American bombs still fall on Gaza women and children.

The UN Security Council ceasefire resolution is now another international law Israel and America scoff at. Today they caused 200 casualties, mostly women and kids. Ninety were dead by publication time.

Despite an international law saying lay down your weapons, American bombs are still falling on civilians in Gaza today causing 200 casualties. That needs repeating.

Over nine hundred thousand women and children in Gaza are suffering malnourishment and disease as Israel blocks all United Nations shipments of emergency foodstuffs, water and medicines. This is called genocide and it is being done by the partners, USA/Israel.

Humanitarian workers in Gaza say things are worse across the Gaza Strip than people realize.

The world does not know how bad this is, say medical workers in the field.

“The world does not know how bad this is,” say medical workers in the field. “Come with us on our bicycles to see our OBGYN patients in Gaza,” says Ai’sha, a nursing team leader in Gaza who operates a mobile birthing clinic.

“The Biden Administration of the USA is a full partner in a genocide that is going to get very filthy as the world starts to see what has really happened. It is a bloody mess, created by Joseph Biden and Benjamin Netanyahu all for the trickle back from military arms sales,” says Behar Abbasi in Gaza.

Seventeen of twenty-two young women of The RINJ Foundation have survived thus far in Gaza doing their best to mitigate the suffering of women in need. “There are no women in the world who are more closely bonded than we are, including our five missing sisters now in heaven,” explained Ai’sha.

“We want to go home but we refuse to leave our women and children patients because for the babies, we brought them into this world and feel a responsibility for keepig them alive. I know that is weird, but each of my sisters say the same thing. When a newborn child first cries hello, it is the sound of hope for humanity. When we see hungry children playing peacefully and constructively, we feel hope. We cannot let them down by giving up. We will never give up,” said Ai’sha as she then rode off north into the darkness on her bicycle with a bundle of swaddling clothes.

There are “reasonable grounds” to believe that Israel is committing genocide against Palestinians in Gaza, a UN Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in the Occupied Palestinian Territories said on Tuesday which confirms what The RINJ Foundation claimed in a filed complaint on 14 October 2023.

On Tuesday, Francesca Albanese was speaking at the UN Human Rights Council in Geneva, where she presented her latest report, entitled ‘Anatomy of a Genocide’, during an interactive dialogue with Member States.

“Following nearly six months of unrelenting Israeli assault on occupied Gaza, it is my solemn duty to report on the worst of what humanity is capable of, and to present my findings,” she said.

The RIN Foundation has made submissions to the International Court of Justice in support of the South African Case

Additionally, a case has been filed with the International Criminal Court by RINJ Women.

RINJ Women have alleged the Parties have committed Crimes including:
* Murder.
* Extermination.
* Deportation or forcible transfer of population.
* Imprisonment or other severe deprivation of physical liberty in violation of fundamental rules of international law.
* Persecution against Palestinians on the basis of political, racial, national, ethnic, cultural, religious, gender as defined in paragraph 3, of the Rome Statute or other grounds that are universally recognized as impermissible under international law, in connection with any act referred to in this paragraph or any crime within the jurisdiction of the Court.
* The crime of apartheid; and
* Other inhumane acts of a similar character.
