Some thinkers in the Pentagon believe the leaderless USA needs to create a crisis elsewhere in Russia to prevent a total loss and total exposure of its troops, the NATO troops present in the Kursk region of Russia, and so-called advisers invading Russia alongside flailing Ukrainian troops.

Meanwhile, the Pentagon has advanced a theory that the Kremlin is falling apart and would fall easily if long range and intermediate range missiles blew the country apart.
To this, Svetlana, the RINJ Foundation’s Moscow chapter president says, “Obviously none of these planners have visited Russia. It is built with concrete and rebar in a manner that suggests it was always expecting to be attacked. And that is how it is. We always are worried about being attacked by the West,” she said.
Unequivocally, Russia is preparing for nuclear war. While some people in Moscow and Saint Petersburg, are exaggerating the threat, there is a general belief among calmer heads of departments that America has armed its Tomahawk batteries with nuclear warheads as well as prepositioning B61-12 guided gravity nuclear bombs to U.S. Air Force F-35-A squadron units in Europe. It is possible that Russia is not exactly scrambling but has been at a heightened state of nuclear readiness for two years. That’s what the keenest observers believe.

“The UN has called an emergency meeting of the UN Security Council which has been ineffective at even scratching its collective ass,” reports security analyst Simon Baldock in Tel Aviv.
The White House on Sunday ordered America’s puppet leader of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy to start lobbing America’s Britain’s and France’s long-range missiles deep into Russia. The specific order from the USA was Ukraine could carry out first strikes using ATACMS, U.S.-provided long-range missiles, in the coming days, three sources allegedly told Reuters.
Other sources claim that the Pentagon is urging Britain’s Prime Minister and France’s President Macron to authorize the immediate use of their long-range first-strike missiles against Russia to cripple the Russian Federation.
Sources also say this move has a green light for a last-ditch effort to weaken and even destroy the Russian Federation according to long established sources in the global security sector.
“It should be noted that the US, together with NATO, helped plan and execute the Ukrainian incursion into Kursk. Now, with Ukrainian forces being pushed back in the Kursk region by Russian forces, the decision to allow Ukraine to use ATACMS missiles in Kursk leaves no doubt that the US is a direct party to the invasion and occupation of Russian soil by NATO-proxy Ukrainian forces. In short, the US is now at war with Russia.” —an interesting comment from Scott Ritter who is usually well-briefed in Kremlin matters.
FPM does not have all the details translated from Russian as there are remaining questions to be answered, but the essence of new Russian Federation (RF) nuclear weapons authorization law was revealed as approved hours ago.
“I think we agree that what we are seeing is a lot of posturing which is done based on propaganda lies far from the battlefield truths. From what I saw in Ukraine in the summer was NATO being trounced in Ukraine,” notes Mr. Baldock.
As of Tuesday, today, as set out in new RF law approved by all the echelons of power in Moscow, something that has been in the works for most of this year, the Russian Federation’s leader is authorized at that leader’s sole discretion to use nuclear force to prevent aggression by hostile powers and military blocs that possess weapons of mass destruction or large arsenals of conventional weapons.
Countries like Ukraine and most of the nations surrounding Russia while hosting American strategic and tactical nuclear weapons and conventional weapons which thus provide their sovereign space for other parties to prepare and launch an attack against Russia are subject to the new nuclear policy of Russia.
FPM is still translating documents obtained recently but see no deviation from this paragraph although it should be noted that “deterrence” is the operative theme, and the goal is to make certain “a potential aggressor realizes that retaliation will be inevitable” according to documents currently available.

According to the Bulletin of Atomic Scientists, “in May 2024, the US Department of Defense maintained an estimated stockpile of approximately 3,708 nuclear warheads for delivery by ballistic missiles and aircraft. Most of the warheads in the stockpile are not deployed but rather stored for potential upload onto missiles and aircraft as necessary. We estimate that approximately 1,770 warheads are currently deployed, of which roughly 1,370 strategic warheads are deployed on ballistic missiles and another 300 at strategic bomber bases in the United States. An additional 100 tactical bombs are deployed at air bases in Europe. The remaining warheads—approximately 1,938—are in storage as a so-called “hedge” against technical or geopolitical surprises. Several hundred of those warheads are scheduled to be retired before 2030.”

It was a sad moment for a number of reasons including the connections this author needed to create to get an answer. The new friend was saying what I had heard his dad say maybe 35 years ago. According to Sputnik, Russia has begun mass-producing mobile shelters dubbed “KUB-M”. The construction offers protection, among other things, from the light radiation of a nuclear explosion and radioactive contamination in the area. There are two blocks in the basic configuration. One is designed for technical use and the other for sheltering up to 54 people, with additional modules bearing capacity for another 150 persons.

This mobile shelter is the result of the work of specialists and scientists of the All-Russian Scientific Research Institute for Civil Defense and Emergencies. The module is capable of protecting the population from emergency situations, including light radiation from a nuclear explosion and radioactive contamination that may arrive in the environment as fallout.
