Israel has no right to kill civilians. Palestinians have right to resist.

Not only do Palestinians have the obligation and the right to resist apartheid, so also does Hezbollah, Iran, Yemen, Houthis, Hamas, PLO, everyone in the world. They may not attack Israeli civilians. Iran totally got this right. So did the Houthis in Yemen.

Israel complaining about being antagonized by the apartheid resistance group should fall on deaf ears. Israel is an apartheid state and was told by the ICJ to stop.

Iran and the Houthis have prima facia conducted their activities lawfully, only attacking military targets and assets, not civilian targets. Commercial shipping or trains devoted to moving munitions to the ‘war-front’ is a military target.

Geneva Conventions, Article 52: “In so far as objects are concerned, military objectives are limited to those objects which by their nature, location, purpose or use make an effective contribution to military action and whose total or partial destruction, capture or neutralization, in the circumstances ruling at the time, offers a definite military advantage.”

Israeli troops in Gaza are performing heinous crimes for social media videos and publishing those crimes of detainee humiliation, killings, lootings, snipers shooting children and unarmed men, firing squads killing women and children, and more.

“As Israeli forces continue to intensify their cataclysmic assault on the occupied Gaza Strip, Amnesty International has documented unlawful Israeli attacks, including indiscriminate attacks, which caused mass civilian casualties and must be investigated as war crimes.” Citing Damning evidence of war crimes as Israeli attacks wipe out entire families in Gaza – Amnesty International

Israeli forces under Benjamin Netanyahu are roving through displacement camps, gang-raping women and girls in Gaza, and across Gaza deliberately killing journalists, nearly 200 in Gaza and the West Bank. IDF forces have killed over 500 doctors and nurses; they bomb ambulances and EMS workers. Israel is deliberately bombing hospitals and medical clinics including one of our own killing 30 persons including 12 infants attending for their first vaccinations. This was a serious crisis because we lost crucially important medical practitioners including Dr. Buni Nemef, a Syrian Canadian who is one of our founding members.

For us, the most devastating news is the Israeli murder of 12 infants whom we delivered two months earlier and for whom we brought refrigerated vaccinations into Gaza, as we do at least monthly from Syria via Jordan, for the babies delivered at that birthing clinic which was first set up by Dr. Buni in 2017. The bomb was a TV-guided single 500 pound American-made device, the only one in the entire region that day. We had advertised ‘Vaccination Day’ in that community via word of mouth. We will not stop. We do take additional precautions including security contractor staff with man-pack Stinger missiles.

We continue our work in a new location in Dr. B’s honour and out of consideration for her families of patients.

When Palestine is free, we will build a new clinic with a monument dedicated to the doctor whose patients loved her. and for us who loved her dearly as do many people around the world. Rest in peace my dear sister, whom I love dearly. You will never be forgotten as will our dear patients and lost coworkers.

The ICJ’s opinion formally recognizes Israel’s actions as apartheid, which is a serious violation of international law. This classification aligns with the definitions provided in the Rome Statute and other international legal frameworks.

According to the Rome Statute, the crime of apartheid involves inhumane acts committed in the context of an institutionalized regime of systematic oppression and domination by one racial group over any other racial group or groups, with the intention of maintaining that regime.

Since 7 October 2023, Hezbollah has been involved in cross-border attacks that have resulted in the deaths of Israeli civilians. As of the latest reports, at least 10 Israeli civilians have been killed due to these attacks. There is a question: were these accidental deaths of a collateral nature? A panel of FPM advisors say that the nature of the attacks in some instances was undisciplined and randomized. That is a war crime. We explain.

That suggests that Hezbollah did not take any care to avoid civilian deaths, even worse, these are serious crimes not exercises of the right to resist on behalf of Palestinians.

This is careless warfighting guided by unschooled leaders and fighters. These are not terrorists nor is Hamas a terrorist organization. These are mostly people led by a desire to protect their own kind against apartheid and genocide, their Arab Muslim brothers and sisters. Lack of discipline has allowed overzealous fighters misled by the Israeli example to kill ten Israeli settlers since October 2023. Hezbollah needs to conduct an investigation. Killing civilians achieves no end and is a heinous crime the resistance accuses Israel of perpetrating.

International law provides for resistance to apartheid and genocide, but it does not include a right, in fact denies the right, to behave in the criminal manner of the oppressor, the occupier of Palestine.

Remember the resistance of Mosul, Iraq against ISIS, attacking ISIS in the act of committing crimes like the auction of Yezidi women and children at the al Warithin hotel in Mosul, in the midst of a war zone. Never were ISIS civilians attacked. Remember also the activities of the French Resistance against the Nazis and that of the brave Poles in Poland who collectively never attacked German civilians but always attacked military operations, blowing up military airplanes, Nazi convoys and train shipments of weapons to one or another front. This is where the right and obligation to resist comes from in the Geneva convention.

In Mosul, when we knew a ISIS leader was on his way with fighters to a place where raped women in captivity had deliberately and crudely terminated their pregnancies and had been sentenced to death, the Daesh gunmen were met near their destination with a crude roadblock and shot dead, the girls already hauled away with the wounded rescuers.

Imagine that in 2015, if you arrived at Al-Warithin Hotel in Mosul Iraq, with a
broker to buy child-sex-slaves and were seen leading children out, you need to realize you would have been in the sights of Mosul Underground Resistance people who would pull the trigger as they always did and some ladies and boys would come running out of nowhere, grabbing the kids, throwing Niqabs on them, and the next day be making them breakfast in a safe house awaiting their egress to outlying areas into the hands of  brave and sworn-to-secrecy Peshmerga forces and other Militia who would get the kids home.

“Conclude that killing civilians is not resistance to apartheid, genocide or anything, it is a war crime of murder. Experienced resistance leaders are guided by the United Nations authorized actors in the conflict, such as the United States in the matter of the ISIS Caliphate. Resistance leaders must strictly conduct their activities in accordance with all the laws of warfare,” explains Dale Carter.

“Since then, the USA has become complicit in a genocide, because of a very sinister and stupid USA president. Many American operators are horrified by what is happening. We sympathize with these of our dearest friends in America. This is a nightmare come true for them, being given orders they cannot, must not follow. We don’t see much potential for repair of the catastrophe, on the near horizon but hope for the best return to the rule of law among all our former allies,” she added.

Killings of civilians across the Gaza strip by Israel in the past 24 hours total 173 civilians from 3 major bombing attacks, most fatalities being women and children. 46 Lebanese civilians were killed near Beirut in the same period according to medical workers in both countries. Israel has bombed hospitals in both areas.

In the same period, Israel has declared the UN Secretary General as persona non gratis and Iran has informed the United States via Sweden that its Tuesday missile attack on Israel was legal, justified, and legitimate retaliation the Americans had asked Iran to delay for the benefit of a pending ceasefire agreement; and its missile attacks of Tuesday settled the matter of Israel’s attacks on persons, conducting assassinations, in Tehran and violating Iranian sovereignty (something the USA does often).

Furthermore, said Iran according to diplomatic sources, Benjamin Netanyahu’s vitriolic statements indicate Israel intends to escalate this matter with an extreme attack on Iran’s nuclear power generation facilities. If this were to happen, “Iran will deliver unbridled attacks on Israel of an extreme nonconventional character.” Clearly this suggests an extreme risk of a widespread war.

This clash between Israel and Iran is based on Iran’s membership to the anti-apartheid resistance group that Yemen, Hezbollah, Syria, Jordan, Iraq, Lebanon, South Africa, and most of BRICS claim to support.

Iran, Hezbollah, Yemen, and Hamas have all said that their ‘antagonisms’ against Israel will cease once the Gaza Genocide ends say all these states, and Israel ends its occupation of Palestine according to only some of these states.

South Africa wants the leadership of Israel arrested, tried, convicted and imprisoned.

South Africa has brought a case to the International Court of Justice, accusing Israel of committing and continuing to commit genocide against Palestinians in the Gaza Strip, in violation of the Genocide Convention. This includes what South Africa characterizes as 75 years of apartheid by Israel, a 56-year occupation, and a 16-year blockade of the Gaza Strip.

Israel is trying to fool the credulous population of Israel and America into believing that the crude rocket firings at its “Iron Dome” air defence system is happening in a vacuum but in fact, rockets launched against military targets are a lawful resistance action against “Israel’s steady extermination of the Palestinian people” as the International Criminal Court has indicated in its requests for arrest warrants for Netanyahu and Gallant.

Rockets randomly launched against civilians are war crimes.

The debate over the legitimacy of resistance, including violent resistance, against established authority dates back to the origins of political and social philosophy (see Bauer, 1965). This theme not only runs through the annals of Western political thought but is also evident in other cultural narratives, including ancient Chinese literature and the oral traditions of Sub-Saharan Africa. (cf. Kühnhardt, 1987:237ff and 261ff, respectively).

From the inception of scholarly inquiry, individuals from various fields have debated the right and obligation to resist: initially theologians, philosophers, and jurists, followed by historians, political scientists, sociologists, and ethnologists. Consequently, the body of literature on the right to resist, authored over three millennia by scholars across disciplines and cultures, has grown so vast that it eludes comprehensive review.  See: Chapter 11-6-2.4 The Right to Resist Heiner Bieleffeldt 978-0-306-48039-3_56

“Many Israeli Jews in Israel quietly claim they believe the IQB actions of 7 October 2023 were justified resistance to Israeli Apartheid. ‘Worse was done to the German Nazis in 1940 by the MuR (resistance) and they were considered heroes,’ a senior citizen in Mosul Iraq qho showed me his ancient Lee Enfield, told me,” said Simon Baldock, security analyst in Tel Aviv during an interview for this article.

“They do not, nor does anyone, rationalize the behaviour of riff raff, Palestinian criminals who came through the breaches in the Gaza prison walls following the IQB into Israel and conducted themselves as hooligans, looters, kidnappers and thugs,” Mr. Baldock explained a caveat to his earlier statement.

“But the first job of a person living under apartheid, according to international law, is to resist that apartheid and try to save their community,” Mr. Baldock added. “But attacking civilians by anyone is unlawful, and frankly, the behaviour of a very sick mind.”

Oppressing the Palestine people since 1948

“Both Ameria and Israel are guilty of heinous crimes oppressing the Palestinian people for decades. They have some inbred screw-up in their brains that they are the chosen ones and that Arabs and non-Whites are inferior human-animals. Someone should break the news to these f*ckups that they are nothing special, just criminals,” Mr. Baldock argued.

Illegal Occupations and Apartheid by Israel

The Rome Statute defines the crime of apartheid as inhumane acts carried out within an institutionalized regime of systematic oppression and domination by one racial group over any other racial group or groups, intended to maintain that regime.

The International Court of Justice’s July 2024 opinion formally recognizes Israel’s actions as apartheid.

Racialization, segregation, political intervention, mobility controls, capitalist plunder, and labor exploitation.

Apartheid is a serious violation of international law. This classification aligns with the definitions provided in the Rome Statute and other international legal frameworks.

Apartheid, most notably implemented in South Africa, Israel, The United States, Australia, *Canada, and Nazi Germany.

*Note:  While indigenous Canadians continue to experience severe racism in Canada, it is no less true that Canada has contributed internationally to the elimination of apartheid despite its own bad domestic record. In the summer of 1940, more than 3,000 refugees— among them 2,300 German and Austrian Jews aged 16 to 60—were sent to Canada. They were interned in guarded camps in Ontario, Quebec and New Brunswick. The Jews in the group came to be known as the “accidental immigrants.” They were initially interned in prisoner of war (POW) camps alongside actual POWs, including Nazi Germans. Citing ‘The Canadian Encyclopedia

Under the Mulroney Conservative government, Canada certainly “punched above its weight” on an issue seemingly peripheral to its national interests from 1987 to 1990.During South Africa’s “darkest days,” which are often overlooked, Canada took action through multilateral forums, bilateral relations, and its embassy to maintain global pressure on apartheid. Consequently, the Mulroney government found itself in a diplomatic struggle among its major allies, Pretoria, and its African Commonwealth partners. These efforts came at a price, but Canada’s “advanced middling” position contributed to a peaceful shift to majority rule in South Africa, offering valuable insights for today’s policymakers.

Apartheid, a system of institutionalized racial segregation and discrimination. Here are some key examples:

South Africa

Apartheid laws in South Africa, enacted from 1948 to 1994, enforced racial segregation in all aspects of life. This included separate residential areas, schools, hospitals, and public facilities for different racial groups. The Group Areas Act of 1950, for instance, designated specific areas where each racial group could live and work, leading to forced removals of non-white populations.

Nazi Germany

Although not termed apartheid, the racial laws and segregation policies of Nazi Germany, particularly against Jews, share similarities. Jews were forced into ghettos, excluded from public life, and subjected to severe discrimination and violence.

United States’ Jim Crow Laws

In the United States, the Jim Crow laws enforced racial segregation in the southern states from the late 19th century until the civil rights movement in the 1960s. These laws mandated separate public facilities, schools, and transportation for black and white people2.

The sad story of Australia’s Aboriginal Peoples

The policy of segregation in Australia, particularly against Aboriginal Australians, involved removing Aboriginal children from their families (known as the Stolen Generations) and placing them in institutions or with white families to assimilate them into white society2.

Human Rights

The ICJ ruling places a responsibility on all states and the United Nations to take action to end these violations.

This could involve diplomatic measures, sanctions, or other forms of pressure to ensure compliance with international law.

The opinion highlights the severe human rights abuses faced by Palestinians under Israeli occupation, including systematic racial segregation and oppression. It calls for reparations for Palestinians who have suffered under these policies.

This ruling may influence international relations and policies, particularly those of countries that have been supportive of Israel. It could lead to a reassessment of foreign policies and increased support for Palestinian rights.

This advisory opinion is a landmark decision that underscores the need for urgent action to address the ongoing human rights violations in Palestine.

Israel and America lied about what happened on 7 October, 2023.

The actual number of Israeli civilians killed on 7 October was 695 Israeli civilians, roughly half of whom were killed by Israeli Defence Forces.

Don’t be fooled by Netanyahu’s and Biden’s colourful lies about the IQB attacks on Israel 7 October 2023. A large percentage of the 1,139 deaths were killed by friendly fire, and at that, only 695 Israeli civilians perished.

There were no beheaded babies, none, nor were hundreds of women raped by IQB troops according to hospital records and medical officials in Israel. It’s all a pack of Netanyahu lies to justify genocide. Biden also told the same lies claiming he saw videos or pictures of 40 babies being beheaded and women being raped or words to that effect. None of that is true. None of that happened.

Israeli Social security figures defy even UN reports of what happened on 7 October 2023.

7 October raids did not happen in a vacuum.

The UN Secretary General was correct. Palestine certainly does have a right to resist apartheid with violence on military targets but attacks on civilians are reprehensible and illegal.

In our opinion, Hamas should be disbanded and reconstructed correctly or forgotten. Hamas leaders will likely be jailed setting up an opportunity for reform.

Generally speaking, only an unlawful, illegitimate, oppressive, rogue, stupid organization attacks Israeli civilians or any civilians.

Calling out facts like this speak more clearly when real and not politically corrected by a beleaguered UN—which is suffering the loss and heartache of countless killed humanitarian workers in Gaza—making too-generous efforts at diplomacy. This crisis of Israeli apartheid of colonialism must end. It shows that the creation of Israel was a stupid idea. Maybe a one state solution needs to be put on the table. End Israel and create a sovereign non-sectarian country for all the people from the river to the sea. Pie in the sky?

The attack on 7 October 2023 killing 1,139 persons, tragically killed 695 Israeli civilians from the outset. Netanyahu knew ahead of the attack and prepared propaganda and a pretext that Mossad was sleeping. It wasn’t. It was told to STFU.

Egypt, Turkey and Jordan warned Netanyahu and Biden, their intel sources say.

The latest figures indicate that the death toll from the 7 October 2023 IQB attack comprises 695 Israeli civilians, including 34 children and one infant, alongside 373 military and paramilitary personnel and 71 Thai nationals, totaling 1,139 fatalities.

Bituah Leumi, the social security agency of Israel, has released a comprehensive report on the fatalities that occurred on October 7, 2023. It publishes names and the circumstances of their deaths.

695 Israeli civilians were killed that day, according to Bituah Leumi, Israel’s social security agency. Many of these deceased civilians were killed by friendly fire according to intelligence agencies of Egypt, Turkey and Jordan whom had each warned of coming resistance movement reprisals because of the Israeli campaign against the al Aqsa Mosquie in Jerusalem. FPM workers and RINJ Foundation members in each of these countries suspect that neither of these parties were surprised by the events.

Five casualties from the Hamas attack were small children under 5. Three of those were under the age of 3, one was ten months old. None were beheaded. (Data at the six-month mark since the beginning of the war—btl.gov.il)

In all of Israel, there were no forensic rape kits conducted within 72 hours of any moment of 7 October 2023.

“According to Israeli military estimates, the investigation into the deaths caused by battles at Kibbutz Be’eri were the result of friendly fire from tanks and infantry, reports Melissa Hemingway from Tel Aviv.

373 Security forces were killed including Palestinians, also some Israelis were killed by friendly fire and others killed in firefights lasting three days of heavy fighting between the IDF, police and the Al-Qassam Brigade soldiers who arrived in motorized parachutes.

Of the total deaths, some 71 Thailand workers were killed, some by Israeli fire in the most chaotic deployment of military ever recorded in Israel, according to a retired Israeli Defence Forces (IDF) officer.

Numerous Israelis perished as a result of Israeli military operations aimed at regaining southern Israel territory from the IQB fighters. These operations included artillery shells and rockets in densely populated regions, according to reports from AFP and several Israeli news sources. This caused many civilian casualties.

On 7 October a barrage of at least 4,300 rockets were mostly intercepted by the Israeli air defence dome.

Additional notes:

Military and paramilitary Israeli fatalities included 58 police, 10 members of internal security service Shin Bet, and 305 soldiers who were killed, including several dozen unarmed soldiers guarding the border with Gaza

  1. The youngest victim was 10-month-old Mila Cohen, shot and killed at Kibbutz Beeri.
  2. An entire family, including three children aged between 2 and 6, were killed in their home at Kibbutz Nir Oz.
  3. Elsewhere, two brothers aged 5 and 8 were shot dead in their car with their parents.
  4. A 5-year-old boy was killed in the street by a rocket.

The data of social services give a more accurate picture of the scale of atrocities in the chaos of the ending Supernova music festival in Reim where some 364 people were killed by men who opened fire on the crowds.

The Supernova music festival killers were not identified. Many we saw wore uniforms. At approximately 7:00 am, an alarm signaled an impending rocket attack, causing festival attendees to scatter. Following this, likely IQB militants clad in black military gear and utilizing motorcycles, trucks, and powered paragliders encircled the festival area, firing indiscriminately at attendees attempting escape.

Supernova music attendees seeking shelter in nearby bomb shelters, bushes, and orchards were slain on the spot. Of the persons who succeeded in reaching roads and parking areas, many were caught in a traffic jam whereat militants targeted the vehicles.

According to Israeli security analyst Simon Baldock, militants executed some of the wounded at close range while they lay on the ground. This information is corroborated by several witnesses and by Wikipedia editors and writers.

There are unconfirmed reports of an IDF helicopter gunship opening fire nearby where people near a parking lot tried to flee causing traffic issues, or the helicopter operators were firing at militants and civilians became caught in the crossfire said one witness who was an off duty IDF grunt who witnessed these happenings. The social services data also invalidates statements by Israeli authorities in the days following the attack. FPM has been unable to confirm this story but heard three accounts with very large variances.

Specifically, a statement issued on 10 October 2023, on the Israeli government’s official X .com account mentioned “40 babies murdered” at Kfar Aza kibbutz. This claim, originating from an i24NEWS channel report, that was later debunked. Bituah Leumi confirmed that 46 civilians perished in Kfar Aza, with the youngest being 14 years old. No babies perished here.

One account that was scrutinized is the one from 27 October 2023, given by Colonel Golan Vach, the leader of the IDF’s S&R unit. He informed a gathering of reporters that he had “personally” carried “a decapitated baby” discovered in the embrace of its mother at the Beeri kibbutz.

According to Bituah Leumi, only one baby was killed in Beeri: again, the 10-month-old Mila Cohen, whose mother survived was the youngest death on 7 October 2023.

This report on 7 October 2023, is updated from:  Israeli Genocide prioritizes killing women and kids ‘because they are animals too’. A kid wrote a letter from heaven (rinj.press)

Legally, there is no justification of genocide.  Several laws against genocide denial also forbid the justification of genocide.
