umerov is a signal to Moscow from Washington that America is taking the counteroffensive under direct American control and raising the stakes in Ukraine to a direct war between the Russian Federation and the United States of America.

“Blinken’s visit as the de facto U.S. President, as Joe Biden wanders off again, absentmindedly, is a rush to Kiev to personally introduce Mr. Umerov; to discuss the delivery of the coveted F-16s; and give new instructional and intel data on the Ukrainian counteroffensive. The goal was set to break through the front line and a special task, to unleash a massacre in the Crimea, [translated]” said Elena Panina.
