Update: Confirmed dead via DNA as of 23 August aboard RA-02795, were Sergey Propustin, Evgeniy Makaryan, Alexander Totmin, Valeriy Chekalov, Dmitry Utkin, Nikolay Matuseev, Evgeniy Prigozhin, Aleksei Levshin the RA-02795 captian, Rustam Karimov the RA-02795 co-pilot; and Kristina Raspopova the RA-02795 flight attendant, according to the Russian aviation safety and accident investigation team.
America’s most feared but respected enemy military is the ruthless PMC Wagner Group. The man who led the group, a convicted criminal named Yevgeniy Viktorovich Prigozhin, with various aliases, is the human most feared by America. That fear remains.
Mr. Prigozhin, by his own admission, has been at the root of most things which by global standards are pure-evil in the Russian Federation.
Many of Prigozhin’s plots were done in concert with Vladimir Putin. Of some others Putin had no forehand knowledge from Prigozhin directly, like Prigozhin’s body doubles.
On Friday, the Kremlin denied involvement in any plane crash. Spokesperson for Vladimir Putin, Dmitri S. Peskov was adamant. Russian President Vladimir Putin speaking to his nation, sent condolences to families of unnamed persons killed in the 23 August plane crash of RA-02795 without naming the parties. The Russian transportation authority had already provided the public with a manifest (below).
Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelenskyy says Kyiv was not involved in the reported death of Prigozhin.
American media has been told to say “Prigozhin knew too much and could have been a serious problem for President Putin who also has an election coming in a year.”
PMC Wagner founder and brilliant military leader of Wagner Group, Dmitry Utkin plus Yevgeny Prigozhin and Wagner’s head of logistics and security Valeriy Chekalov were with two veteran Wagner officers all allegedly on the same plane? “That never happens and makes no sense whatsoever. They must have been convincingly promised a gold mine and total reinstatement with their own command-level ranks in the Russian Military establishment in order to get them all on that plane without being at gunpoint,” said security analyst Simon Baldock from Israel.
The mercenaries of the Wagner Group have gone ballistic in their various channels and vow retribution if they can learn what happened and who to blame. British and American officials claiming they know what happened because they are able to predict the behaviour of psychopaths are not to be trusted. Wait.
About Mr. Putin, Prigozhin has said nothing derogatory in any of his bellicose public rants. These rants, say medical experts FPMag works with, are the spilling of a personality-disordered person.
Mr. Putin is a KGB-trained operative and knows how to contain his emotions and measure his responses to anything. He is the quintessential statesman and a ruthless authoritarian. For Russia, Putin has led and for the people, that worked out very well. Russia is a giant economic force and military force to ever reckon with.
Mr. Prigozhin’s fight is with Mr. Shoigu. “Mutiny” is a non-applicable word coming from the U.S. White House where nothing is trustworthy and in this case that rule-of-thumb applies. Prigozhin is a member of nothing within the Russian Federation to which he could mutiny against.
“He is a ranting, convicted, violent criminal, if he is alive and good riddance if he is dead. Just like huge numbers of Americans want Donald Trump back in the White House, they are now mourning the loss of Mr. Prigozhin—a wasted effort if in the unlikelihood he is still alive,” said Alona Adamovich, the RINJ Foundation‘s director in Ukraine and a person who has had confrontations with Mr. Prigozhin in Bakhmut about human rights of the local citizens, now only some 8,000, down from 70,000 in better times.
“Prigozhin has been a global billionaire and a menace to humankind,” says Alona Adamovich, the top brass in humanitarian circles within the Donbass and the Donetsk People’s Republic serving Bakhmut.
Prigozhin was on a personal hate-campaign against Defence Minister Shoigu according to close associates not yet dead.
A highly respected and decorated Sergei Kuzhugetovich Shoigu (21 May 1955) is a Russian Federation politician and distinguished Army General, Hero of the Russian Federation. General Shoigu is also a former Minister of Civil Defence, Emergencies and Disaster Relief from 1994 to 2012. In January, 2000 to May, 2000 General Shoigu served as Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Civil Defence, Emergencies and Disaster Relief. Mr. Shoigu was Appointed Governor of the Moscow Region in 2012 and on 6 November, 2012, appointed Minister of Defence of the Russian Federation according to his official biography.
Minister Shoigu lives in pursuit of impeccable military decorum say his peer group and most biographical accounts of his career.
Yevgeniy Viktorovich Prigozhin is an outright thug, as one casual Russian foreign affairs source said, “a fart in his own windstorm“.
“Correctly according to most military decorum, General Shoigu has no time for the likes of criminal Prigozhin. Concomitantly, Mr. Prigozhin despises the Russian Federation’s Defence Minister and with jail-house lingo and convict mentality attack-methods against Mr. Shoigu, sealed his and his men’s bad rapport with the Russian military establishment,” quipped Alona Adamovich who knows Mr. Prigozhin but is not a fan.
Mr. Prigozhin is a convicted criminal who spent a decade in a Russian Prison which shaped his character.
Prigozhin claims he invented Internet Research Agency and admitted that he worked to elect Donald Trump in 2016 by spending many millions of dollars on campaigns to destroy Trump’s opponents with the help of thousands of trolls. In the same year someone did this for Rodrigo Duterte in the Philippines, copying the exact style of election crime.

Yevgeniy Prigozhin may be dead. Mr. Prigozhin’s private jet disintegrated midair and the fuselage crashed following an obvious massive midair structural failure where the port wing separated from the fuselage striking the empennage which also separated from the fuselage. This could have been caused by an internal explosion or a catastrophic aircraft control incident at or near 435 knots air speed on 23 August not far from Moscow, apparently but not confirmed, after Yevgeniy Prigozhin returned from his visits in Africa.
The Russian Federal Air Transport Agency has published a list of passengers of the RA-02795 Embraer EMB-135BJ Legacy 600 of Yevgeniy Prigozhin that crashed in the Tver region.

Russian Federation registered: RA-02795 an Embraer EMB-135BJ Legacy 600 certified airworthy first in 2002, belonging to a U.S. sanctioned Russian registered company, MNT-Aero (owned by Kirill Shcherbakov, Artem Stepanov, and Yevgeniy Prigozhin).
Wingspan: 69 ft 5 in (21.17 m). Engines Rolls-Royce AE 3007A1E. There are no reported air accidents nor incidents for RA-02795. The aircraft type has never had a reported accident except a mid-air in 2006 coming from the factory. The aircraft type was not implicated in any manner.
At 15:11 GMT 23 August 2023, FlightRadar reports that RA-02795 dropped from the radar screen.
Embraer says it has not been providing support services for RA-02795 in compliance with American sanctions, since 2019.
The aircraft type has a spotless safety record for some two decades. Embraer is a foremost aircraft manufacturer in Brazil.
Generally believed to be deceased but unconfirmed are Wagner Group leader Yevgeniy Prigozhin, founder Dmitry Utkin, along with PMC Wagner head of logistics and security Valery Chekalov. See the full passenger manifest above.

Three kilometers from the fuselage crash site, the port wing and landing gear of the Prigozhin aircraft were found at the Lodyzhenka Riverbed near the Kuzhenkino station.
Video confirmed to be port wing of RA-02795 in a peculiar event being towed through brush immediately after crash with no effort to preserve the crash scene for aircraft accident investigators.
Some speculation in the spook community bandies the name of Major General Andrey Averyanov who is close to Mr. Putin and would have the ability to cause the crash of Mr. Prigozhin’s private jet. It could also have been the accidental detonation of explosives aboard or violence aboard the aircraft setting off a chain reaction. Mr. Prigozhin has demonstrated publicly a violent temper which can become uncontrollable.
Sources say, the aircraft carried explosives and military assault weapons. Prigozhin was allegedly on his way home in St. Petersburg. It is also entirely possible, even likely, Yevgeniy Prigozhin was not aboard the aircraft even though he was named on the manifest according to Russian Federation aviation authorities.
Body Doubles
Unequivocal evidence indicates Prigozhin was using doppelgangers (body doubles) to obfuscate his whereabouts since his first public attacks against the Russian Federation military. Without going into detail, numerous sources have told FPMag that Prigozhin was a “widely hated criminal who in no way upheld military standards” for personnel.
Evidence of one person Prigozhin was using as a doppelganger (body doubles) who has been spotted occasionally say sources which cannot be discussed.
After Prigozhin’s many 2023-angry-rants against Defence Minister Shoigu who Mr. Prigozhin said had shorted PMC Wagner’s men on ammunition and supplies while in combat in Bakhmut (Donetsk Republic), Prigozhin used quasi-doppelgangers in his travels according to sources within Russian Federation law enforcement agencies which searched Prigozhin’s Saint Petersburg home and found a number of identification items. There are no public records of a parallel flight with one of Yevgeniy Prigozhin’s other business jets which would have been his normal modus in recent times. FPMag did not find evidence Prigozhin has returned from Africa although Vladimir Putin in speeches seems to have acknowledged Prigozhin came back to Russia from Africa on 22 August 2023, and was seeing certain officials in Moscow. Prigozhin may have been conned or indeed there were important meetings.
Mr. Prigozhin, while convicted of many crimes and having served many years of a greater sentence for prison time, is also listed in several abandoned U.S. indictments for very serious crimes against the People of The United States of America.
A federal judge approved U.S. prosecutors’ request in 2020 to dismiss the criminal case against a Russian firm accused of funding a propaganda operation to meddle in the 2016 presidential election to sway it in Donald Trump’s favor.
Ironically, In February of this year, Mr. Prigozhin said publicly that he founded the Internet Research Agency.
“I’ve never just been the financier of the Internet Research Agency. I invented it, I created it, I managed it for a long time.”
Prigozhin on an occasion eight months previously said that he had commit Russian interference in US elections. This vindicates Robert Mueller’s allegations and indictments in the matter of the Russian Federation helping Trump become elected in 2016, a shocking outcome in that election and a huge crime by Trump if he in fact was proven to be complicit in the crime. That has not happened, but the perpetrators have been indicted and sanctioned.
“Prigozhin may have been many things but above all, he has been a violent, psychopathic, convicted criminal. His victims are often women says a Court that convicted him,” notes Dale Carter, security director of the global women’s rights and safety NGO, RINJ Women.
Prigozhin has confided to his people that he has prepared in expert culinary fashion the brains of dead women as a delicacy for himself and Vladimir Putin.
Prigozhin has never shown any remorse or empathy regarding the people he has harmed or killed and has all the indications of a seriously disordered antisocial personality disordered human, a psychopath.
Three clinical experts, none wanting credit for fear of retaliation, confirm that guess work on the indications from Prigozhin’s history of behaviour. None of the psychiatrists we spoke with have done a face-to-face examination of the party.
Years of investigations and endless source material from journalism contacts in Russia and across Europe developed over 50 years say that Donald Trump’s election in 2016 is owed to Yevgeniy Prigozhin. FPMag was never able to say that until recently when certain Grand Jury factums revealed during an Atlanta, Georgia investigation into the 2020 election in the United States. Those data closed the gap on a series of disconnected facts.
An investigation was conducted by Robert Mueller, a former Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), and his team from May 2017 to March 2019
On 13 July 2018, Mueller’s team indicted 12 Russian intelligence officers for their alleged involvement in hacking into computers of those working on the elections with the goal of stealing and releasing documents. The officers worked for a Russian Federation military agency known as the GRU.
Another fact that was recently revealed is that Donald Trump likely did not know he was being helped by such a sophisticated setup directed by people working for Prigozhin and Vladimir Putin indirectly. Trump has been accused of seeking help from foreign states.
“The United States is a declared enemy of Russia. The two nations have been at war of one kind or another since WWII. The type of caper the world is looking at now is not much different from what the US has done to Russia in the past. Today it looks as if America will now suffer as much as Russia has suffered until now. The exploits of Russia cannot be said to be better than the American exploits in Russia. It’s what some might call payback.
“Looking at the past connections of Donald Trump, Rudy Giuliani and the pair’s acquaintances including the GOP leadership, America elected a group of treacherous clowns and got what it deserved,” says Simon Baldock, an Israeli security consultant.

Mr. Prigozhin is no hero, he is the quintessential Russian Thug and clearly a personality disordered human.
The leading picture and its story: Sent to prison for nearly a decade in 1981, Yevgeniy Viktorovich Prigozhin is no gentleman. His litany of crimes included breaking into women’s homes, stealing valuable property from the person of certain women; attacking and choking a woman until she lost consciousness; drunkenness and robbing a woman of her boots and jewelry or his complicity and attempt to do that crime. Prigozhin’s role with others is somewhat unclear as to who did what. It was however clear in the transcript of the proceeding and subsequent appeal that Prigozhin choked the woman until she became unconscious.
The Court’s transcript notes that, “After which they caught up with [Ms.] Koroleva outside the building at 7 M. Zheleznyaka Street, where Prigozhin and X approached Koroleva, and Makeko asked her for a cigarette with the intention of distracting her. When Koroleva opened her purse, Prigozhin grabbed her by the neck from behind and began choking her, and X threatened her with a knife and helped pull her away from the street. Prigozhin continued to choke Koroleva until she lost consciousness, after which Bushman took off her boots and gave one to Kopayev, and Prigozhin and X took the victim’s gold earrings worth 50 rubles. They fled the scene with the stolen property.

Allegations against Prigozhin
- Radio France Internationale (RFI) published a major investigation based on UN documents about the activities of mercenaries in the CAR: the journalists reported that “Russian military instructors” were carrying out extrajudicial killings, gang rapes, and lootings.
- Similar reports from Libya about the Wagner Group’s misdeeds caused the European Union to act swiftly.
- Prigozhin was in a public feud with Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu. Sources say they hated each other. Prigozhin went as far as saying he would lead Wagner on a long trek to Moscow to attack Sergei Shoigu, but the head of the Russian Federation military was not present in Moscow at the time according to news reports of his whereabouts.

The General Court confirms the restrictive measures adopted by the Council against the Russian businessman Yevgeniy Viktorovich Prigozhin, in view of the situation in Libya Following serious human rights abuses in Libya, in October 2020 the Council of the European Union adopted restrictive measures against Mr Yevgeniy Viktorovich Prigozhin, a Russian businessman with close links to Wagner Group, which is involved in military operations in that State. The decision was extended in July 2021. Those measures consist in the freezing of funds of persons engaged in or providing support for acts that threaten the peace, stability or security of Libya. Mr Prigozhin asks the General Court of the European Union to annul those decisions, alleging inter alia an infringement of the obligation to state reasons for those decisions, the inadmissibility of the evidence relied on, an erroneous assessment of the facts, abuse of power and the infringement of his fundamental rights. By its judgment delivered today, the General Court rejects the application and confirms the Council’s decisions of 2020 and 2021.
