The United States administration and other U.S. officials are variously accused of inciting a genocide, complicity in a genocide, and the crime of genocide. Warrants are anticipated.
According to an extensive legal complaint by global Civil Society humanitarian workers in Gaza, since 7 October 2024, the USA has taken steps to enforce the ethnic cleansing in Gaza and keep the war going by blocking the world’s ceasefire resolutions and sending many $billions of dollars’ worth of bombs, artillery shells and weapons to Israel to be used against the Gaza population.

Sources have told RINJ Women that the Biden Administration has discussed taking up to one million refugees from Palestine. This would be a serious crime.
Later in November, women workers close to Netanyahu said he complained to Biden that the Gazans would not go. Netanyahu also complained that while he had slaughtered thousands and wiped out their homes, they would not accept leaving Gaza. This was when Biden suggested America’s bunker-buster bombs. Netanyahu saw these weapons as being excellent for wiping out entire apartment buildings of people in Gaza.
An estimated 1.5 million people in Gaza have fled their homes under heavy bombing in the Israeli military’s forced evacuations in the six weeks of war.
On 14 November it was reported by the Hamas-run Health Department that 11,240 Palestinians have been killed, including 4,630 children and 3,130 women in Gaza by the Israeli military since 7 October. Some 1,200 Israelis have died in the conflict, most on 7 October.

The complaints say that concurrently the USA has operated manned surveillance AWACS planes and many drones to help with the Gaza bombing effort and the tracking and killing of doctors, journalists and medical workers.
Also concurrently, the complaints say the United States has sent troops to assist Israeli Defence Forces into Gaza and around Gaza to kill Palestinians; to raid Gaza hospitals; to provide additional targeting information to the missilemen and bombers of Gaza; and to assist in the airborne target acquisition and tracking efforts that helped Israelis and Americans kill journalists, UN workers; doctors and nurses and other professionals critical to the life support of the people of Gaza.
America also supported Netanyahu’s illegal goal of keeping the genocide going when it could have been stopped, say complainants.
“Benjamin Netanyahu who faces criminal charges in Israel dating back to 2019, needs to keep the war going to stay in office in the precarious cult-like collection of fringe political parties coalition that he enlisted to form the government,” explains Dale Carter, security director of The RINJ Foundation which has supported women in Gaza with women’s health care workers there for years.
A diminishing population of Gaza is barely alive.
The RINJ Foundation has been urging the United Nations to investigate the condition of the more than 9,000 prisoners/hostages, taken by Israeli military and paramilitary forces from West Bank and East Jerusalem. The hostages held without charge or explanation include women and children as young as twelve years of age. They have in significant percentages complained to clergy and to family members of sexual violence, rape, tortures and other forms of abuse including the withholding of food and water and other items necessary for human life.

“The IDF’s violent enforcement of denial of food, water, fuel and medicine for Gazans continues against the people still alive in Gaza and a famine is raging from the north through central and southern Gaza in gradient measures, the worst famine being in the north,” explains Behar Abbasi from GAza.
The United States is making a false pretext of delivering humanitarian aid from a floating dock set up by the massive naval carrier groups defending Israel in the Mediterranean Sea. But that is not happening, says the official complaints.
“This is just one more effort to brace the Biden/Blinken narrative that no ethnic cleansing, no genocide and no crimes against humanity are taking place in Palestine. Maybe what these criminals are confused about is that there is no change in Palestine. The brutal apartheid continues using more modern American weapons?” suggested Dale Carter the security director for The RINJ Foundation.
“Most Palestinians in Gaza according to our two dozen health care workers here are presenting with morbid health issues, caused by malnutrition, parasites and other pathogens, untreated crush, laceration or massive contusion wounds from the bombings and continuous falling building components, plus a range of morbid disease,” notes Yemen Doctor Behar Abbasi who has been in Gaza since last 8 October.
America is too accustomed to committing crimes against humanity to be useful in deciding what is a genocide and what is ethnic cleansing. America has vacated all institutions and statutes for enforcing international human rights.
Knowing that since 14 October, officials of the United States are accused variously of complicity in genocide, inciting genocide and accused of genocide itself, a very frightened Antony Blinken has claimed that what is happening in Gaza is not a crime and that no ethnic cleansing or genocide is taking place despite his knowing that is wrong, say the CSO complaints.
By U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken admission that no measures are taken to protect civilians; that tens of thousands of women and children are casualties of the American/Israel bombing; that many executions of Gazans are taking place; that journalists are being murdered; that civilian doctors are also targeted and murdered then buried in the many mass graves; that mass graves dug by Israeli troops and American advisors containing hundreds of bodies of women, children, doctors, nurses and ordinary civilian hospital workers and patients, some tortured and some still alive when buried have been discovered; Blinken says publicly in speeches for the American audience that no crimes have been committed in Gaza by anyone except the Gazans, which the complainants say is not true.
Specialists from The Nurses Without Borders who have worked in Afghanistan, Ukraine, Syria, Iraq, Yemen, Israel, West Bank, Jerusalem and Gaza have said that in the past, officials of the Biden administration got away with killing Afghan women and massive numbers of Ukrainian women, but the Gaza mass murders of tens of thousands of children and women is easier to prove and more upsetting to global communities and also more noticeable to the global communities.
From the outset, say complaints, in October 2023 of the Israeli, British and American ethnic cleansing program in Gaza, the perpetrators bombed the Indonesian Hospital, the al-Ahli Arab Hospital, the International Eye Care Center, the Turkish-Palestinian Friendship Hospital, and the al-Quds Hospital in Gaza, but failed to heed the words of wisdom from Amnesty International, the Human Rights Watch, UNWRA, the United Nations, the United Nations Security Council and America’s own members of academia all of whom warned that these bombings by the perpetrators were serious war crimes. It only got worse since October.
“I think many people realize,” explained Dale Carter, “that Hamas, the IQB and the Palestinian Authority all having some responsibility of defending Palestine, have never done anything as heinous as has the Israelis with their decades of apartheid crimes, yet the United States has labeled armed Palestinian defenders as “terrorists” and the American president, Joseph Biden has told monstrous lies about scores of beheaded babies and dozens of necrophilia cases of Hamas workers allegedly, according to Biden who claims to have seen photographs, raping dead Israeli women,” she said.
These propaganda lies incited a genocide. One IDF Major told FPM.news that soldiers who normally ‘tow the line‘ are ‘committing horrible bloody war crimes because they believe this bulls***’.
As on 7 and 8 October 2023, the Netanyahu administration declared it would order a complete siege on the Gaza Strip, America began immediately shipping bombs and artillery shells to Israel as well as weapons to enhance the siege with more killing capability which was put to use to kill over 15,000 children, 12,000 women and 8,000 men have been slaughtered—all civilians.
There will be no electricity, no food, no fuel.
As ordered by the Netanyahu Administration, ‘there will be no electricity, no food, no fuel, everything is closed in Gaza’, the Israel Defence Forces made sure this happened and to help complete the crime, America itself cut off financial support to UNRWA, and at the same time bullied its allies to do the same. Putting the United Nations UNRWA organ out of business ended its ability to provide supplies, shelter, schooling, food, water and medicine to the people of Gaza. At the same time America and Israel bombed UNRWA facilities and killed over 100 skilled UN humanitarian workers. All of these efforts to enforce the use of starvation as a weapon of war in the Gaza strip took the coordinated efforts of Israel’s and America’s allies to implement.
When Israel complained in November 2023 that it could not kill enough Gazans to convince the people that they should leave Gaza, America introduced its bunker buster bombs which Israel then used and continues to use to penetrate deep into occupied Gaza residential apartment buildings. The outcome of these attacks was that the 2000 pound bombs exploded deep inside the buildings after penetrating many floors and the exploded often below ground level bringing the entire building down on its occupants. Every person in the buildings during these daytime attacks, mostly women and small children, were immediately killed or buried under the rubble and died of suffocation and compression injuries.
Pope calls his one Catholic church of 600 parishioners in Gaza, every single night at 7PM. “Sometimes they go hungry. Sometimes they eat things made from flour. They suffer.”
While Biden’s Administration officials counter American scholars who flagged America’s Gaza Genocide, GenocideJoe and his minions like Blinken and Austin, declare that killing 35,000+ civilians while starving them is not genocide.
Israel supported by the USA is planning to build more illegal settlements across Palestine and will kill more people in the West Bank according to women working for the Netanyahu government who say they have heard this plan. Some nine thousand Palestinians have been detained since 7 October 2024. Hundreds have been killed from the West Bank.
Benjamin Netanyahu and many of his senior officials with the support of Joseph Biden throughout all Mr. Netanyahu’s life worked at dehumanizing the Palestinian people in a growing effort to normalize ethnic cleansing—genocide by another name. Israel with USA support since 7 October killed over 150 journalists in Gaza who were accurately reporting ion Israeli/American crimes; Israel and the USA bombed and destroyed the international media buildings and offices in Gaza; and shutdown media in Israel.
Joe Biden wants America to be feared because America is unable to maintain its financial and trade dominance around the world and therefore intends to use military might as leverage around the world, administered by U.S. nuclear forces and 750 offshore military bases. Insofar as genocide goes in 2024, “There but for the grace of God, go I!” is what most humans must believe.

Look what happened in Iraq in 2003. Look at what happened to the Chagos islanders. Look at the civilians who lived in Nagasaki and Hiroshima and the kids bombed in Yemen. The My Lai massacre was a tragic event during the Vietnam War. On 16 March 1968, United States Army personnel committed a war crime by mass murdering unarmed civilians in Sơn Tịnh district, South Vietnam. The incident took place in two hamlets of Sơn Mỹ village in Quảng Ngãi Province: My Lai and My Khe. Between 347 and 504 civilians were killed by U.S. soldiers from Company C, 1st Battalion, 20th Infantry Regiment, and Company B, 4th Battalion, 3rd Infantry Regiment. The victims included men, women, children, and infants. Some women were gang-raped, and their bodies were mutilated. Shockingly, soldiers also raped and mutilated children as young as 12 years old.

Warrants will be issued for American Officials for Crimes Against Humanity in Palestine. The age of USA impunity is over.
In months ahead, General CQ Brown Jr., USA Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, U.S. Defence Secretary Lloyd J. Austin, U.S. Political Advisor Jake Sullivan, U.S. President Joseph Biden, U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken will be charged with serious crimes and complicity in serious crimes including crimes against humanity like genocide, ethnic cleansing and more.
As late as May 2025, Joseph Biden, Antony Blinken, Lloyd Austin and probably political advisor Jake Sullivan will be arrested and charged with crimes against humanity in Palestine.
There is a high probability that before Christmas 2025, Americans like Michael Richard Pence, and Michael Pompeo, and the following USA Senators, Bill Hagerty, Katie Boyd Britt, Kevin Cramer, Marco Rubio, Marsha Blackburn, Mitch McConnell, Pete Ricketts, Rick Scott, Ted Budd, Ted Cruz , Tim Scott, and Tom Cotton will be charged with inciting a genocide.
