Shireen Abu Akleh murder. Biden violates another USA statute

“The plight of Israel may be that children of abused parents are now the abusers in the case of this occupying nation that mimics prominent Hitler appointee, Hans Frank’s Nazi style in Poland in WWII,” suggests Dale Carter, security director for The RINJ Foundation. “Israel copies Hitler’s style of atrocity, treating Palestinians as Hitler treated Jews, killing them brutally,” she added.

Dehumanization, demonization plus collective punishment of Palestinians, specifically prohibited under international humanitarian law, constitutes a war crime, is how the United Nations’ experts see the daily crimes of the Israeli occupiers of Palestine.

“The murder of the voice of truth, silencing the voice of Shireen Abu Akleh, has decisively broken the back of the love and trust of Israel, and fomented something near to hatred of Israel’s crimes,” adds Ms. Carter, commenting on Israel’s decline.

Joseph Biden as a pal of accused thug Netanyahu is seriously in jeopardy of prosecution owing to the murder of Shireen Abu Akleh. Here is why.

USA laws prohibit the Biden Administration from providing security assistance to a unit of a foreign security force where there is “credible information that the unit has committed a gross violation of human rights. The Israeli Defence Forces’ premeditated murder of a 25-year veteran journalist is a violation of human rights. It is even worse than that. The crimes continue.

“We deplore the Israeli army’s latest violent attacks against the Jenin Refugee Camp, and the killing and wounding of Palestinians. It shows a dangerous trajectory of violence in the occupied West Bank, continuing the alarming upward trend from 2022,” said a United Nations panel of experts in late January.

The panel includes, Ms. Francesca Albanese, Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in the Palestinian Territory occupied since 1967; Mr. Morris Tidball-Binz, Special Rapporteur on extrajudicial, summary or arbitrary executions; Ms. Fionnuala D. Ní Aoláin, Special Rapporteur on counter-terrorism and human rights

“None of this violence would occur if Israel were to end its illegal, half-century old occupation immediately and unconditionally as required by international law,” they said.

“It is unequivocally true that Israel has become a murderous, lawless state controlled by an accused criminal thug. That person, Benjamin Netanyahu, is responsible for the murder of Shireen Abu Akleh a year ago, and he is responsible for the mass murders in the occupied territories today. The level of criminal state-sponsored violence in Israel has nearly reached that of Nazi Germany in WWII in the context of modern times. Children of abused parents have become the abusers in the case of this occupying nation,” suggests Dale Carter, security director for The RINJ Foundation.

“This murder of a beloved sister, a year ago last week, would be attracting more attention if Israel and America were not overloading humanitarians and victimizing the human race with human rights fiascos greater in aggregate than any seen by most people alive today,” said Katie Alsop, executive director of The RINJ Foundation during an executive meeting on Sunday.

The world is in a shameful state thanks to America and Israel which have in a de facto sense, endorsed the murder of a star woman journalist.
