Comment: UNSC a gross failure. UNSC must be replaced

The elitist Security Council has a primary responsibility for global peace and security. It has completely failed because of one permanent member, the United States.

The UNSC has 15 members, and each member has one vote. Five permanent members have the power of veto. Under the Charter of the United Nations, all member states are obligated to comply with UNSC decisions. That failed too. Israel has completely ignored UNSC edicts and those of the International Court of Justice with America backing those choices.

Speaking with diplomats on ‘embassy row‘ one might be convinced that the UNSC is about to be canned, and it should be. Faith in the UN is at less than 50% around the world.  It is an absolute failure on ensuring international peace and security because one of its permanent members is a manic rogue whenever a really bad leader is elected-and for America, that is the new norm. America acts irresponsibly and frantically as its hegemon dies while using its military to bully more successful nations.

The world is bigger than Five.

There had to be a day when the UNSC permanent members as Türkiye’s leader describes as “the five”, would no longer be the only countries that knew how to build universities where the professors could find Türkiye on a map. (“The World Is Bigger than Five”)

Now the whole world can point to Türkiye on a map, something most Americans cannot do. This is part of the convergence of the developed and the developing nations. The leaders of once developing nations have advanced their populations into a modern realm of earnings and education that meets or exceeds America’s.

China is a good example of that kind of success.

America’s elite fears China. Blames China for America’s failures and greed and for that, America is provoking war with China, surrounding China with military bases and nuclear missiles and is sanctioning the country half to death. It’s madness.

The developed nations now include most nations. There are no ‘wogs’. We are all equally ‘people’ against a crisis we all made, pollution of our planet and damage to our environment plus climate. Those countries who deny this and refuse to clean-up need to be fined and re-educated.

America’s totally screwing up of the United Nations/UNSC and America’s demand that it has total impunity for all its lawbreaking, cannot stand any longer.

Both Israel and the USA must be suspended from the United Nations for a time to be decided, immediately. End USA criminality. Prosecute the genocidal leadership of Joe Biden, Antony Blinken and the others lot if the USA Department of Justice will not.

Since when is the slaughter of hundreds of thousands of women and kids acceptable to the UN, the UNSC or any of its members.

The Americans in the Biden administration are completely out of their screwed-up minds.

The RINJ Foundation in cooperation with a biostatistical CSO is building a case to prove that Hamas lies about the damage it and co-accused Israel have created in their Gaza Genocide. Remember that Hamas was created by the USA and Israel and is funded by those two. Plenty of data suggests the possibility that Hamas lies and the deaths in Gaza amount to more than 300,000. Another 1.3 million are in terrible peril.

Talk of a replacement institution for the UNSC comes from inside the UN and from outside. A replacement from outside the UN is an option. UNSC is a total failure; a complete disaster because while most of its members are representatives are brilliant diplomats some are true heathens who despise the rest of the members, like America and Israel.

 

The United Nations Security Council (UNSC) is one of the six principal organs of the United Nations (UN) and is charged with ensuring international peace and security, recommending the admission of new UN members to the General Assembly, and approving any changes to the UN Charter.

The UNSC powers as outlined in the United Nations Charter include establishing peacekeeping operations, enacting international sanctions, and authorizing military action. The UNSC is the only UN body with authority to issue resolutions that are binding on member states.
