Joseph Biden should be immediately removed from office and arrested under Section 1091 of Title 18, U.S. Code, says a sworn criminal information document.

Section 1091 of Title 18, United States Code, prohibits genocide whether committed in time of peace or time of war. Genocide is defined in § 1091 and includes violent attacks with the specific intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnic, racial, or religious group.

In addition to the crimes against humanity including genocide in violation of 18 U.S.C. 1091, the global civil society organization known as The RINJ Foundation has complained to various Courts and institutions that the United States under the leadership of Joseph Biden has become a rogue criminal state committing genocide and other crimes against humanity.

The American/Israeli Massacre at Nuseirat

“On 8 June 2024, during an invasion of Nuseirat refugee camp allegedly to rescue Israeli hostages suspected to be inside the Nuseirat refugee camp, a large group of American and Israeli armed men were seen killing what we later learned was as many as 276 people and injuring over 698, but what we saw is soldiers of the American Forces, White men with their badges and some with their faces covered and Israeli men with Israeli symbols randomly killing men, women and children, anyone they saw. We know that the men referenced were Americans because Israeli soldiers we knew told us that, and they carried American weapons and went into the American facilities at the pier on the beach,” says a nurse who was present for the purpose of assisting a woman in a complicated birth.

The massive numbers of deaths and casualties, in all exceeding over 1,000 casualties from the operation at the refugee camp and the massive bombing of the surrounding environs is disproportionate to the one hostage allegedly rescued by Americans and Israelis who attacked and carried away in this helicopter.

CENTCOM said the pier was re-established at approximately 2:15 p.m. local time in Gaza, on 7 June,  “enabling the continued delivery of much-needed humanitarian aid to the people of Gaza,” which according to UN sources was not delivered.

RINJ Women spokesperson Geraldine Frisque says the women’s rights group, with grave concern for the tens of thousands of women and children being slaughtered in Gaza and the daily continuation of this slaughter, have committed to action in urging for the arrest of Joseph Biden, a rogue U.S. President who has committed repugnant violent crimes against humanity repeatedly and continues to commit those crimes with a new aggression as his time in the White House runs out.
