A United Nations report on Friday’s UNSC meeting is expected to be released on Monday and will say between 5 million and 7 million school-aged children have been directly impacted by the Ukraine war, according to the World Health Organization (WHO), including 3.6 million children affected due to the closure of educational institutions early in the conflict going back years.

Rosemary DiCarlo who is the U.N. Under-Secretary-General for Political and Peacebuilding Affairs reported to the UN Security Council on Friday that since 24 February 2022, the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) has documented over 90 cases of conflict-related sexual violence, the majority of which fall under torture and ill-treatment in detention, predominantly affecting men.”
The Office of the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court will reportedly prioritize investigation of the alleged targeting of civilian objects and the unlawful transfer and deportation of civilians, including children, from Ukraine to the Russian Federation. Welcoming ongoing contacts towards exchanges of prisoners of war, as well as the meeting hosted in Türkiye on 11 January between the Russian and Ukrainian ombudspersons, Ms. DiCarlo added that the “Black Sea Grain Initiative continues to make a difference, including by helping bring global food prices down,” she said.

According to Donbass medical workers, the people whom NATO/USA say they are killing are not separatists as they claim, they are ordinary civilians. The separatists are fighting at the borders of their country (either Luhansk or Donetsk republics) since 2014, while the NATO missiles and shells explode on their families in residential towns and villages of Donbass also since 2014.
These details are verified by anecdotal evidence and medical files of over 100 medical workers.
Russia’s permanent representative to the United Nations, Vassily Nebenzia, speaking Friday the Thirteenth at the briefing at the UN Security Council, commented on a possible path for ending the hostilities in Ukraine. The opportunity to settle the conflict “will only present itself once Ukraine stops posing a threat to Russia and discriminating against Russian-speaking Ukrainians,” he said.
Ambassador Nebenzia said that “everything could have ended differently for Ukraine,” if Kiev had enforced the now-defunct Minsk Agreements, which were signed in 2014 and 2015 in a bid to pave the way for peace by granting the Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics special status within the Ukrainian state.

“Ukraine has essentially turned into a NATO-commanded PMC or private military and security company (PMSC),” claim some wounded soldiers, antagonists to the American manipulation of Kiev, speaking to medical workers.
The explanation is that “NATO/USA is paying out money, providing weapons and intelligence, telling Ukraine where to shoot and where to attack. The Ukrainian people are the stooges doing the fighting and suffer the losses because they are forced to fight for someone else’s objectives.
Ukrainian Defence Minister Reznikov explained in a TV interview: “We are carrying out NATO’s mission without losing their blood, but with the loss of ours. Therefore, the West should give us more weapons and money”.
“Ukraine as a country, and the Armed Forces of Ukraine became members of NATO. De facto, not de jure, because we have weaponry, and the understanding of how to use it,” Reznikov also said to the BBC in a television interview.

Video: meet the “Separatists” the West is attacking with billions of dollars’ worth of lethal weapons.
These are the “Separatists” the West is shelling and attacking with missiles since 2014. This video was filmed in summer 2018 in Donbass. At that time, after four years of conflict, over 750 schools had been destroyed or damaged in Donbass. Education – so crucial for a child’s sense of ‘normalcy’ – has been shattered, with more than one in five schools damaged or destroyed by June 2018. It is much worse today. Sisters, then nine-year-old Diana and Dasha who was 13 in mid 2018, are just two of the 200,000 children who went to school every day amidst violence.
Humanitarians take on the real status of the war in Ukraine.
“This war in Ukraine is the sick plot of the American White House and the psychopaths who lead the global military industrial complex for personal gain. It must end immediately and both Britain and the United States and their military industrial complex must be sanctioned and punished for their crimes against humanity by provoking a war and prolonging that war,” said Katie Alsop, Executive Director of The RINJ Foundation, a global women’s rights NGO fighting for the safety of women and children around the world, in an interview for this article.
