Dr. Nassima al Amouri, operations manager and medical director in Syria for a humanitarian organization with women’s shelters and birthing and medical clinics in Deir ez-Zor and Id Lib districts as well as Aleppo, knows about General Sergei Surovikin who is now leading the command structure and the complete military Russian operation in Ukraine.
General Surovikin earlier served as Commander of Russia’s Eastern Military District and led Russian troops in Syria, according to Tass.
RINJ Women not alone in telling people to leave Ukraine. US Embassy urges Americans to leave Ukraine immediately
Dr. al Amouri says she strongly urges people to leave Ukraine as soon as possible. In particular she says that outside foreign humanitarian workers must leave now and bring with them the local workers and families they have been training and encourage the remaining families to leave the country.
There is an estimated 12 million displaced persons inside Ukraine, and they can be displaced equally inside or outside Ukraine. The conditions will be the same but outside Ukraine, and in fact as far from Ukraine as possible, the people will be safer and remain alive in other European nations. “Get out and stay alive,” she said.
“Large groups of people in shelters and camps for internally displaced persons is a dangerous place to be under the circumstances of nuclear war. Clouds of radioactive dust will bring enormous harm to clustered groups of unprotected women and children. The US President says he has warned Russia of catastrophic retaliation from America if Russia moves nuclear weapons into the Donbass and Russia has already done that. The United States has already urgently told all Americans to leave Ukraine and those who absolutely cannot depart, should shelter in place. Three hundred local medical workers and a small number of foreign training support personnel that we can move,” said Dr. al Amouri, “are leaving Ukraine today. Many more in larger numbers will follow by 20 October. The public is urged to leave Ukraine also,” said the Medical Director of The RINJ Foundation.
“Vladimir Putin and his new commander, General Surovikin, are equally ruthless men and the potential for desperate attacks on civilian populations in western Ukraine is a real danger.”
Payback in Ukraine for the US/Ukraine sabotage on Nord Stream, ZNPP and the Crimean Bridge, all civilian infrastructures will be horrible. And the risk of nuclear war is greater than 50%, say experts.
“General Sergei Surovikin has carte blanche and we know him from Syria. He will not ignore sabotage by what the Kremlin calls ‘terrorists'”, explains Dr. al Amouri from Syria.
This appointment consolidates five unique and poorly communicating Russian military divisions. It also narrows the Russian Federation field of operations to include the borders defined by the two Republics, Luhansk and Donetsk declared in their original formation in 2014, and also defends Crimea, according to officials of Russia in Donetsk governorate and Luhansk governorate.

“We have no issues with the Russians in Syria, or the commanders,” Dr. Nassima al Amouri commented. “In fact, the Russians are very helpful. They keep the peace. Our problems are with the military of Bashar al Assaad and the Iranian militias. They breach the peace and bomb the hell out of the local people in Id Lib, for example. It’s madness.”
Conflict is between Russia and the USA/NATO. Ukraine is on life support from the West and is already a failed state suggests Dr. Andrey Kortunov of the Russian International Affairs Council. Ukraine has been exploited as a tool for use against Russia on the Russian borders.
Russia is fighting a 55-nation consortium proxy-war led by the United States in Ukraine. In recognizing the high risks, Russia has declared that it will do everything in its power to avoid nuclear war. It has cut back on its goals in concert with the governors of the Luhansk, Donetsk and Crimean governors.
The United States and Russia have both moved tactical low yield nuclear weapons near the areas of conflict, risking escalation to a strategic weapons exchange. Nobody can win in a nuclear war, said the UN Security Council in January 2022.

Russia launches a volley of over 80 missiles and two dozen drones against strategic targets in Ukraine. Many fell in civilian areas causing civilian casualties, possibly because of the American air defence systems which knock warheads down on civilian populations. In any case, say humanitarians, “get out of Ukraine.”
“When the men running these wars start moving nuclear missiles around it is time to leave them to kill each other but not the civilians. People in Ukraine do not have sincere leadership. ‘Self-serving sociopaths’ describes legions of so-called leaders in the past thirty years. Today Ukraine may have lying puppets of the USA who allow a proxy war that takes Ukrainian lives.
“Nobody is going to win the proxy war in Ukraine. Get out,” said Monique Deslauriers, a RINJ Foundation director and executive director of the American chapters of the RINJ Foundation women.
NP Deslauriers herself has left the country and is enroute to her home in the United States but first making a stopover in Europe to deliver escorted orphans to their intended adoption agencies in a European country.
