Biden, Blinken, Austin complicit in Philippines HRD murders

Joseph Biden with Antony Blinken and Lloyd Austin encouraged and helped Rodrigo Duterte murder hundreds of human rights defenders (HRD).

In exchange, Biden is allowed thousands of tons of munitions, military hardware and troops shipped into the Philippines to fight China in a war from the Philippines that will likely wipe out a substantial proportion of the Philippines population of 110 million.

“These are American handguns and assault weapons given to Philippines National Police and the Armed Forces of the Philippines. They were used on Negros Occidental to kill farmers and to kill land rights activists and environmentalists the government put on a list and gave to us,” explained a former AFP soldier who conspicuously objected to the AFP and other paramilitary government institutions serving the Cabinet of Rodrigo Duterte and Bongbong Marcos, killing Filipinos for the government. “Accused Joseph Biden, Antony Blinken, Lloyd Austin and dozens of Philippines officials are cold blooded first-degree, pre-meditated murderers,” say forensic analysts.

“Just as if he commits these crimes himself, Joe Biden has directly assisted Rodrigo Duterte and others murder environmental and human rights defenders in the Philippines,” claims a medical researcher formerly of the Philippines.

The extent of the mass murders is in excess of 35,010 known Filipinos killed by the start of 2023, but the killings continue.

EJKs include women who have alleged rape by government officials who became rapists including military and paramilitary rapists as well Barangay officials who are alleged rapists who added outspoken victims to drug lists or “Red Tag” lists alleging them to be “communists”.

Additionally, the EJKs include men and women lawyers; journalists; suspected marijuana users; local elected officials among Malacañang’s Opposition Parties; environmentalists; land rights activists; human rights defenders; doctors; nurses; indigenous persons; persons with disabilities; debtors; children of parents the government does not like; critics of the government; clergy persons; and more.

“The 35,010 number is government official data like what you see in Rosa’s picture, for all but the numbers of people buried in unmarked graves or thrown overboard naval vessels or COast Guard vessels we have no accounting for except anecdotal accounts from whistleblowers, which we cannot use. We must have births and deaths records for each count. For example, deceased persons killed by gunshot wounds even at known crime scenes, who are known to be foreigners are not included in our counts,” explains forensic medical researcher, Dr. Kathy Poon from Singapore.

Mr. Duterte told a pressor in 2021 that Biden would have to pay if he wanted the Philippines. Biden paid with weapons that were used in a massive democide.

It is not as if Biden did not know about Philippines human rights abuses. His own Democrat Party told him.

  1. Some 25 to 29.7 extra violent deaths occurred daily on average in the Philippines as a result of state-personnel and state-directed-vigilante extra judicial killings between June 2016 and the end of 2018.
  2. Under Rodrigo Duterte there have been 27,832 extrajudicial killings up to December of 2018. By January 2023, that number reached over 35,000 extrajudicial killings in the Philippines by the Philippines government, helped by the USA, Canada, Israel, Russia and China.
  3. These data are important because they comprise the evidence of crimes against humanity by the Philippines Government and others that the International Criminal Court has declared it has in its possession for investigation under the Rome Statute.
  4. Any alleged crime within the jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court, including but not limited to the crime against humanity of murder, committed in the Philippines between 1 November 2011 and 16 March 2019.

The Philippines Marcos/Duterte regime’s vitriol toward the International Criminal Court is backed by the United States’ Trump and Biden White House which has already given a de facto pass to Manila’s bid for impunity for the murder of tens of thousands of its citizens.

Joseph Biden and his Cabinet knew and know these horrific EJK facts yet in order to exploit the weak and *legitimacy-challenged Marcos/Duterte regime to make war on China, the USA has continued to arm the killers under investigation by the International Criminal Court and investigations by various elements of the U.S. defacto-controlled United Nations.

This data was published in great detail by several media outlets and at least five civil society organizations as a result of extensive medical forensic investigations conducted by the same people who track excess deaths due to disease and other phenomena in developing countries, from Singapore.

Watch video: The guns and who they killed.

Video above: Philippines Defence Secretary Delfin Lorenzana said the Chinese weapons were supposed to go to the military, but Duterte felt the police needed them more. “We are lucky that the Chinese government provided the firearms,” Lorenzana said at a late 2017 news conference, where stacks of rifles were on display. The rifles, worth about $3.3 million, would mostly go to the Philippine National Police (PNP), which had a shortfall of guns after some U.S. legislators blocked the sale of about 26,000 M4 rifles to the police in 2016 when a spate began of Extra Judicial Killings (EJK) that ran in the tens of thousands .

The freeze on that sale came amid concerns about the United States arming a paramilitary force accused of widespread human rights abuses, which has killed tens of thousands of Filipinos. However, this stop-sale action was short lived and the USA continued to supply weapons to the Philippines paramilitary and military units in 2017, which those elements used to kill their own countrymen.

The Armed Forces of the Philippines, involvement in the extrajudicial killings of environmental and land rights activists, caused members of the USA Democratic Party to propose a halt to all security aid to the Philippines in a bill put before the U.S. House of Representatives. The Biden Administration quashed the Bill.

President Rodrigo Duterte said on 12 February 2021 that the U.S. must pay to renew the Visiting Forces Agreement (VFA) that allows U.S. troops to be stationed in the Philippines to fight its war with China. Duterte wanted American weapons and he got American weapons used in killing the civilians of his country to this day.

“We will continue to look for ways to further strengthen and advance security cooperation that furthers shared security challenges and respects human rights,” U.S. Department of Defense spokesperson Mike Howard told Nikkei Asia in February 2021 as USA weapons poured into the Philippines.

Howard declined to comment on specific U.S. arms sales, citing government policy, but said Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin “affirmed the U.S. commitment” to military agreements with the Philippines during a 9 February phone call with Delfin Lorenzana, the Philippine secretary of defence, reported a Japanese publication.

“President Rodrigo Roa Duterte has accepted United States President Joseph R. Biden, Jr.’s invitation to participate in the Summit for Democracy on Dec. 9-10, 2021,” a statement issued by the Office of Presidential Protocol read.
