Read ICC Complaint filed by CSO as Israel breaches World Court order by killing kids in Palestine

No effort is being made by Israel to spare the lives of civilians in Gaza, in fact Israel is killing more than the usual daily number of civilians including mothers and babies since the day before the World Court issued an order against further killing of civilians, say RINJ Women health care workers in Gaza.

Some 450 persons were slaughtered in Gaza over Friday and Saturday as Benjamin Netanyahu attacked the World Court’s Judges as did also the American Secretary of State who is accused of complicity in the genocide. Like over 99% of accused criminals, these men are denying any role in the genocide.

Biostatisticians of the civil society partners against disease estimate there are now over 250,000 casualties of the Israeli-American-led genocide in Gaza including those civilians seriously afflicted or killed by famine and/or disease in the Israeli/American siege of Gaza.

Gaza Now Video.

Israel’s claimed Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu says “we decide and act according to what is required for our security” but these Israeli/American bombing victims, the children in this video, are obviously not threatening Israel’s security. Over twenty thousand children have been slaughtered in Gaza since 7 October 2023 including those reported missing and presumed dead.

Israel Claims UN was part of the 7 October 2023 attack on Israel in its 15-year war with the Palestinians in Gaza arguably adds to the genocide-complicity complaint say lawyers.

Defendants who are subjects of a criminal complaint of genocide complicity and inciting genocide have cut their nations’ funding to the UN Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA), the main organization feeding and sheltering Gaza’s population amid the catastrophic humanitarian crisis caused by these countries isolating the civilian population from food and all other necessities of life of the Gaza population, particularly women and children.

Persons named by Israel were allegedly slinging hash for the UN agency while being supportive to the Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades (IQB) attacks on 7 October and hence all funding to the UN agency responsible for feeding and sheltering the 1.9 million displaced persons in Gaza have been cut.

Jordanian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ayman Safadi, urged countries that suspended UNRWA funds to resume contributions.

“UNRWA is the lifeline for over two million Palestinians facing starvation in Gaza. It [UNRWA] should not be collectively punished upon allegations against 12 persons out of its 13000 staff”, Minister Safadi argued.

Lawyers for The RINJ Foundation which is bringing cases against the offenders say that this recent move of cutting funding for the supply of humanitarian aid to Gaza is further evidence of complicity in the Gaza Genocide and contravenes an order of the International Court of Justice.

The parties to these atrocities are as follows:

Defendants: Austria Chancellor Karl Nehammer, Belgium Prime Minister Alexander De Croo, de facto Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Israeli Defence Minister Yoav Gallant, Britain’s Prime Minister Rishi Sunak, Bulgaria Prime Minister Nikolai Denkov, Canada’s Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, Cyprus President Nikos Christodoulides, Czech Republic Prime Minister Petr Fiala, European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, France President Emmanuel Macron, France’s President Emmanuel Macron, Germany President Frank-Walter Steinmeier, Germany’s Chancellor Olaf Scholz, Greece Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis, Hamas senior planner Yahya Sinwar, Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh,  Hungary President Katalin Novák, Israel’s President Isaac Herzog, Italy’s Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni, Japan’s Prime Minister Fumio Kishida, Latvia President Edgars Rinkevics, Netherlands Prime Minister Mark Rutte, President of the European Council Charles Michel, Romania Prime Minister Marcel Ciolacu, Spain Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez, General CQ Brown Jr., USA Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, U.S. Defence Secretary Lloyd J.
