Netanyahu ousted. Time to mourn dead kids of Gaza

Benjamin Netanyahu is out, for now. Tel Aviv press is reporting that the  Israeli Knesset voted for an ideologically-bizarre but likely balanced mix of small parties spanning the full gambit of political doctrine in Israel.

Prime Minister Naftali Bennett (49) was sworn in, Sunday, thus ousting Benjamin Netanyahu from power after an uninterrupted 12 years and a total of 15 years as Prime Minister.

The vote at 60 to 59 was the narrowest it could be for the coalition against Netanyahu despite Bibi’s overzealous pitches to everyone to abandon the plan, first proposed on 2 June, and back him for Prime Minister of Israel.

“Mr. Netanyahu faces court cases including charges against him of bribery, fraud and breach of trust. He also is under examination for crimes against humanity by the International Criminal Court. Somehow he let himself become more and more comfortable with very serious criminal behaviour. The adulation of Trump and Biden seems to have gone to his head. He believes he has impunity for all crimes. But he does not,” says Simon Baldock, an Israeli security consultant who served three years in the Israeli Defence Forces.

Netanyahu according to sources is furious, saying he wants to stay on top of the Likud party and continue to assail the weakest parts of the coalition to break it up and force an election.

Dr. Nassima al Amouri who had attended numerous child patients in a hospital of the Gaza Strip in May, said, “I expected this but in all I am happy and sad. We must now tell the world to start mourning for the dozens of mothers’ babies killed in May by Benjamin Netanyahu and his henchmen. The apartheid regime of Netanyahu must be dismantled before too many people start agreeing with Iran that Israel should be dismantled and given to the Arabs.”

“Global public opinion is shifting. Sure, there are those who hate Muslims and Arabs and as we saw in London, Ontario, Canada, that can translate to mass murder. This is what Netanyahu and his cronies stand for, I fear,” she added.

“The world needs to wake up to the heinous crimes of Israel against humanity that have insidiously become more and more hideous. There is no excuse for slaughtering a disproportionate number of civilians in all these so-called wars, including children and their mothers in refugee camps. But they are not wars they are just part of an ethnic cleansing of the occupied territories,” she continued.

Medical workers of The RINJ Foundation have repeatedly asked for recognition of the children who lost their lives during the May 2021 bombing of Gaza and the West Bank by Netenhayu’s Israeli government.

A total of 12 RINJ medical workers laboured under difficult circumstances to save lives and make the injured more comfortable. Five women arrived anew around 11 May, joining seven who became employed in the occupied territories and parts of Israel following the May 2018 attacks on Palestine.
