Joe Biden is a megalomaniac and gets wild at his detractors including the International Criminal Court and the International Court of Justice,” say women who are fighting against the mass murders of women and children in Gaza.

UN experts have expressed shock over threats made by United States and Israeli officials threatening violently a litany of retaliations against the International Criminal Court (ICC) officials and their families.

“At a time when the world should unite to end the terrible bloodshed in Gaza and seek justice for those unlawfully killed, injured, traumatized, or taken hostage, since 7 October, it is distressing to see State officials threatening to retaliate against a Court for pursuing international justice,” the United Nations responded.

On 3 May, the Office of the ICC Prosecutor (OTP) (Karim Asad Ahmad Khan KC) condemned statements that “threaten to retaliate against the Court or against Court personnel” for actions taken by the Prosecutor. The OTP’s statement reminded everyone that threats of retaliation could constitute an offense against the administration of justice under Article 70 of the Rome Statute.

A UN statement continued to castigate the alleged criminals threatening the ICC officials if they prosecute perpetrators of the Gaza Genocide.

On 12 October 2023, the RINJ Foundation from central Gaza called out America, Canada, France, Germany, England, Japan and others on the genocide taking place in Gaza. Instead of reacting properly, all of these countries worsened the genocide citing 40 decapitated dead infants and millions of raped women in Israel. These were all preposterous lies. The accused then withdrew all funding from the United Nations in Gaza, UNWRA with the exception of Canada which increased its funding for the relief efforts of UNWRA and Trudeau made an about face, turning against the complicity in a genocide and standing up to the proponents of the Gaza slaughters. Some other countries eventually pushed backwards a little, but most have continued to help exterminate the people of Gaza as the International Court of Justice and the International Criminal Court have both accused.

“Biden is up to his ears in Rome Statute criminality and Genocide Convention criminality,” claims Dale Carter, Security Director, The RINJ Foundation women’s NGO, in a new paper published yesterday on the RINJ Women website.

The senior executive of the organization wrote,”The RINJ Foundation vowed last weekend in a global meeting session to bring to justice all the perpetrators of the Gazan extermination by whatever legal and extra-legal means are needed. The men running the world right now have brought the people who trusted them: more war; more corruption and more elitism. They are killing ordinary people in the millions instead of serving the people and protecting them,” Ms. Carter wrote in her paper.

“Biden has brought America to a genocide and made the country complicit in a massive genocide that may be worse in 9 months than what Hitler [did in any nine-month period] in his 12 years’ war. Over 350,000 people in Gaza are missing,” wrote Ms., Carter.

Professor Sachs, an American scholar, says America is complicit in the Gaza genocide.

“Genocide Cases in America against Biden seem to be failing because of jurisdictional issues. Nevertheless, the ICC is waiting for these matters to clear before making a prosecution decision,” says Ms. Carter.

“Palestine is a member of the Court and signatory to the Rome Statute hence the laws apply to any and all persons who come to Palestine to commit crimes or are part of a conspiracy or partnership to commit crime in Gaza,” added Ms. Carter.

On 26 January, lawyers for the Biden administration argued the court lacks the proper jurisdiction to decide the case [if so, that would send the matter to the ICC], while Palestinians and Americans testified about atrocities committed by Israel with American support. “I can’t think of another time where, in a U.S. federal court, Palestinians have been on the witness stand, one after the other after the other, describing their experiences under Israeli occupation,” says Diala Shamas, senior staff attorney at the Center for Constitutional Rights, which filed the case against President Joe Biden.
