Proposal. China bid for peace in Ukraine makes sense say experts

“Thank you, China. This war since 2013 brought out male animals in their most evil incarnation—Nazis—and draws their kind to my country,” said Ukraine-war sexual assault survivor.

“It is time to end this war and rid the world of NATO, an American controlled military organization which has become a facade of American hegemony, a collective of 800 U.S. military bases around the world. NATO is threatening the existence of humanity with global nuclear war,” argued Dale Carter, during a video conference on the one-year mark of the Ukraine war. She is the security director of The RINJ Foundation.

“Meanwhile, NATO has no credibility ordering China around,” the senior security specialist said.

“As if Jens Stoltenberg, a Norwegian politician and war-cultist who played a role in the American sabotage of the Nord Stream pipelines, has authority over Asia, he is now demanding China not sell its exports to Russia, particularly weapons. Stoltenberg also demands that NATO members pour all the weapons they can fetch into Ukraine at Russia’s borders,” continued Ms. Carter during the one-year-war video-briefing on Ukraine.

Feminine-Perspective

The RINJ Foundation will soon release a statement declaring that the war in Ukraine is an offence to all of humanity and that all 60 sides to the conflict behave illegally and by-and-large comprise the worst of humanity as rapists, warmongers and child sex traders.

Alona Adamovich, the director of Ukraine humanitarian operations reported in the video conference that “Rape clinics, birthing clinics and women’s shelters in Ukraine, particularly west of Donbass, are free-for-all rape parties said one Ukrainian soldier as he and three of his peers, a Brit, a Norwegian and an American attacked an RSAC  rape clinic and kidnapped two 13/14-year-old-Ukrainian orphaned girls. The British fighter was dead at the crime scene after the security guard he shot recovered enough to fire her sidearm in defence. She and her wounded partner guard were killed by the other attackers using assault weapons. While this is going on, the wounded guard screamed orders to all the RSAC occupants to execute a code-named escape plan.  Since then, the two kidnapped girls were recovered by the security contractor but they are in very bad shape. One girl has tried to kill herself on the road trip to a different shelter. She will be sedated for days until the exacerbations subside and her treatments are completed. She requires considerable surgery. They shoved a gun into her vagina, while according to her sister, she resisted violently. This was just one more war crime. It has been, however, over four months since one of our units was attacked. We are investigating to find out how the security breach happened,” said Alona with a steady voice while tears poured down her face.

“You will likely understand after hearing what has happened at this week’s end why I am so astonished and joyful that Beijing has come up with a peace proposal. I spoke with the security consultants of our security contractor, and they said they like the China plan. So, me too. We need to end this horrific nightmare in my country. Thank you, thank you China. This war  since 2013 has brought out the male animals in their most evil incarnation—Nazis—and is drawing their own kind from all over the world.”

U.S. de facto-Secretary of Defence and NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg says Beijing does not have credibility to propose a ceasefire in Ukraine. Stoltenberg is urging the world to keep the war going.

While Ukraine President Zelensky welcomed the Chinese recipe for peace in Ukriane, Jens Stoltenberg, the accused NATO warmonger, more or less said the Chinese are idiots who do not know what they are talking about.

“China doesn’t have much credibility because they have not been able to condemn the illegal invasion of Ukraine,” Stoltenberg said, (illegal?) ignoring the fact and thus failing to mention that NATO‘s March 2022 invasion of Donetsk and Luhansk Republics in the Donbass with 100,000 troops was foiled by Russia’s 24 February 2022 military operation.

“It’s an important signal that they are preparing to take part in this theme,” Zelensky said during a news conference in Kyiv, speaking about China’s peace proposal. “So far, I see this as a signal – I don’t know what will happen later.”

“I plan to meet Xi Jinping and believe this will be beneficial for our countries and for security in the world,” Zelenskiy continued in another contradiction to the NATO alleged warmonger, Stoltenberg.

Russian military operation blocked a Massive NATO Assault on Donetsk and Luhansk in the Donbass.

The “Russia invasion” narrative wasn’t the West’s “prophecy” but rather a cover-up for a new attempt to return the breakaway Donetsk and Lugansk republics by force to Ukraine, according to George Eliason, an American investigative journalist who lives and works in Donbass. Bringing back Donbass would have paved the way for Ukraine’s NATO membership: in accordance with the alliance’s rules, a country having territorial disputes cannot be admitted to the bloc. A 100,000 fighter invasion armed with NATO weapons was preparing to take Donbass and Luhansk Republics away from their 3 million citizens when Russia’s military operation began, interrupting the NATO plan.

On 8 February 2022, the Luhansk People’s Militia announced that it had forced a Ukrainian Leleka-100 drone to land near Kalinovo-Borshchvatoye as it was about to correct artillery fire from the 24th Brigade of the Ukrainian Army on the civilians of Luhansk..

“In violation of the first point of the package of additional measures to strengthen the MINSK ceasefire, which expressly prohibits the use of any drone, the enemy launched a Leleka-100 drone into the area of the locality of Popasnaya in order to carry out reconnaissance and then adjust artillery fire from the positions of the Ukrainian 24th brigade,” said the spokesman at that time for the LPR People’s Militia, Mr. Ivan Filiponenko.

21 February 2022—As a consequence of attacks following the efforts to obtain artillery coordinates: “In its report dated 21 February 2022, the OSCE Mission confirmed the violation of international humanitarian law by Ukrainian militants and recorded damage to residential buildings, as well as heavy damage to the production premises of an oil workshop, which were caused by a shelling of the settlement of Nikolaevka with 122 mm artillery pieces”, the LPR militia reported.

America resonates on the theme: “Keep the war Going” and consumes Asian real estate with military bases and more weapons. Philippines, Guam, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan exploding with USA military expansion readying for war with China. Asian lives in the hundreds of millions are at stake.

China’s Position on the Political Settlement of the Ukraine Crisis

February 24, 2023

1. Respecting the sovereignty of all countries. Universally recognized international law, including the purposes and principles of the United Nations Charter, must be strictly observed. The sovereignty, independence and territorial integrity of all countries must be effectively upheld. All countries, big or small, strong or weak, rich or poor, are equal members of the international community. All parties should jointly uphold the basic norms governing international relations and defend international fairness and justice. Equal and uniform application of international law should be promoted, while double standards must be rejected.

2. Abandoning the Cold War mentality. The security of a country should not be pursued at the expense of others. The security of a region should not be achieved by strengthening or expanding military blocs. The legitimate security interests and concerns of all countries must be taken seriously and addressed properly. There is no simple solution to a complex issue. All parties should, following the vision of common, comprehensive, cooperative and sustainable security and bearing in mind the long-term peace and stability of the world, help forge a balanced, effective and sustainable European security architecture. All parties should oppose the pursuit of one’s own security at the cost of others’ security, prevent bloc confrontation, and work together for peace and stability on the Eurasian Continent.

3. Ceasing hostilities. Conflict and war benefit no one. All parties must stay rational and exercise restraint, avoid fanning the flames and aggravating tensions, and prevent the crisis from deteriorating further or even spiraling out of control. All parties should support Russia and Ukraine in working in the same direction and resuming direct dialogue as quickly as possible, so as to gradually deescalate the situation and ultimately reach a comprehensive ceasefire.

4. Resuming peace talks. Dialogue and negotiation are the only viable solution to the Ukraine crisis. All efforts conducive to the peaceful settlement of the crisis must be encouraged and supported. The international community should stay committed to the right approach of promoting talks for peace, help parties to the conflict open the door to a political settlement as soon as possible, and create conditions and platforms for the resumption of negotiation. China will continue to play a constructive role in this regard.

5. Resolving the humanitarian crisis. All measures conducive to easing the humanitarian crisis must be encouraged and supported. Humanitarian operations should follow the principles of neutrality and impartiality, and humanitarian issues should not be politicized. The safety of civilians must be effectively protected, and humanitarian corridors should be set up for the evacuation of civilians from conflict zones. Efforts are needed to increase humanitarian assistance to relevant areas, improve humanitarian conditions, and provide rapid, safe and unimpeded humanitarian access, with a view to preventing a humanitarian crisis on a larger scale. The UN should be supported in playing a coordinating role in channeling humanitarian aid to conflict zones.

6. Protecting civilians and prisoners of war (POWs). Parties to the conflict should strictly abide by international humanitarian law, avoid attacking civilians or civilian facilities, protect women, children and other victims of the conflict, and respect the basic rights of POWs. China supports the exchange of POWs between Russia and Ukraine, and calls on all parties to create more favorable conditions for this purpose.

7. Keeping nuclear power plants safe. China opposes armed attacks against nuclear power plants or other peaceful nuclear facilities, and calls on all parties to comply with international law including the Convention on Nuclear Safety (CNS) and resolutely avoid man-made nuclear accidents. China supports the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) in playing a constructive role in promoting the safety and security of peaceful nuclear facilities.

8. Reducing strategic risks. Nuclear weapons must not be used and nuclear wars must not be fought. The threat or use of nuclear weapons should be opposed. Nuclear proliferation must be prevented and nuclear crisis avoided. China opposes the research, development and use of chemical and biological weapons by any country under any circumstances.

9. Facilitating grain exports. All parties need to implement the Black Sea Grain Initiative signed by Russia, Türkiye, Ukraine and the UN fully and effectively in a balanced manner, and support the UN in playing an important role in this regard. The cooperation initiative on global food security proposed by China provides a feasible solution to the global food crisis.

10. Stopping unilateral sanctions. Unilateral sanctions and maximum pressure cannot solve the issue; they only create new problems. China opposes unilateral sanctions unauthorized by the UN Security Council. Relevant countries should stop abusing unilateral sanctions and “long-arm jurisdiction” against other countries, so as to do their share in deescalating the Ukraine crisis and create conditions for developing countries to grow their economies and better the lives of their people.

11. Keeping industrial and supply chains stable. All parties should earnestly maintain the existing world economic system and oppose using the world economy as a tool or weapon for political purposes. Joint efforts are needed to mitigate the spillovers of the crisis and prevent it from disrupting international cooperation in energy, finance, food trade and transportation and undermining the global economic recovery.

12. Promoting post-conflict reconstruction. The international community needs to take measures to support post-conflict reconstruction in conflict zones. China stands ready to provide assistance and play a constructive role in this endeavor.
