Women went home in 2020 to manage family homes and keep the family unit whole, despite monstrous attacks of the patriarch partnered with a homicidal microbe.
Feminine-Perspective Magazine’s message to women in 2021, is don’t go back to work but instead, find a lender and start your new business. Take it from there, sisters.
Women left the labour force at high rates while men grabbed up the jobs. Why? Because only women can manage family homes where the core of human community existence is under serious attack.
How is that going?
Wash your hands, put on your mask, wear a smile and a clean shirt at the table; stay outside other people’s space; and we’ll gladly share with you the feminine-perspective.
Women must be encouraged not to leave the labour force; maintain skills; and lead the new business starts for 2021. Without the integrity of the family unit, civilization is in peril.
The pillars of all communities are the strong families within. That is not referring to fiefdom dynasties as are still found in many dysfunctional regions of the world, but the functional small families that gets the kids to school on time and participates in their development.
These pillars contribute to the community in sports, recreation, good neighbourliness, they manage the schedules so that family members fit their community as healthy and happy contributors; accomplishing individual family member goals (like getting school homework completed); getting to church; getting the shopping done efficiently; and filling each member’s unique needs.
Running a family should be like running a country—everyone is considered important.

The patriarch in the United States, the pandemic epicenter of disfunction, makes women want to vomit.
Black lives matter? Why would any functional family need a reminder?
What is a ‘Trumper‘ besides being a racist, women-despising, chauvinistic PIG?
Disaster epicenter America was once great until Obama left. It then took seventy-four million Trumpers to gut that ‘fish‘ and throw the meat away with the entrails?
Hitler’s formula, the Trump promise of racism and misogyny making America great again, was a rabble rousing quasi-fascism like one the world saw in the late 1930s.
This style of leadership emerging around the world must be stopped.
Who can stop this?
- Women.
Men, on the whole, failed in leadership throughout 2020. This pandemic has proven that. Women must take the lead.
Around the world their types are getting fat at the helm of whole countries, ignoring the needs of the people and filling their fat faces with all they can devour, regardless of the harm that they are foisting on women and children’s lives. This must stop. Global leadership is abysmal.
Get lost, misogynists. Women need to get the children back to school and move the economy forward or we will all starve while a relative few will be gasping for breathe.
In 2021, despite the tremendous loss of employment in the labor sector for women, it is possible that 2021 can be the year women lead new business starts to accelerate recovery and to create a skills retention environment for women.
Getting children back to school is priority number Two. Combatting SARS2 is number One. Get vaccinating.
The USA Centers for Disease Control has a well studied checklist to evaluate children’s return to school.
Women may not agree with all the points but it is a place to start.
As reported in a previous article, the patriarch spent nearly two trillions of dollars on weapons last year. How can that be? A small few offenders, including America, China, Saudi Arabia, France and India spent 60% of that disgusting total. Each of those countries, run by men, had doctors, nurses, teachers and police struggling to do their jobs without proper PPE.
Male leaders had enough money to buy missiles, nuclear bombs, and warships, but not enough to give the teacher a respirator mask?
As has been unequivocally proven by their effective leadership in the fight against COVID-19, women have proven to be the better leaders around the world. It doesn’t matter why, any longer.
Moving forward knowing that men, on the whole, make disaster-prone leaders.
Moving forward, women must acknowledge that sisters are at home as the center of the family running households because men cannot handle the job when it has any challenges (and SARS2 is a big one) without causing chaos and destabilizing disruptions of normal life in smaller communities.
The most important aspect of maintaining stability in the household for the entire family is moving forward the children’s development.
In 2020 that was not easily done and thus today there are remedial steps needed to recoup setbacks in the children’s lives.
“Despite dramatic improvements in survival, nutrition, and education over recent decades, today’s children face an uncertain future. Climate change, ecological degradation, migrating populations, conflict, pervasive inequalities, and predatory commercial practices threaten the health and future of children in every country. In 2015, the world’s countries agreed on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), yet nearly 5 years later, few countries have recorded much progress towards achieving them. This Commission presents the case for placing children, aged 0–18 years, at the centre of the SDGs: at the heart of the concept of sustainability and our shared human endeavour. Governments must harness coalitions across sectors to overcome ecological and commercial pressures to ensure children receive their rights and entitlements now and a liveable planet in the years to come.” Citing: “A future for the world’s children? Babies take steps before they walk and walk before they run: Classroom sizes were too big.
Women leaders were shocked that governments in Canada and the United States failed to get children back to school safely. That is true in most of the world. Some countries do not have any kind of sanitation and hygiene in their schools, like the Philippines for example. Hence leadership’s decision to hold back on school restart is understandable. But America? Come on.
In its strongest, if not obvious statement, “A future for the world’s children? A WHO–UNICEF–Lancet Commission” says “Government has a duty of care and protection across all sectors“. That has not been happening.
“Countries that support future generations put a high priority on ensuring all children’s needs are met, by delivering entitlements, such as paid parental leave, free primary health care at the point of delivery, access to healthy—and sufficient amounts of—food, state-funded or subsidised education, and other social protection measures. These countries make sure children grow up in safe and healthy environments, with clean water and air and safe spaces to play. They respect the equal rights of girls, boys, and those with non-conforming gender identities.”
“The rights and entitlements of children are enshrined within the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC) ratified by all countries, except the USA.”

Student-days are calculated by multiplying the number of closure days by the number of students affected, and with each class size doubling, they went up by factors of two to five.

This Pandemic has bold lessons and massive changes will take place. Women must take the lead and men must form the labour force. Actually, that is what is happening already as a natural course of events.
- Once children have been packed off to school and family order is restored with child development goals again attainable, other aspects of family life will change.
- In 2020, men replaced women in the labour force an estimated two to one. Women have left the labour force and men have consumed those jobs.
- Many women in customer-facing positions have skills that are needed to rebuild small businesses. Those small businesses will be the engine of recoveries.
