“Unity is about weapons. My question is, ‘is there this unity in practice?’ I can’t see it!” Zelenskyy complains in Davos.
Most nations of the world were slammed Wednesday in Davos, Switzerland by Mr. Volodymyr Zelenskyy of Ukraine repeating that his European neighbours did not measure up to the US military support he was receiving. But the truth is that the USA military support comes with a very high price tag according to a read of the obscured documents. More on that to follow.
The status of the war in Ukraine is so bad that Henry Kissinger told the World Economic Forum at the start of this week that Ukraine needs to cede the breakaway nations of Donetsk, Luhansk and Crimea to Russia and end this war before it explodes into a global conflagration (paraphrased). “Negotiations need to begin in the next two months before it creates upheavals and tensions that will not be easily overcome,” said the highly respected former US Secretary of State, Kissinger, who will be a centenarian next year.
“Keep the war and the killing going in Ukraine,” says Canada‘s and America‘s actions.
But the additional $20 billion plus in US weapons pouring into Ukraine will be a ‘lend-lease’ debt on the Ukrainian survivors, suggests Canada’s and America’s opponent in this war in Ukraine and a reading of the obfuscated documents of the US Congress.

American weapons now equip Luhansk and Donetsk Corpsmen
American weapons now equip Luhansk and Donetsk Corpsmen Equipped with American Mark 19 automatic grenade launchers and American anti-tank Javelin Missiles, the military Corpsmen of the Luhansk and Donetsk republics also have a small supply of stingers and other American-supplied weapons left scattered around te country side as the supply of American weapons in Ukraine overwhelms even the black market. FPMag’s Melissa Hemingway has seen these weapons piled up in schools and municipal buildings all over the Donbass and other parts of Ukraine. Photo Credit: Alexander Kots. America’s inventory of Javelin and Stinger missiles is dwindling.
New production of improved missile versions is needed and that has twenty members of the US Congress buying up military industrial stock market shares. The same applies to the smart M982 Excalibur rounds for the new 155mm artillery pouring into Ukraine.
“To provide enhanced authority for the President to enter into agreements with the Government of Ukraine to lend or lease defense articles to that Government to protect civilian populations in Ukraine from Russian military invasion, and for other purposes.”
(S.3522 – Ukraine Democracy Defense Lend-Lease Act of 2022)
Ukraine will pay over a long-term lend-lease arrangement, set out in Public Law No: 117-118 (05/09/2022) titled Ukraine Democracy Defense Lend-Lease Act of 2022, which contains onerous fine print in the Section 503(b)(3) of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 (22 U.S.C. 2311(b)(3)) and, Section 61 of the Arms Export Control Act (22 U.S.C. 2796).
FPM.news has learned from anonymous US Congressional sources and from a reading of the data in multiple and obscure parts of the $40 billion deal between America and Ukraine, that without the insider source’s explanation, the conditions Ukraine is under are onerous but not very clear.
Three U.S. officials and two congressional sources told Reuters that “two types of powerful anti-ship missiles, the Harpoon made by Boeing (NYSE:BA) and the Naval Strike Missile made by Kongsberg and Raytheon Technologies (NYSE:RTX) were in active consideration for either direct shipment to Ukraine, or through a transfer from a European ally that has the missiles.” (See full Reuters article.)
Video: “This is a fresh batch of US-delivered M777A2 howitzers spotted crossing into Ukraine from Poland,” says weapons expert William Scott Ritter. “Notably, this batch has radio communication and GPS equipment installed, as well as antennas for measuring the muzzle velocity of the projectile from the M982 Excalibur rounds,” he added.
Mr. Ritter continued to say, “this Excalibur is a one shot killing munition. Thousands have been provided to Ukraine by the USA and Canada. The Ukrainian Army spent weeks in Germany learning how to fire this massive weapon.”
On 22 April 2022, the Canadian Department of Defence announced delivery of M777 155mm towed howitzers and ammunition to Ukraine.
“As Ukrainians fight to defend their sovereignty, freedom, and independence, Canada remains committed to continuing to provide Ukraine with the military equipment that it needs to fight and win this war.” said Anita Anand, Minister of National Defence.
Russian Parliamentarian says Ukraine is falling into an American “Debt Pit”. Humanitarians say, “cost in money is not the problem, the killing by these leaders and their war-escalation must stop! Every munition sent to Ukraine explodes in Ukraine.”
Generations of Ukrainians are going to pay for the $billions in weapons Washington is sending to to Kiev in a lend-lease deal, the Russian Federation parliament speaker claimed again today.
“Washington’s motives are crystal clear,” Vyacheslav Viktorovich Volodin said today going on to suggest that lend-leasing to Ukraine “would allow an increase in the profits of American defence corporations by a large multiple [translated].”
Mr. Volodin, Russian parliamentary (Duma) speaker, since October 2016, recalled some history saying that during WWII, the USSR also accepted a lend-lease scheme from the USA, and “the payments were only completed 61 years after the ‘Great Victory‘, in 2006.”
Truth in this war is very difficult to find.
What can we believe? 25 May 2022, Left: Chief of Staff of the 41st Army of the Central Military District, Major General Vitaly Gerasimov, was awarded the Order of Alexander Nevsky on Monday. What is noteworthy is that the Americans and Ukrainians claimed they had killed Gerasimov on 8 March 2022.
