America helped elect Ferdinand Marcos in the Philippines, allowing a stay of execution of a court order against Marcos relating to Marcos’ theft of PH assets.
History rewriting was a big part of America’s help to the Marcos/Duterte 2022 election campaign in addition to massive Facebook campaigns including free internet access to Facebook for all Filipinos to get the message across.

Several good candidates in the Philippines 2022 election were sidelined including national hero Manny Pacquiao. who in 2022 said “the most dumb in this country are those who are going to vote for a plunderer” which refers to Marcos not surrendering his share of the booty stolen from the Philippines by his family. The Philippines is still going after the family for over P125 Billion. (Citing PCGG must #neverstop: P125 billion more in Marcos loot to recover (rappler.com)
In 1995, the District Court of Hawaii mandated that the Marcos family pay $2 billion in reparations to the victims of martial law imposed by Ferdinand Marcos Sr. Then, in 2011, Ferdinand Marcos Jr. and his mother, Imelda, were fined $353 million by the court for not disclosing information about assets related to the human rights class action lawsuit against Marcos Sr. The current Philippines president has been allowed diplomatic immunity against arrest in the USA during the time he is president.
Since winning the election for Ferdinand Marcos, the USA has militarily occupied the Philippines for its economic and military war against China.
American politicians don’t feel they can compete with China for global economic dominance and therefore must use military might to restrain China’s development.
One of the most immediate outcomes of the strain between America and China in the Philippines is the loss of Chinese tourism.

According to Bank of America, Chinese tourist arrivals in the Philippines are currently only at 20 to 30 percent of pre-pandemic levels, a figure significantly lower than trends observed in other parts of the ASEAN region. The Pandemic recovery has not accelerated a tourism recovery due to “changing preferences” of Chinese consumers.
Considering the factors influencing these changing preferences is intriguing. Shifts in travel priorities, safety concerns, or economic factors could be contributing. Regardless, this underscores the importance of comprehending consumer behavior and adjusting tourism strategies accordingly.

For this article, FPM.news (Melissa Hemingway) consulted with RINJ Foundation organizers in China, Dr. Kathy Poon and Nurse Sara Qin.
The two ladies were first asked why this trend of Chinese abandoning the Philippines as a tourist destination and they said almost simultaneously that “people are afraid to go to the Philippines since the Americans took over and the battles in the South China Sea took place”.
“What little American news we get here is about the sunken American boat in Chinese waters that some Philippines military recruits live upon to earn credits. The Philippines claims it needs to send warships there to resupply the recruits, but China never agreed to this and have told the Philippines years ago to get rid of the rusted out American ship. China has been rejecting the Philippines traversal of Chinese waters for this purpose.
Misinformation alert. The Scarborough Shoal Ownership Claim by the Philippines is Bogus and not worth the current level of grief possibly leading to war.
- A July 2016 UNCLOS Tribunal ruling DID NOT rule that Scarborough Shoal belongs to the Philippines. It ruled that the Scarborough shoal is a rock, entitled only to a 12-nautical-mile territorial sea and not a candidate for ownership by any nation.
- It could not rule on sovereignty over the shoal but found that China violated the traditional fishing rights of Filipinos by not allowing them to fish there.
- Interestingly, the tribunal stated that it would have found the same regarding Chinese fishermen if they were prevented access to the shoal by the Philippines.

- The RINJ Foundation has researched the work of scholars in China’s universities as well as in other locales around the globe and concluded: China Nine-Dash-Line is not malice but likely is hysterical fanaticism. The RINJ Women study suggests that the inherent behavior of Chinese officials has evolved into a ‘bottom-up’ enthusiasm for gaining the favor of higher-ranking officials.
- A global civil society women’s rights group claims that aggressive actions by an overly zealous CCP against 40 countries around the South China Sea are endangering the seafood supply for families and hindering the movement of goods. This aggression is leading to a reduction in small fish in the diets of children in the Philippine Archipelago, which is causing stunted growth due to the absence of this protein source in their diet. The RINJ Women have subsequently proposed a formula for an interim cooperation agreement to the United Nations and to the parties in the SCS dispute.
The West’s military exercises hosted by the American occupying forces in the Philippines have driven away Chinese Tourists from the Philippines now suffering increased poverty and malnutrition in the provinces and in the massive city ghettos.
Over the past three weeks, Filipino, American, Australian, and French service members trained shoulder-to-shoulder at locations throughout the Philippines to increase proficiency in maritime security, amphibious operations, combined arms, aviation operations, and information and cyberspace operations, preparing to go to war with China from the Philippines.
“It’s no coincidence that as democratic nations, the values we share are enshrined in our respective national anthems,” said U.S. Marine Lt. Gen. Michael Cederholm, U.S. Exercise Joint Task Force commander.
“Clearly the West is exploiting the control it has over Marcos to occupy the Philippines for the purpose of making War with China,” noted Sale Carter, the esteemed security director of The RINJ Foundation.
Terrifying American propaganda lies and jingoism run amok in the Philippines.
“Already Filipinos are boycotting American products and will add French and Australian goods to the list,” says local activist Karina Angeles.
People’s Republic of China has never attacked another country. The Ming Dynasty did invade Vietnam in 1407. In that time America has invaded many countries around the world.
Our two “anthems talk about heroes, those that are brave, about defending freedom, and defending our respective shores from external attackers. I could not be prouder of the men and women in the field, the operational planning staffs, and all the enablers; they have truly made Balikatan 24 an incredible success,” said U.S. Marine Lt. Gen. Michael Cederholm earlier today.
In modern times the U.S. has declared war on another country and fought on foreign land, in 11 instances of invasion spread across five wars. While the Russian invasion of Ukraine dominated headlines in early 2022 and the countries Germany invaded were a vital part of World War II, the United States has itself been an aggressor on many occasions. Instances of the United States invading non-U.S. territory range throughout the country’s history, from the 1805 Battle of Derna in what is now Libya to the 2001-2021 takeover and occupation of both Iraq and Afghanistan.
