Justin Trudeau says there is much work to be done to avail gender equality‘s promise of benefits for every Canadian. To “grow the economy, greater health and happiness and peace and security,” he says.
Canada is bombarded with so much American misogyny, racism and femicide in platforms like Facebook and Twitter that pumped-up men like Tenzin Norbu (33) are inspired to go out and allegedly pour accelerant on an Asian woman and set her alight.
This is Gender Equality Week in Canada. Women are equally entitled to safety of the person and the right to life.

An extremely violent and racist America influences crimes against Canadian Women
“A Toronto police report says the “notable” increase in anti-Asian hate crimes seen in March of 2021 appeared to coincide with a mass shooting in an Atlanta massage parlour that left six Asian women dead,” reported the Canadian Broadcast Corporation (Canadian state TV) on 26 April 2021, about a “continued spike in anti-Asian hate crimes.”
“Women should avoid dressing like sluts in order not to be victimised,” said Toronto Cop because that is how many Toronto Cops Think
The Toronto Police Services was once upon a time cited as being one of the best in the world but in 2012 became known as the most misogynistic in the world.
Constable Michael Sanguinetti’s comments then, which included his advice that to prevent rape “women should avoid dressing like sluts”. FYI, we are not sluts no matter how we dress, which is currently all about scrubs and body armour.
“When women sit down to take a look at gender inequality for different races in Canada, especially our beautiful indigenous Canadian sisters, and now our Asian sisters, they need a box of tissues,” says Dale Carter, security director for The RINJ Foundation.
“The numbers of missing and murdered indigenous Canadian women and girls makes the war in Ukraine look like a safe place for women. It isn’t. And neither is Canada a safe place for women,” she added.

The RINJ Foundation has listed the names of hundreds of missing young aboriginal women and demanded an accounting of each of their whereabouts from the RCMP. Nothing heard, “we are not accountable to you,” RINJ was told.
According to Maclean’s Magazine (‘The RCMP is broken’), “the iconic [RCMP] force is fraying under the strain of its rural policing model, tragic mistakes, an ugly past and a controversial present.”
“The RCMP’s critics say the intensely hierarchical and change-resistant culture of the force comes from the paramilitary structure, which is drilled into the heads of “cadets” when they spend six months at Depot [a sprawling facility on the outskirts of Regina, the RCMP Academy, known within the force as Depot], where they are formed into [paramilitary] “troops,” taught how to march, shoot, and arrest suspects, and learn the patriarchal traditions of the RCMP.”— Maclean’s By Stephen Maher
Canada does not define rape as a crime
The act of rape in Canada is defined under the sexual assault which the Canada Criminal Code defines as any sexual activity without consent.
“Canada’s unwillingness to define rape as a separate crime,” says Dr. Nassima al Amouri of The RINJ Foundation, “from sexual assault, has brought about:
- “Low rape reporting rates to law enforcement,
- “Weak criminal prosecutions,
- “Zero rape convictions,
- “Loss of women’s faith in the responses of criminal law and the Canadian justice system, and
- “Has bred a culture of impunity among rapists who in many cases become repeat offenders,” Dr. Nassima al Amouri of The RINJ Foundation explains.

Twitter is the essence of misogyny and Facebook is a Rape Joke, but rape is no joke and misogyny will end the human race. American social media is sucking the life from humanity in exchange for profit. Photo courtesy “The RINJ Foundation“.
Femicide
“The London Police Services Board in Ontario has in 2022 been preparing a request urging the federal government to add femicide and its definition to the Criminal Code of Canada,” writes Myrna Dawson, of the University of Guelph for The RINJ Foundation and The Conversation
Joined by other organizations and individuals, they together call on the Canadian federal government to recognize femicide as a distinct crime in which women and girls are killed because they are women and girls.
This Canadian effort aligns with a larger global movement seen in numerous countries, especially in Latin America, to amend criminal codes or implement special legislation to deal with femicide and its prevention.
These efforts and work by the United Nations have led to increased understanding of femicide.
Femicide.
RINJ Women seek justice for Nyima Dolma, 28, of Toronto, who died after having accelerant poured on her and set alight at Kipling station, near Kipling Avenue and Dundas Avenue West, at about 12:25 p.m. on 17 June 2022. (Anyone with information on this crime should call Toronto, Ontario, Canada (+1) homicide detectives at 416-808-7400)

What we know about the Royal Canadian Mounted Police
- “Tens of thousands of rapes and / or sexual misconducts or sexual assaults (universally defined here) have been done by RCMP members against Canadian women and girls.
- “RCMP officers murder with impunity, perjury and widespread collusion.
- “RCMP officers will shoot to kill indigenous Canadian demonstrators.
- “RINJ Women have filed formal complaints to international human rights tribunals and the International Criminal Court in the reasonable belief that the Canadian (Conservative) federal government operated a rogue paramilitary element against Canadian civilians in violation of the Canadian Constitution; in violation of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights; in violation of the Rome Statute, and as in the past, since 1974 when these crimes first surfaced to the knowledge of the Canadian federal Parliament, it did not remediate.
- “In the past, the Canadian Federal government from the Pierre Trudeau McDonald Commission to this date have done nothing effective to stop the violent crimes, particularly against women and girls, and moreover has not ended the traditional rape culture and the misogyny of the RCMP.
- “Despite valiant efforts from within a malignant patriarch conducted by Commissioner Brenda Lucki, a Bonafide Shero, RINJ members know first-hand that RCMP officers laugh at her efforts and continue sexual harassment, misogyny, rape, murder, perjury and collusion.” — from “Why RINJ Women seek disbandment of RCMP“.
This is Gender Equality Week in Canada. Women are equally entitled to safety of the person and the right to life.
Rape and Femicide must be prosecuted in Canada. Currently they are not.
“Today marks the beginning of Gender Equality Week in Canada, which runs until 24 September. This week is an opportunity to highlight contributions women and gender-diverse people have made – and continue to make – in shaping our country…,” writes Justin Trudeau in a statement released today.
“There is still much work to do,” said Mr. Trudeau in his gender equality statement.
“We know that gender equality benefits everyone: it helps grow the economy, leads to greater health and happiness, and promotes peace and security. This year’s theme – Equal Rights, Equal Opportunities …,” said Canada’s Prime Minister.
But equal rights must include the right to life and the right to safety of the person.
Violence against women in Canada supersedes all gains achieved by the small but growing number of women in government.
Genocide brought by Femicide of Canadian Indigenous Women
In 2019, Canada’s Justin Trudeau government announced that the disappearance and murder of indigenous women amounted to genocide.
Say their names: Some of the thousands of missing, raped, even murdered indigenous Canadians like 6-year-old Adriane Cecile who was raped and murdered 33 years ago.
