“Talk of genocide against Ukraine or Russia is a typical style of misconduct of the United States President, aimed perhaps to distract from America’s 8-year Donbass conflict even more and keep the proxy war going across Ukraine thus perpetuating the production runs and arms sales for American weapons makers,” adduces humanitarian organizer Dale Carter from the Donbass region.
“Yes, I called it genocide because it has become clearer and clearer that Putin is just trying to wipe out the idea of being able to be Ukrainian and the evidence is mounting,” Joseph Biden told reporters this week.

“Joe Biden does not seem to realize the Russian Federation has claimed it will eradicate Nazism in Ukraine, not kill all the Nazis,” say locals in Donbass.
“Genocide is an inappropriate comment—more like childish name-calling, in my personal opinion. But Mr. Biden has been devoting himself to warmongering with name-calling and extreme accusations. This infuriates every humanitarian I speak with. They [West] act like they are desperate to encourage more war. The Russian ‘Military Operation’ is construed by realistic people to be about ending the 8-year pommeling of the people in Donbass by America, US and Canadian funded Nazis militias and Ukrainian Forces. We know this well. Those Nazis are the worst rapists in the world. We have been here a long time,” says Ms. Carter, who is the security director for The RINJ Foundation, a global women’s rights organization.
“The captured women are frequently raped. Here is what Yuriy Novoseltsev, one of the torture victims, says about Ukrainian Nationalist soldiers from western Ukraine (he could tell that by their accent) beating up and raping a captured woman in the room next to the one where he was being held:
‘One night I heard a woman who was being beaten, cry. Those young soldiers (aged from 18 to 25, hardly older) were speaking Ukrainian, but with the same accent they have in western Ukraine, meaning some of the words were Polish. Then, those youngsters (there were four or five of them, I gather) started insulting her; that is they were raping her, beating her and laughing like horses. That was not a laugh of a human being, meaning they were either high or drunk. They enjoyed beating and raping her very much. As to what exactly happened there, I learned later more details when that woman told me herself. Just the things I heard were alarming for me as a person.’” Citing: War crimes of the armed forces and security forces of Ukraine: torture and inhumane treatment. Second report
Ms. Carter, in Ukraine since mid-February, is also de facto operations manager for the region until the evacuation of the local person, Alona Adamovich, who had taken over running the operation of the RINJ birthing clinics and women’s shelters in Mariupol for The RINJ Foundation.Alona’s urgent action followed a catastrophe wherein the local person was raped and killed by Ukrainian Nationalists when the escalation began. This information has only now been released because the RINJ Foundation had been unable to find the woman’s family until very recently.
“It should be noted that the population of Ukraine is substantially ethnic Russian or Russian speaking. Russia is not conducting a genocide, it is putting an end to a war against the people of the Donbass who hated living in Ukraine and broke away. After eight years of fighting off hunger and disaster, their will and rights to self-determination has been proven,” said Ms. Carter.
“Joseph Biden’s conduct has been child-like calling Vladimir Putin names and attacking Russians with bad words in his proxy war against Russia fought in Ukraine at the expense of millions of women and children losing their homes and their life achievements, or losing their lives in the thousands,” says Ms. Carter, who is the security director for The RINJ Foundation, a global women’s rights organization.
The people of the Donbass broke away from Ukraine during the 2014 civil war. For eight years they have suffered and died in the thousands. “Thousands of homes, hundreds of hospitals, schools, and water and electricity facilities have been damaged due to the hostilities. The rapid and increased contamination of the conflict-affected area by mines and unexploded ordnances is threatening the lives and livelihoods of millions of Ukrainians. With one million crossings each month across the 457-km “contact line”, thousands of people face delays and obstacles in accessing basic services, pensions, social benefits, and markets every day,” said the UN in Feb. 2018 Image is a small crop from a UN Photograph taken in November 2017 in Donbass. “This crisis in Ukraine festered in Luhansk and Donetsk for 8 years, with American fighters side-by-side with Nazis killing thousands of civilians in the Donbass And Biden’s corruption is involved up to his eyebrows,” says Ms. Carter.
In February 2018 a UN Report said, “today, 3.4 million Ukrainians need humanitarian assistance for their protection and survival, particularly in the eastern regions of Donetsk and Luhansk. There are millions of women, men and children in eastern Ukraine who are struggling to make it through the fourth winter of conflict. Some 200,000 people live under constant fear of shelling every day. With the highest proportion of elderly affected in the world, it is our obligation to reverse the unacceptable deprivation that they face,” says the UN OCHA report.
UN Makes a Plea for more money on Wednesday
“UN’s humanitarian operations are facing a funding crunch: the World Food Programme (WFP) has warned that it does not have enough resources to feed hungry people in desperate situations. The agency urgently needs $8 billion to support its operations in Yemen, Chad and Niger,” according to the UN Secretary-General António Guterres and a report by the Global Crisis Response Group on Food, Energy and Finance (GCRG).
8-Years ago, 13 April 2014, the war in Donbass began, not on 24 February 2022.

At the end of 2017 the UN reported, “Disrupted access to critical facilities and diminished livelihoods mean that some 3.4 million people are without basic supplies and services and need assistance for protection and survival. “Four years of conflict have put a tremendous strain on the civilian population in eastern Ukraine,” said the European Union Commissioner for Humanitarian Aid and Crisis Management Christos Stylianides. “We cannot overlook that there’s a humanitarian crisis at the European Union’s doorstep. Supporting all those in need, wherever they are, is a priority for the EU. Our new aid package will provide essential assistance such as food, healthcare and education for children.”
On 14 March an attack by Nazi brigades using Tochka U cluster munitions resulted in 20 deaths and dozens of injuries in the midst of Donetsk City.
“It was a scramble to deal with the aftermath which was very scattered because the Army of the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) struck down the rocket but they did not know it had many of those smaller bomblets and they scattered everywhere, some blowing up immediately and some blowing up after people came to help the injured. They are from those Nazi fighters,” explained Lana, a humanitarian worker and local EMS nurse. She explained she had lost a friend that day in mid-March, as had many people in DPR, often.

“The war is supercharging a three-dimensional crisis — food, energy and finance — that is pummeling some of the world’s most vulnerable people, countries and economies,” said Secretary General Guterres this week.
“American sanctions on Russia, without thinking, are causing a food crisis in developing nations and strife all around the world.
Biden has no authority to bring harm to any peoples anywhere on the planet. The fallout from his actions bring suffering and death everywhere,” claims Katie Alsop, Executive Director of
The RINJ Foundation.
Ukraine, Russia are excluded from the Cluster Munitions Treaty
Tochka U rocket payload that hit the Kramatorsk railway station was on the inventory of the 13th Missile Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Offered by the Russian side is evidence that the same manufacturer’s batch serial numbers was fired into Russian occupied Donetsk City four weeks ago.
“That in fact means next to nothing, the weapons could belong to either side,” explains Simon Baldock, an Israeli security analyst,” because over the years the weapons may have traded hands back and forth since original manufacture. In the Soviet era, lot numbers of manufacturing could have been sequenced or even shared across territories. We are hearing pure nonsense unless a clear chain of possession can be proven beyond a doubt. Both sides are using this munition and that fact alone is reprehensible,” he said.
Tochka-U rockets are ancient Soviet precursor Scarab-type weapons and inherently inaccurate, regularly hitting somewhere off course in a circle of one kilometer diameter. The design favours clusters of up to 50 munitions like the 9N24, a Soviet-era cluster explosive.
Clear evidence of cluster munitions use by both sides in the current conflict have been seen repeatedly. Ukraine and Russia have not signed the international treaty banning “cluster bombs”. The actual signatories can be found here.

The conflict in Ukraine is a multi-polar fight involving NATO (USA); the United Kingdom independently; Canada independently; the United States independently; the Nazi militias the USA and others trained and armed; the Ukraine Armed Forces; the Russians; the Chechens; and numerous mercenary groups of the USA, Russia, Ukraine and NATO. (This data is confirmed by eyewitnesses; public documents; and Medical Examiner (ME) reports in the region since April 13, 2014, to date.)
Below video: Some recent history from Rachel Blevens. “If you’re a cheerleader for the US and its NATO allies starting WW3, then you’ll be paid handsomely for your time.”
Video: (below) Chechen, Russian, Luhansk and Donetsk soldiers, are welcomed as they clear up the city of Popasnaya in the Luhansk People’s Republic and assist the embattled local civilians in recovering their lives.
Video (Below) Arriving in Donbass last week, additional Russian soldiers were given a hearty welcome by the locals who have been subjected to shelling attacks for years by Ukrainian nationalist militias some of which operate independently of the Ukrainian government, supported, armed and trained by foreign actors according to they themselves when speaking to medical workers providing their emergency treatment. That data comes from prisoners and patients speaking to medical workers, telling their own story, breaking ranks, for their own reasons. Investigations indicate the Russians may be completely incorrect in blaming Kiev for all the transgressions in the Donbass region over the past eight years, for the fact that hundreds if not thousands of militiamen in Ukraine are acting independently from Kiev, taking orders from intermediaries who act on orders from the USA. Some of those persons have died in the region, or have been captured and are according to suspicions alone, still in captivity in Donetsk. (They may be released soon under an omnibus prisoner exchange, according to local conjecture in the Donetsk communities.)
“While Russia claims to have supported the ethnic-Russian people of Donetsk PR and Luhansk PR, Russia like the rest of the world, was either too frustrated or too uncaring to dig deeper into the sources of the strife. Hence most of the world has no idea this war did not start in 2022 but began in 2014. It has been a free-for-all funded by the USA, Canada and Britain,” explains Dale Carter, security director for The RINJ Foundation.
