Biden team committed Genocide. Garland must charge them.

In a desperate meeting of humanitarian women in Gaza this week, several steps have been proposed, one of which is to approach the U.S. Attorney General.

“These men, Austin, Blinken, Biden guilty of Genocide, have willfully and knowingly with criminal intent, and a claim of impunity, committed genocide contrary to 18 U.S. Code § 1091 (Genocide). If these men had not partnered with Benjamin Netanyahu and Yoav Gallant to exterminate the people of Palestine on 8 October 2023, this catastrophe of unprecedented proportions would not have happened. An occupying force comprised of America and Israel is exterminating the occupied population which has been held by force under an apartheid for decades,” summarized Ms. Dale Carter, security director for The RINJ Foundation, at the meeting, sitting outside under the stars in a wrecked Gaza Strip.

“The second decision of the women at our meeting was to update the Statement of Particulars which was first constructed in October 2023 and ‘issued‘ in November 2023,” explained Ms. Carter.

“All people will be protected equally under the law. All people will be held accountable equally under the law,” says Merrick Garland (see video statement below).  Austin, Blinken, Biden committed Genocide. Garland must indict these men and others.

“And we must also advise the International Criminal Court of our efforts to encourage the U.S. Department of Justice to take action in this matter. The slaughter of women and children in Gaza must be stopped and the U.S. Attorney General has the power to do that,” added Katie Alsop who was not at the meeting but was fully briefed by Ms. Carter.

“It is our position Merrick Garland must charge and arrest Lloyd Austin, Antony Blinken, and Joseph Biden for genocide as per the USA Code.

In the alternative, the USA must be prepared to be called out as having a failed system of justice and face the ridicule of the world as international courts hold the parties to account because of a failed U.S. Justice system.

The RINJ Women agreed that Merrick Garland is a man of integrity who if not AG would be a worthy candidate for the Supreme Court of the USA. Mr. Garland has likely considered this matter, the meeting attendees agreed. He should act. This would not interfere with any election, and it would not interfere with USA administration.

“VP Kamala Harris has said she wants to be President so let her begin now,” suggested Yemen Doctor Behar Abbasi who is a RINJ Women regional director and who has been in Gaza helping out women and children since October 2023.

“The harm that the United States has done under Joseph Biden, is not limited to genocide. The United States, led by the accused, has assisted with willfulness and knowledge, the isolation, starvation, abuse, murder, extermination, unlawful detention, of two million people has imperiled their lives to the point of being a holocaust,” said nurse Ai’sha who was at the meeting as an expert on the situation in Gaza and the West Bank and who provided statistical and anecdotal data to the group. Other locals were in attendance but with the exception of the two persons mentioned, have repeatedly requested that their names and presence never be revealed by any means for security reasons.

“Supplying thousands of tons of munitions and weapons to kill tens of thousands of women and children in Gaza and West Bank for a year is an element of the extermination of a race of people and that comprises a genocide under the USA Code,” insists Monique Deslauriers who was consulted repeatedly this week for the deliberations these women were conducting.

“The problems arising from the American and Israeli genocide against Palestine are way out of control. I am flabbergasted that my country is ‘keeping six’ with aircraft carrier strike forces for Benjamin Netanyahu and his racist gang of thugs while they exterminate a race of people,” exclaimed Ms. Deslauriers.

“This is stupid Biden’s work, and he should be hung alongside Blinken and Austin and probably a few others guilty of incitement,” said Ms. DesLauriers in an encrypted conversation. “I hope that this can be brought to justice and that Americans will wake up to the fact that they have killed tens of thousands of little children in Gaza under a government that claims impunity for genocide, because that would mean that anyone could be next, including us Americans,” Monique, the U.S. executive director of the RINJ Women group added.

Following the Gaza meeting, the new developments concerning the RINJ Clinic bombing in North Gaza convened RINJ lawyers, field workers, and security contractors for a second meeting in Tel Aviv at the premises of a RINJ Women security analyst. Those conversations remain secret.
