The law will be explained later in the article but U.S. President Biden telling people genocide is justified is an extremely serious crime.

Today Biden repeated a false claim he made last month that babies had been beheaded by Hamas implying this alleged act justifies the ongoing Gaza Genocide. Biden is a proven fraud and a pathological liar of the highest order. There were no babies beheaded by anyone on 7 October. The IDF person who made up that story confessed to its falsehood without duress.
“Hamas has already said publicly that they plan on attacking Israel again like they did before, cutting babies’ heads off to burn, burning women and children alive,” the geriatric Biden said as his handlers looked horrified. Biden was justifying why the killing in Gaza must continue without a ceasefire. “So, the idea that they’re going to just stop and not do anything is not realistic,” Biden added.
Genocide is hard to prove because of the burden to prove intent. Biden has been helping with that burden with his big gob.
The death penalty for genocide applies in rare cases where the genocide complicity crime results in harm to the target group of people and concomitantly where the death penalty is the law of the land. There are now several cases before the International Criminal Court but carriage of the file has yet to be indicated. It likely will not happen while America controls the ICC and the U.N.
“If you are complicit in killing people just because you think they are not as good as you, someone will eventually kill you and your partners-in-crime. That is what happened to a lot of Israelis on 7 October 2023. The oppressed people struck back. Not all the people are like the passive Palestinian women and children the cowardly Biden and cowardly Netanyahu are slaughtering with their indiscriminate bombing. Some men have organized themselves as neighbourhood militant groups just like the Israeli Settlers have done in west Bank and East Jerusalem and those Palestinians are militantly resisting the decades of oppression and murder,” explained Simon Baldock, Israeli security analyst.
Israel rules Gaza as the occupying force and is responsible for the well-being of the citizens of Gaza.

Three-decade local Palestinian-American journalist, Shireen Abu Akleh, may she rest in peace someday, in almost every one of her daily broadcasts for al Jazeera referred to the “Israeli Occupying Forces”. She was there, every day.
Shireen Abu Akleh‘s beloved colleagues wrote on the anniversary of her murder, “Shireen was the face of war and peace, a fixture in every Palestinian living room as she told stories of Israel’s invasion of the West Bank in 2002. So much so, that when Israeli forces slapped curfews on Palestinians that year, they went around in their vehicles and mimicked her closing lines in any story or live shot – through a bullhorn: ‘Stay inside. This is Shireen Abu Akleh, Al Jazeera, Ramallah.'”
Hamas was elected in 2006 according to historical records, and since then its term has long ago expired over a decade ago. Hamas as an organization was founded surreptitiously with America’s help by Israel and still are supported quietly by Israel. Hamas are needed by Israel to help justify reduction the size of the Palestinian presence between the Jordan River and the Mediterranean.
The current crisis is about genocide a.k.a ethnic cleansing, not terrorism. Over 9,000 Palestinian civilian women and kids killed, and a child is now killed every ten minutes. That is not self defence, that is Genocide,
- Ethnic cleansing is the systematic forced removal of ethnic, racial, or religious groups from a given area, with the intent of making a region ethnically homogeneous.
- Genocide is the deliberate killing of a large number of people from a particular nation or ethnic group with the aim of destroying that nation or group.
Raz Segal, the program director of genocide studies at Stockton University, told Time Magazine that what Israel is doing in Gaza is a “textbook case of genocide.”
Mr. Segal believes that Israeli forces are completing three genocidal acts, including, “killing, causing serious bodily harm, and measures calculated to bring about the destruction of the group.”
Mr. Segal points to the mass levels of destruction and total siege of basic necessities—like water, food, fuel, and medical supplies—as evidence.
Dr. Segal says Israeli leaders expressed “explicit, clear, and direct statements of intent,” pointing to Israeli President Isaac Herzog’s statement during a 13 October press conference. In his statement, Herzog said, “It’s an entire nation that is out there that’s responsible. It’s not true, this rhetoric about civilians not aware, not involved. It’s absolutely not true,” Herzog said. “They could have risen up, they could have fought against that evil regime which took over Gaza in a coup d’etat.” (Herzog later said that he is not holding the civilians of Gaza responsible for keeping Hamas in political power, when asked to clarify by a journalist at the same press conference.) Segal says that this language conflates all Palestinians as “an enemy population,” which could help prove intent.
“This is textbook case of genocide,” said resigning UN Human Rights official.
“The current wholesale slaughter of the Palestinian people, rooted in an ethno-nationalist colonial settler ideology, in continuation of decades of their systematic persecution and purging, based entirely upon their status as Arabs … leaves no room for doubt.” said Craig Mokhiber who then resigned from his position as the Director of the New York office of the UN’s High Commissioner for Human Rights. “This is text book case of genocide,” he aslso said.
Israeli’s pleadings to the International Criminal Court to stop their government’s Gaza Genocide
“For the safety and future in the region, all elements of international law must be enforced and war crimes should be investigated,” declares a letter to the ICC’s Karim A. A. Khan,
“Persistent impunity has created the conditions for the consolidation of the Israeli apartheid regime, which is intent on committing ethnic cleansing and genocide of the Indigenous Palestinian population,” says an open letter by concerned Israelis.
“The acute deterioration in basic conditions of life that we are now witnessing could have been avoided if Israel had not been continuously granted impunity for its ongoing crimes.”
The letter to Khan details the remarks from Netanyahu and others calling for or justifying genocide, and urges him to:
- Issue immediate arrest warrants against Israeli political and military-security leaders who are committing war crimes and crimes against humanity;
- Accelerate your investigation into the ongoing crimes being perpetrated at this very moment by the state of Israel, its military forces, and armed Israeli citizens under military protection; and
- Be a validated and balanced platform for alleged crimes arising from the current situation, rather than making reference to unvalidated and unverified claims.
“…We deeply regret that, despite the opening of an investigation, followed by the Pre-Trial Chamber I’s 2021 decision that the court may exercise its criminal jurisdiction over the situation in Palestine, you have so far failed to take concrete action to stop the tragic trajectory of events in our region by holding Israel accountable.”
“With America’s apparent control over the IC Court and the UN, eliminating all non-violent remedies, it is unlikely that the ICC will ever proceed against Israel, hence the remedy at hand seems to be wider war.”
“This barbarism must not continue. The State of Israel must be dismantled, and a one-state solution implemented. Both Turkey and Iran seem to be ready. Syria has nothing to lose, Lebanon is already in deep, Iraq and Jordan are at the gate,” said The RINJ Foundation CEO from the Middle East. “World War III, thanks to Biden, is at the door.”

Including the missing & presumed dead, you and your partners have killed 10,000 children. But that sort of thing has been happening against Palestinians for 76 years, more so in the past decade.

In Gaza, more than 4,600 children have reportedly been killed, with some 9,000 kids reportedly injured and over 2,500 still missing in the rubble, now presumed to be deceased.
“Many children are missing and believed buried under the rubble of collapsed buildings and homes, the tragic result of the use of explosive bombs and missiles in populated civilian areas,” explains the UN.
For 76 years Israel has been slaughtering Palestinians.
Hamas was elected only in 2006 and never re-elected and does not have legitimate authority in Gaza. Israel runs Gaza as the occupying force and is responsible for the citizens of Gaza.
Women and children have been the most targeted of Palestinian society since 7 October 2023. The end game is ethnic cleansing. Gaza Genocide. In 1948, Israel invaded Palestine and took away some of its territory. It continues to try and kill off the rest of the Palestinians and take their land.

U.S. President Biden bypassed required legitimate congressional approval and has been shipping thousands of tons of munitions to Israel in daily contributions for killing the people of Gaza, and bombing hospitals, many hospitals, schools, refugee camps, birthing clinics, women’s shelters, residences etcetera’s, as the world knows, but Americans do not.
“Contrary to its military aid program for Ukraine,” writes John Hudson in the Washington Post, “which,” he continues, “saw the Pentagon release recurring fact sheets about the volume of U.S. arms transfers, the administration has not made public the quantities of weapons it is sending to Israel. The administration is also pushing for the authority to bypass notification requirements to Congress that apply to every other country receiving military financing.
“I do not support the administration’s request to write into law waivers of congressional notification of foreign military financing, including for Israel,” Rep. Gregory W. After decades of oppression and violent abuse, the unruly organization Hamas, kicked back against Israel on 7 October, using all the same tactics Israel has used against the Palestinian people for years.
Mr. Netanyahu was warned of the Hamas attack. He decided to use it as a quasi-false flag operation to distract from his political problems and criminal prosecution and thus he prepared the publicity narrative and mechanics for over a month.
“We were there that morning, 7 October. It backfired.”
But Netanyahu with Biden’s help made the publicity stunt work anyway. Netanyahu wants to further the ethnic cleansing of Palestine and the Gaza Genocide and steal the oil and gas rights before it is too late, and the climate action people get their point across causing oil and gas to have no value. It’s a lot like the South China Sea as 6 countries fight over submerged sandbars, they are calling islands or reefs which, as most people do not realize, cannot under UNCLOS be owned by anyone because they cannot sustain human life.
The narrative of 7 October is full of lies. The behaviour of Hamas was more like people in a prisoner of war concentration camp breaking out or retaliating. Hamas did what many Jews did to the Nazis in WWII. They resisted the oppression and the extrajudicial killings of their own people. Their tactics were crude and their weapons homemade.
There were no Hamas-beheaded babies. There were no babies put in Hamas ovens.
There may have been confusion among witnesses of injured families seen in Kibbutz’s where the IDF blasted away with its tanks causing concrete, windows and roofs to came crashing down on inhabitants. But there were no human-beheaded children.

The RINJ Foundation contacted Dr. Harris who led the COID-19 global tracking team in Singapore and he agreed to canvas the hospitals and coroners in Israel. After a week, his biostatistical team reported, “There were no cadavers or patients matching the descriptions.”
The 7 October raid was intended to capture IDF soldiers and civilians to trade for the 5-7,000 wrongly imprisoned Palestinians held by the Israelis without any charge or justification. Some thousand or more are children. What would you do?
As FPMag has repeatedly reported, since the morning of 7 October, the Israeli accounts of 7 October are mostly a pack of lies or propaganda, pick your terminology.
Interestingly, a lot of the video footage now being shown by mainstream media as something special was filmed by The RINJ Foundation as it happened on 7/10 and published on Twitter and on Facebook.
“New first-hand accounts from witnesses of Israel’s clashes with Hamas militants on 7 October suggest that, in their desperation to contain the surprise incursion, Israeli troops indiscriminately fired on their own citizens with heavy weaponry, resulting in potentially scores of Israeli deaths from so-called “friendly fire”.
“Testimonies of eye witnesses and Israeli sources compiled by The Grayzone, contradicts the Israeli account of the events that unfolded on 7 October. The Occupation State has refused to reveal full details of the atrocities it claims to have been carried out by Hamas and, thus far, has only released selective information about the attack.
“Unverified claims circulated by Israel that Hamas militants beheaded 40 babies on 7 October were widely rejected as propaganda which, critics argue, was designed to garner sympathy for Israel to carry out collective punishment of Gaza’s 2.2 million. However, a closer examination of events by The Grayzone tells a different story: one in which the Israeli military itself bears responsibility for numerous civilian deaths. The emerging details not only contradict the Israeli government’s version of events, but indicate that, in the chaos of battle, reckless Israeli fire likely led to significant casualties among the Israeli population.
“According to Tuval Escapa, the security coordinator at Kibbutz Be’eri who set up a hotline between residents and the army,
“Israeli commanders made “difficult decisions” including “shelling houses on their occupants in order to eliminate the terrorists along with the hostages
“This was confirmed by Israeli civilian, Yasmin Porat, who survived a hostage standoff in Be’eri. She stated that, during intense clashes, Israeli Special Forces “undoubtedly” killed all remaining hostages, along with two surrendering Hamas militants using tank shells and frenzied gunfire.
“Porat recalled how Hamas militants had treated hostages “very humanely”, aiming only to take them back to Gaza, before Israeli forces stormed the building. She witnessed her partner still alive on the ground before he was gunned down, along with other hostages in the chaotic shooting. Other videos from inside kibbutzes are said to show corpses covered in rubble, likely from tank shells fired directly into homes by the Israeli army.”

Some Kibbutz shootings Netanyahu claims as Hamas’ doings, were actually accidental shootings by IDF units which were not briefed on the Egyptian, Jordanian, American and French Intel given to Netanyahu months earlier, intel that warned Hamas was preparing an attack. The IDF rank-and-file was uninformed and because Kibbutz’s reacted to the news at 06:00a.m. on 7 October 2023 by self-arming and plunking down sandbags and cinder blocks. IDF units took to the streets as per IDF Civil Defence Protocols and they were confused, so were the armed civilians. IDF prevailed. Many civilians were killed by IDF. 97 Were killed by Hamas. Who killed the others?
The horrific Kibbutz Be’eri scene however was fairly typical of not just Hamas conduct but the even worse behaviour of angry, untrained hoodlums who followed Hamas across the fence into Israel, allowed by Netanyahu’s orders. If you were there, you can identify Hamas by their uniforms and the others by the fact they had no uniforms. We were there. We always are. To a person we are nurses, doctors and EMS workers. The author is a nurse practitioner worker in Gaza out of necessity. Because of Ukraine and the attacks in Syria and Afghanistan, we have too few practitioners to go around so we do double duty.
The people who were involved in the false flag operation were more crazy, more energized than Hamas. Who were they? Nobody seems to care. They with few exceptions are not cooperating with Hamas on hostage negotiations and are not helping out with the defence of schools and refugees according to the general consensus in Gaza.
We do know that both embedded Israelis and Israel’s allies plus Hamas, attacked Israel on 7 October, 2023.
The attacks by Hamas were purposeful and resulted in nearly three hundred Israelis being captured and detained. Other factions captured and detained a small number of hostages. There has been little talk of those hostages.
Israeli official statements say there were 1200 persons killed on 7 October including the regular daily number of deaths from all causes, the Hamas deaths, the Palestinian Militia fighters, IDF deaths, and drug-overdosed attendees at the fentanyl-laced all-night Rave in south Israel. They were killed, not by Hamas but by false flag pretenders whose religious disposition opposed the Rave and its free-fentanyl drug-induced sexual freedom and stupour.

On October 7, a few Hamas were killed in the crossfire between Israeli Kibbutz civilians Vs. IDF, neither realizing their friend-or-foe ID mistakes.
Since then, Israel has focused on killing journalists and keeping the internet closed in Gaza. Israel bombed schools, hospitals, refugee camps, residential subdivisions, apartment buildings, gatherings of people, etc. targeting civilians and forcing them to flee south creating an impossible survivability.
The goal is to push the people of Gaza into the Sinai Desert and take over Gaza according to intercepted Israeli planning intelligence documents.
From an obscure intelligence department in the Netanyahu government came an official document of the Ministry of Intelligence recommending that the security system carry out a full transfer of all residents of the Gaza Strip to North Sinai, Egypt, as the preferred option among the three alternatives it offers regarding the future of the Palestinians outside the Gaza Strip in this world or the next, at the ‘end of the current cleansing operation’.
Another document recommends that Israel act “to evacuate the Gazan population to Sinai” during the war and establish tent cities and new brick and mortar cities in northern Sinai, which will accommodate the deported population, and then create a sterile zone of several kilometers inside Egypt and not allow the population to return to activity or residence near the Israeli border. At the same time, countries around the world, and primarily the USA, must be harnessed to implement the move.
The transfer plan is divided into several phases: in the first phase, the population in Gaza must be “vacated to the south”, while the Israeli and American Air Force strikes will focus on the northern part of the Gaza Strip. In the second phase, ground entry into Gaza will begin, which will lead to the occupation of the entire strip, from north to south, and the cleansing of the useful buildings above ground and the cleaning out of underground bunkers from Hamas fighters then the evacuation of the remaining people to Egypt.”

Big corporations say that the total oil and gas reserves of Gaza, Palestine, were valued at a staggering $524 billion in 2019. But Israel does not have sole legal entitlement to the $524 billion, according to a UN 2019 report.
Not only is some of the $524 billion sourced from within the Occupied Territory of Palestine, but much of the rest also sits outside national borders in the deep sea, and thus should be shared with all relevant parties. The report questions the national right to these resources given they took millions of years to form—and that Palestinians occupied the whole territory until Israel’s recent formal creation.
The authors also note it is another war crime for the occupying power to deny the citizens the right to use their own natural resources, including diverting Palestine’s water supply, cutting off access to their fisheries, grabbing agricultural land and destroying olive groves. The financial costs are massive. “To date, the real and opportunity costs of the occupation exclusively in the area of oil and natural gas have accumulated to hundreds, of billions of dollars.”

In the present Convention, genocide means any of the following acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group, as such:
(a) Killing members of the group;
(b) Causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group;
(c) Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part;
(d) Imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group;
(e) Forcibly transferring children of the group to another group.

The following acts shall be punishable:
(a) Genocide;
(b) Conspiracy to commit genocide;
(c) Direct and public incitement to commit genocide;
