“Freedom is just another word for nothing left to loose,” say RINJ Women, “after you have lost your job and your career.  Losing a career while maybe still paying student loans doesn’t seem to be a reasonable exchange for the freedom not to give a damn about other people you might eventually infect and thus refusing COVID-19 vaccination.”

“But if you don’t care, you are in the wrong profession,” say RSAC (RINJ Sexual Assault Clinics and shelters) humanitarian health care workers’ spokesperson, Geraldine Frisque.

“Even after being vaccinated, it’s important to continue to wear a face mask, wash hands regularly and maintain physical distancing,” reminds nurse Frisque.

“Young people going through academia to become health care workers need to adopt a new mantra, “I Care”, and get vaccinated to prove that point, while encouraging others to do the same. And vaccinate your children too, if you are so lucky to have kids,” says the global civil society NGO’s board of directors via founding director, Katie Alsop.
