Houthis block Israel, USA, UK, Canada, Gaza-Genocide weapons. But USA bombing Yemen is SICK

America’s attacks on Yemen are illegal under the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide, says a Judge and three lawyers.

“The Houthi leadership in Yemen admit they are blocking the weapons for Israel, shipped by USA, UK, Canada—and these are specifically Gaza-Genocide weapons—with all sides agreeing to that fact. But for God’s sake, USA bombing of Yemen is SICK, even in that light,” said a judge in Paris, speaking with anonymity.

Currently the International Court of Justice is deliberating genocide Convention pleadings against Israel et al. of South Africa which petition is supported by Bolivia, Belgium, Brazil, Maldives, Venezuela, Namibia, Afghanistan, Albania, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Benin, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Brunei Darussalam, Burkina Faso, Algeria, Djibouti, Colombia, Chad, Indonesia, Morocco, Cote d’Ivoire, Palestine, Gabon, Gambia, Guinea, Guinea Bissau, Guyana, Iraq, Iran, Cameroon, Qatar, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Comoros, Kuwait, Libya, Lebanon, Malaysia, Mali, Egypt, Mauritania, Mozambique, Niger, Nigeria, Uzbekistan, Pakistan, Senegal, Spain, Sierra Leone, Somali, Sudan, Surinam, Syria, Saudi Arabia, Tajikistan, Togo, Tunisia, Türkiye, Turkmenistan, Uganda, Oman, Jordan and Yemen. On the ground and in the air, then in 2014, fronted by Saudi Arabia in exchange for a load of U.S. weapons systems, this American trio of Sunak, Biden, Trudeau has been fighting a near decade-long war with Yemen over Yemen’s refusal to accept an American-backed puppet government of USA-backed stand-in Abd Rabbuh Mansour Hadi.

The Houthis had seized control of the Yemen capital of Sanaa in September 2014 and in January 2015, forced Hadi’s resignation. America stepped in with troops on the ground in Yemen and a Saudi-fronted coalition and has been there ever since. The Houthi family has controlled Yemen ever since and had begun to normalize relations with Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates come 2022 and the end of the Pandemic.

America is interfering with over a thousand years of Houthi rein. The Houthi Family members have been in power in Yemen, off and on, ever since the year 897.

America lost its fight to keep Abd Rabbuh Mansour Hadi in power, who then fled America and resides in Saudi Arabia. Even Saudi Arabia and the UAE had their fill of the USA manipulation—first Trump bloodiness and now Biden bloodletting.

Thomas Sadoski, founding ambassador of War Child USA, a group that travels to war zones to advocate for young people affected by armed conflict said of Yemen, “I became aware of what was going on in Yemen shortly after the most recent Civil War began back in 2014,” he told Variety.

“And as the humanitarian crisis continued to get worse and worse, I saw it move further and further towards back pages of the newspaper, if at all mentioned. There were only a small handful of journalists who were even talking about it — largely because a lot of people couldn’t get access. I, for whatever reason, was able to get that access.” See: Thomas Sadoski on Yemen, War Child USA and Hollywood’s Responsibility (variety.com)

America is bombing an ancient, American-depleted, USA-manipulated, American-bullied country whose people live in internally displaced camps in squalour, hunger and disease. It’s a lot like Gaza. No wonder the people of Yemen wish to intervene against the Gaza Genocide. America tried to end Yemen’s people.

Lately America has been bombing 60 targets at nearly two dozen regions of Yemen but the mission is a failure. Yemen controls over 20% of the sea traffic of American, German and British weapons being shipped to Israel in contravention of the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide.

Yemen claims it has been mandated by the United Nations Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide which along with other international laws binds signatories to take steps as necessary to prevent Genocide. Yemen says that is what it is doing by preventing the West from sending weapons and other furnishments of war for killing Gaza civilians, to Israel, via the Red Sea and the Suez Canal. Yemen has a strong argument.

Concomitantly, the G7 led by Biden is complicit in the Gaza Genocide by supplying weapons and military assistance in the killing of over 60,000 Palestinians including those reported missing and presumed dead and those dead in the streets from famine and disease which is spreading at an uncontrolled rate according to Behar Abbasi and several other medical workers in Gaza today.

“This is a basic mutiny against pertinent United Nations’ Conventions and resolutions which these U.N members have allowed to fail in the past,” say South African barristers and other legal minds FPM.news interviewed.

“For example, in Britain and in France people are arrested for showing a Palestine flag yet Palestine is officially recognized by the General Assembly of the United Nations,” said one legal expert and professor in a South African University.

Since America attacked Yemen in 2014, while fronted by Saudi Arabia, human rights violations have become a daily event, and the country has become the world’s worst human rights and humanitarian fiasco. The average person in Yemen is starving to death.

Look! This is what America and its rich G7 cohorts are bombing.

The picture and its story
Did you wonder why Biden only shrugs at the bombing of hospitals, schools, school buses and ambulances in Gaza? America has been doing that in Syria, Iraq, Afghanistan and Yemen for decades.

Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) has repeatedly protested the USA/Saudi coalition bombing of hospitals in Yemen during America’s decade-long war with the country. Houthi-run television repeatedly showed pictures of sites bombed out with American weapons and guidance from the scenes of clearing debris—men and children using only their hands to get the wounded free of the rubble at a local hospital. MSF said one hospital had received more than 200 casualties.

Disgusted Americans have been protesting America’s war crimes in Yemen for a decade. Now Democrats and Republicans are outraged at America killing Yemenis again with its bombs.

The United States is “sleepwalking into dictatorship,” says Liz Cheney, warning of a Trump presidency.

But…

“no president has unilateral authority to launch military strikes unless the country is under attack,” says Democratic Representative Ro Khanna

“The President needs to come to Congress before launching a strike against the Houthis in Yemen and involving us in another middle east conflict. That is Article I of the Constitution. I will stand up for that regardless of whether a Democrat or Republican is in the White House.

Too late. America is not a democratic state. The Biden administration for 100 days has been bypassing all legislative checks and balances for the ‘#GenocideJoe’ Biden war against the Palestinian population.

Watching the aircraft landing in Israel and the ships arriving with weapons and other military stores, has become a pastime for RINJ Women members in Israel, and their young families.

RINJ Women members report somewhat unscientifically hundreds of thousands of munitions flowing into Israel over the past 100 days. Even Michael Pence has shown up to stick his name on an artillery round to kill more Palestinian kids.
