Peace talks only between Russia, USA. said Lavrov at SCO

Moscow refuses peace talks with Zelenskyy instead saying talks must be held with the USA because it is their war and Zelenskyy is only their stooge.

This is the first time Russia has openly declared that it is in an armed conflict against the USA if we interpret this correctly.

The West and Russia eventually will discuss their differences [translated]. “Not with Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky but with those using him as a stooge,” Russia’s Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said on Friday.

Mr. Lavrov was speaking to reporters mostly from the member states after a meeting of the foreign ministers of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization in Goa, India with foreign ministers from India, China, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, Russia, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan (see below official photograph courtesy Foreign Affairs Ministry, India.)

Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said that Moscow had “never refused to settle issues arising from the actions of the U.S. and their satellites to pump Ukraine with weapons” for years to enable it to fight Russia.

When asked about China’s 12-point peace plan proposal for the region “All this has to be discussed, of course, not with Zelensky, who is a puppet in the hands of the West, but directly with his masters,” Lavrov said firmly, noting that such talks would take place “sooner or later.”

While tensions were high owing to the alleged attack on the Russian Federation President, nothing was said.

Video: Workers on the dome are clearing debris from an earlier attack when ECM and physical countermeasures destroyed another RPV with a substantial explosion well above the dome. One of the workers told Svetlana, an FPM.news correspondent in Moscow, that nobody was hurt. The facility workers could not answer questions saying they did not have knowledge about the Facility Electronic Counter Measures but that they were based on automation and artificial intelligence beyond their pay grade, which seemed credible but to date, nothing has been revealed except some unconfirmed photographs of the Ukrainian attack drones debris.

China played a significant role in the talks as did Russia, Pakistan, India, in fact all eight FMs

Chinese State Councilor and Foreign Minister Qin Gang was observed meeting with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov on the sidelines on Thursday, during which Global Times with reporters on scene creating extensive coverage, clearly indicating the importance to Beijing and all of China and the south Asian region of the major event, said “the two sides agreed to maintain the overall unity and cooperation of the SCO, and build the SCO into a platform for mutually beneficial cooperation among member states. They also exchanged views on the Ukraine crisis.”

When meeting with Indian External Affairs Minister Subrahmanyam Jaishankar, FM Qin said the two sides must continue to make efforts to further ease the tensions on the China-India border in order to maintain sustainable peace and stability in that region.

According to Global Times, “Chinese State Councilor and Foreign Minister Qin Gang called on the members of the SCO to build a closer SCO community with a shared future at a time when the world faces challenges and crisis including the resurgence of the Cold War mentality, surging unilateral protectionism and rising hegemonism, while proposing a five-point plan.

“Chinese experts hailed the SCO meeting as a success that fully demonstrated the attraction of the SCO philosophy, namely, promoting regional stability and development through equality and mutually beneficial cooperation, openness and inclusiveness. This is in stark contrast to the confrontational mindset and bloc politics of some Western politicians.”

It should also be noted that tensons among the members have apparently dissolved in a spirit of goodwill and renewed importance of the young organization in an emerging multipolar world.

This in light of the spirit of cooperation amongst the eight major players suggest the SCO is what the world needs more of say three observers FPM.news interviewed.

“Cooperation” was the only truly profound observation plus a spirited will to end conflicts.
