As civilian casualties in Gaza exceed an estimated 250,000, America which supplies the weapons of war for the Gaza Genocide faces the prospect of prosecution.

America is also taking the occasional attack from supporters of the Arabs in Palestine who are being slaughtered, mostly mothers and children.

Obfuscating their crimes, America and Israel have accused the United Nations of responsibility in directing the 7 October 2023 retaliatory attack on Israel by Palestinians and friends.

We must reject the politics of obfuscation and deliberate indifference to atrocities currently on display in the West’s government behaviour and reactions to the World Court ruling, say numerous scholars.

The accusation against brave UN workers in Gaza, over 150 of whom have been slaughtered by Israel and America, is based on a claim by Israel that it has identified 13 people among the 13,000 humanitarian workers in Gaza whom Israel claims support Hamas. The UN fired them, but none have been convicted of any crime or proven to be involved in any malfeasance.

Thousands of Arab women and children in Gaza have been killed in Gaza but America says because Arabs or somebody killed 3 American soldiers supporting the illegal American occupation of Syria stealing Syria’s oil America will kill more people in its military attacks.

The three soldiers killed at the Syrian/Jordanian border were there illegally conducting war against Syria. This is what they signed up for, paid for doing, all with a reasonable expectation of being killed during their warfighting activities. That is not true in the case of the Palestinian civilians America is killing in the tens of thousands.

Biden: “responsible in the sense they’re supplying the weapons“

Just as over 99% of accused criminal men around the world, these warring men against the civilians of Gaza are denying any role in the genocide but at the end of January 2024, Joeseph Biden told the world about three American soldiers killed at an obscure American military base, one of 750 scattered around the world, that he held Iran responsible for the drone strike on the U.S. base on the Jordanian-Syrian border “in the sense that they’re supplying the weapons” to Kataib Hezbollah. By extension Biden admits America’s responsibility for the Gaza Genocide because America has supplied hundreds of thousands of munitions.

Americans are diademing themselves and condemning the South African prosecutors and the International Court of Justice. They are justifying genocide in the name of self defence but that is forbidden in international law. They also justify genocide claiming that Hamas is using civilians as human shields, but no evidence has been provided. All efforts to fool journalists have been thwarted by deep investigations. Twenty-two NWOB workers in Gaza were asked several times to search hospitals in Gaza and find the Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades (IQB) military detachments or any sign of Hamas or IQB military personnel. None were found.
