How did the attack on Iran happen?
USA and Israel working together attacked Dr. Ismail Haniyeh in Tehran as he was attending the inauguration of Iran’s new president, Masoud Pezeshkian, who took the oath of office in parliament in Tehran on Tuesday. At roughly 01:30am Wednesday a missile launched from an F35 likely over the Caspian Sea, killed Dr. Ismail Haniyeh and an associate in his quarters.

It was “a despicable attempt to undermine the Palestinian Cause, the glorious resistance of Gaza, and the rightful struggle of our Palestinian brothers, aiming to demoralize, intimidate, and suppress them,” he added.
Indonesian President Joko Widodo condemned the assassination of Hamas mediator Ismail Haniyeh in Iran, calling it an act of “murder.”
“This was an act of violence, a murder that is intolerable, and it occurred within the sovereign territory of Iran,” he stated during a speech at the Jakarta Convention Centre.
“I believe everyone, including Indonesia, strongly condemns such violence and murder,” he added.

Journalist Reza Sayah in Tehran says that while Pezeshkian spoke the language of the reformist movement, he also strived to show “he’s not going to be a disruptive force to the establishment.”
