Palestinians are among the most oppressed, peaceful and best educated folks on Earth. Gaza, in literary standards and scholastic achievements exceed Israel and USA, plenty. But like any oppressed population there are those men who are furiously angry at being mistreated and in this case, their occasional misconduct and exploitation of the ordinary civilian population is infamous according to Israeli officials and human rights organizations around the world.

Children are the main victims. In early life, humans have very little inherent immunities to unexperienced pathogens. Everywhere we go there are human remains being eaten by thousands of abandoned dogs. The dogs spread disease.
Hamas in our opinion, and according to friendly people we know inside their health system are reluctant to talk about the scale of human suffering outside what is seen in hospitals. Hospitals are the focus of regional Arab media and doctors are coming and going surreptitiously so Gaza cannot cover this up.
Hamas workers and journalists don’t go where we go on our mountain bikes. We know our routes and can tell when a drone is following us. We make routes that have partially destroyed buildings and duck into them and wait it out.
What is happening in Gaza is ignored by Western media which is still telling lies about what happened on 7 October 2023 from what I have been told by [MSF] doctors without borders coming and going.
I have watched IDF and CNN going into a broken sewer inspection tunnel and the CNN people were all but saluting the Israelis and IDF liars. I can’t imagine what kind of props were set up inside the inspection and system management tunnel. Probably the same crap they used at a hospital. The whole sewer system is destroyed except some stations.
For Hamas to suggest that there is only 42,000 deaths in Gaza is an outrage. 1.7 Million people here are starving to death while they endure high rates of infectious disease transmission. Already they are dropping dead steadily. One person told me that at a tent city in Khan Unis, bodies are not being discovered until the odor becomes objectionable to passersby. Often children pass the information.
Then the UNWRA workers find a whole family of a mother and four children plus two orphans are all dead from dehydration and starvation. I suspect gastroenteritis and diarrhea causing dehydration which can spread rapidly in a single family or community. It is the path of death these days stemming from many other diseases that eventually infect and even destroy the gastrointestinal system.
As one brave UN worker told me about this tragedy, tears formed in his eyes. I instantly had the image that was in his mind in my mind’s eyes. Too much was built inside me and I put my face in my arms and wept.
I imagined that brave woman caring for her four children and taking on two orphans, her kids’ friends maybe, and fighting to keep them all alive. She failed and I failed. I wished intensely I could hug them all back to life. My mind was a blur of grief for the thousands of women fighting for their families.
This life experience made me believe pathologist Dr. Kathy Poon [CSPAD] who insists that the numbers of deaths don’t make any sense. She cites the numbers of huge American bunker buster bombs used to explode in the basements of residential buildings many hundreds of them and hide all the suffocated or crushed bodies of moms and young children of nine-story apartment budlings.
Dr. Poon and Dr. Harris have been contacted by escaped or retired American and Israeli air force and army people now as witnesses in their investigations.
FPM has shown the videos. Where is the body count? There is none and that is why it is done like this with huge penetration bombs that destroy whole buildings and hide the bodies under the buildings.
I have seen those buildings come down. I have filmed that happening. There was me, just watching this happening and not able to do a thing. I hope Allah will forgive me. I felt like I failed my oath. But what could I do?
The huge American bombs, 14,000+ of which have been shipped to Israel, are constructed using several key components that combine to create a highly efficient penetrator bomb that is capable of bringing down an entire residential apartment building during the day on top of stay-at-home moms and their small children as a method of exterminating a race of people.
Hamas is trying to dodge responsibility for allegedly causing hundreds of thousands of deaths by giving America and Israel cause for genocide. But where are all the missing people from Gaza? They are dead? Hamas controls everything that Israel does not control.
The population has dropped from 2.3 million to 1.7 million and part of that is the people that Britain, France, Germany, and USA ferreted out of here back in early October 2023, which has slammed the population downwards from 2.3 million.
Some of our people in the Middle East have been going in and out of Gaza unbeknownst or tolerated by the Israelis for nearly fifteen years.
My team here in Gaza has reduced in size since our north Gaza facility backed and staffed by our Syrian operations, was bombed killing over 30 people including 12 infants—they were there for their first vaccinations on 7 March 2024.
Also, the number of pregnant women that we are summoned to help has reduced by about 80%. That could be because our contacts and the word-of-mouth grapevine is deceased.
Israeli occupying soldiers behave like bullying cowards. They attack the unarmed population of Gaza, West Bank, and East Jerusalem conducting artillery strikes, daily home invasions, beatings, arrest of children, taking of adult and child hostages, other detainments, murders, theft of homes and properties and other atrocities.
Today the gutless. cowardly attackers against Gaza are bombing hospitals, refugee tent cities, criminally exploiting media reports, criminally scraping and exploiting Facebook, X.com and WhatsApp to find, target, and kill doctors, nurses, professors, teachers and journalists.
I know that Google works with our organization’s publication to slam, ban and prosecute scrapers of online data for their various fraudulent and criminal purposes. We are told this is a serious crime by Google and our own organization. Why isn’t that true for killers using Facebook data to kill folks using their services? Of course it should be.
Those crimes against users must scare the ordinary user—if they knew. Every person users talk to is at risk of a mistake that gets them killed. People say the stupidest things on social media. They should not do that. The world is watching including criminals and angry militants like the IDF. For once I feel sorry for Facebook and Twitter. Somebody is visiting horrendous crimes upon their users and the platforms could be, or at least are at risk of being penalized unfairly.
Gaza is unarmed and thus has become a destroyed wasteland.

FPM and The RINJ Foundation, based on legal adviser opinions, include estimates of deaths by starvation and disease because Israel has weaponized starvation and a blocking siege upon food, water and medical supplies as a weapon of their war on Gaza. Also, there is a huge factor of those deaths deliberately caused and hidden under the rubble of destroyed buildings.
Civil society in Gaza does not have the equipment or the time on site to dig deeply and rescue survivors who eventually suffocate to death, mostly women and children. The thought of killers causing such deaths is repulsive. America and Israel must be held to account. In America, the death penalty applies to genocide.
Weaponizing these elements are war crimes for a reason and the deaths of civilians caused by these extreme atrocities are attributable as war deaths and in this case, deaths caused by a genocide or extermination campaign which Israeli officials have publicly undertaken.
