Truth never happened, like a small dirty-bomb USA/Ukraine planned to detonate in Ukraine to create the impression that Russia had used a nuclear weapon thus warranting a USA nuclear attack on Russia.
Another lie: USA/Ukraine is not winning anywhere, any way, it is getting shellacked.

But Russia’s network of spies reported the plan. Russia called out the Ukraine.
Then Kiev’s Zelenskyy contacted the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) to come and prove a negative. “The American media laps it up but only a story like that works on the Americans. Asians for example do not believe American lies,” quipped Sara Qin, an FPMag correspondent based in Shenzhen, China.
The IAEA is a United Nations group with a total bias against Russia which the UN Secretary General demonstrates as an alleged judge and jury almost daily.
“But there really are two sides to this and most conflicts, not just the UN political and financial rewards point of view,” noted Sara Qin.
“What’s worse is that this is the man who oversees a continuing saga of United Nations internal sexual misconduct against women employees and its so-called Peacekeepers raping the women and girls in the communities the alleged peacekeepers are supposed to be policing,” said Ms. Qin who is currently conducting an investigation into UN malfeasance in this area of sexual exploitation of women. “Our findings in DRC are based on 2,858 interviews with Congolese community members, including 60 in-depth interviews with victims of sexual misconduct who conceived children with peacekeepers, and 35 interviews with children who were born as a result. The research, which dates back to 2018, implicates UN personnel from 12 countries, the majority of whom were Tanzanian and South African. Civilians are more and more revealing truths, but who is listening?
While a civilian civil society group engaged in monitoring the activities near the Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant (ZNPP), during the time of the IAEA inspections, housewives and their daughters plus an occasional baker and plumber (civil society civilian ZNPP surveillance team) were able to ascertain the source of the artillery fire that the IAEA could not discern. With a matter like this, neighbourhood civilians are trying to save their lives while political actors are just playing career politics, lining up for media photographs.
“We must protect the safety and security of Ukraine’s and Europe’s biggest nuclear facility. Proud to lead this mission which will be in ZNPP later this week,” said an IAEA statement, but no such protection has happened and the ZNPP continues to be shelled by Ukraine according to eyewitnesses who live there.
Cars and homes were set fire and nine casualties resulted from the shelling of the area around the largest nuclear power plant in Europe.
Yevgeny Balitsky, the administrative head of the Zaporozhye region confirmed the observations of the civil society ZNPP surveillance team that this shelling of the Energodar town came from Ukraine’s Armed Forces using American M777 howitzers located in the Kiev-controlled settlement of Nikopol reports a civil society ZNPP surveillance team.
Some Ukrainians spilled the Beans about The Dirty Bomb
Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova said Monday, that “alarming information from reliable sources indicate that Kiev is preparing a provocation with the use of an explosive device filled with radioactive substances, aka dirty bomb.
Ms. Zakharova continued to say that the purpose of this mission in concert with the United States, is “to accuse Russia of using a weapon of mass destruction. The Ukrainian authorities and their Western handlers hope that it will lead to a broad anti-Russian campaign, undermine Moscow’s credibility in the eyes of its partners and lead to our country’s isolation in the international arena.
According to sources, the Ukrainian side has already begun to implement the plan.
Simon Baldock, an Israeli security analyst based in Tel Aviv said that the White House may not be aware of all that is going on the Pentagon but there is considerable talk about this being the perfect opportunity for the United States to officially deploy its new, longer range intermediate nuclear missiles in the area around Russia, particularly in new NATO members’ territory.
RF Foreign Ministry spokesperson, Ms. Zakharova responded to questions saying “we demand that the Kiev authorities and their Western handlers stop taking actions that are leading the world towards nuclear catastrophe and threatening innocent civilian lives.”
Sources have talked about this Nuclear I-Missile Placement in Europe opportunity for three years or more.
The USA/Ukraine dirty bomb plan was to give America an argument against EU member opponents and excuse to finally, officially, place its new, longer-range ballistic nuclear missiles around Russia. These new missiles are capable of reaching any part of Russia which is the largest country in the world. But there has been a change in plans.
While the longer ranged intermediate missiles have been quietly deployed, the USA is looking for the opportunity to convince Europe it should be allowed to deploy hypersonic intermediate nuclear missiles currently under development but anticipated to be ready in 2023 around the same time America’s land-mobile intercontinental hypersonic missiles will undergo initial tests. But if Russia is such a militarily weak nation, as General (retired) David Petraeus says, why bother? China and Iran are the answer.
Hypersonic missiles are highly maneuverable air-breathing weapons operating at speeds greater than five times (Mach 5) the speed of sound (Mach 1 is around 760 mph at sea level). Some are faster than ten times (Mach 10) the speed of sound.

Russian air-launched Kinzhal missile at 14,668 km per hour (hypersonic at 10 times faster than the speed of sound) was used last Friday to destroy a Ukrainian weapons depot 136 meters underground according to the Russian federation Ministry of Defence.
The Russian military has said it used its Kinzhal hypersonic missile to destroy an arms depot near the city of Ivano-Frankivsk in western Ukraine, Russian Defence Ministry spokesman Igor Konashenkov said during a briefing.
It targeted “a large underground depot of missiles and aerial munitions of the Ukrainian forces” in the village of Deliatyn,” he added.

Refugees from Donetsk PR and Luhansk PR assemble in the Rostov Region of Russia for their first night away from home.
