This is certainly a propaganda lie of the IDF. The same data science and AI tools were available in September and October of 2023 and they did nothing to prevent so-called terrorists and Netanyahu’s complete botchery on Israeli security.
BG Yossi Sariel entered the position of head of 8200 Signals Intel unit in February 2021 following a long military career in intelligence. He recently resigned over the 7 October failure.
The truth is that the obese 8200 Intel unit is incompetent and expensive but has bought a system from an Israel-based company that operates on the dark-side and this system is valued as a real world kill chain generator that can automate the bombing of homes where possible enemies may live.
According to RINJ Women workers in Gaza, many of whom are from Gaza, were able to check on some of the people living in the smaller buildings in Gaza and it was impossible to conclude that residents were Hamas or IQB men. In fact, in the case of three destroyed buildings, there were no males, just women and lots of kids.

Both state and non-state actors like NGOs providing humanitarian assistance to the innocents in war zones know full well about this need for secrecy in a world where mistakes get humanitarians, and their ‘clients’ killed.
Look at United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) in the Gaza Strip. Any human with a heart and soul would cry following a close look at the massacre of UNRWA workers. The slaughter of these beautiful humans by Israel is revolting and proves the ill intent of Israel and the loss of decency and competence in the IDF which has been degrading since the day Yonaton Netanyahu was killed by a sniper in Entebbe, decades ago.
For the resistance in areas occupied by ISIS; for the resistance against the brutality of the Israeli occupation and apartheid; and the resistance plus NGOs helping the people of Myanmar thus the resistance against the Tatmadaw in Myanmar, there can be no signs, no badges, no logo hats, no logo cars, in fact women working for any of the RINJ Foundation units in Venezuela, Ethiopia, Eritrea, Myanmar, Gaza, Syria, Iraq or Yemen, are told not to even wear pink (‘rinjcolor’) undergarments and keep their faces off social media or stay home or at one of the HQs.
An example of failure in this culture of humanitarian security is the UN workers being slaughtered in Gaza. They are not an all-women NGO like RINJ Women and do not suffer the same risks. They are mostly men. And they are suffering mercilessly.
They wear UN vests, hats, T-shirts, drive in UN-marked vehicles, and any HAM radio operator or SWL (Short Wave Listener) can learn how to hear their conversations with each other. Just like ISIS, and Tatmadaw, the Israelis do not want medical services being made available to the civilians in their cruelly targeted area. The danger lies in the impunity of a group of people committing genocide,” Ms. Carter said.
Examples are seen in Afghanistan, Syria, Yemen and in Gaza. That is not a criticism. Medical professionals do not have a side in any conflict and their thinking shows on their badge. But malign actors see the last patient who exited and conclude, “those medics are there for my enemy” and blast away.

In the Middle East, the militants-with-a-cause including the Israelis, are mostly unscrupulous actors who target well-meaning individuals proudly wearing insignia more respected than the shooter. But what is the mission? Providing care or earning respect for a certain insignia or concept. The former must lead. Form must follow far behind function; far behind the primary goal or failure is the outcome, too often.

On price and promise, maybe some graft payments, say FPM confidential sources, the AR924 pager was the chosen device, seemingly perfect for a group such as Hezbollah due to the device promised durability, water resistance, and a large battery that lasted months without recharging.

Social media data helps the IDF know where civilians are congregating in a Gaza that has already been bombed back to the stone age, and Israel bombs those locations.
