10th Review Conference, Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons, a timely event say activists

“Politicians in America again threaten first use of nuclear weapons, against Russia, because of Russia’s 65,000 regular force contingent and 3,200 reservists doing equipment modernization and retraining exercises near Yelnia, Russia, within 500 kilometers of Ukraine, which America has adopted as a surrogate in the soft-war against Russia,” explains Katie Alsop of the global civil society women’s rights group RINJ Women.

Returning from four countries bordering the Donbas region, Katie Alsop of The RINJ Foundation is interviewed by FPM.news for this article about the pending January 2022, 10th Review Conference, on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons.

“I am especially worried after a recent enduring visit to the Donbas region across all borders in the area,” explained Ms. Alsop. “I see nothing but America and its compellable allies trying to exploit the internally clopped-out over flogged Ukraine with its comedian leader, for the political and personal interests of Joseph Biden, the Biden family, and friends including John Kerry and Donald Trump. Strange bedfellows,” she added.

“Because of this and since the government of the USA and Australia dumped the mega billion conventional submarine deal between Australia and France in favour of Australia ‘going-nuclear’, a discussion of nuclear non-proliferation (NPT) is crucial to our times, because America is threatening a nuclear attack against Russia in cryptic undertones, ” Ms. Alsop said in a Telegram interview.

“The Kremlin and Beijing are not manned by fools. The two nations, China and Russia have created both a trade and economic alliance plus a strong military alliance because the struggling former-dominant nation, USA, is bullying with military forces and economic warfare any nation that is taking a larger slice of the global market share than America. France for example, has already taken a beating for its prior dominance in selling submarines to the Anglosphere,” she added.

“Nuclear attack submarines have only one purpose,” she added,” and that makes it clear that the fight between America and France and America with Russia is over dominance in the military arms trade. Russia is a strong number 2 to America. France and Britain are not far behind. They are each nuclear weapons nations, but America is the only nation in breach of the Non Proliferation treaty because of its efforts to nuclearize the military of Australia and its role in causing the nuclearization of Iran and North Korea.”

“Kim Jong-un as a younger man explained this very well when he said that ‘America would eventually attack Korea again and instead of just killing three million civilians as it did in 1953, it will kill every Korean, with its nuclear weapons. In order to stop that, my father was right, we need nuclear weapons’,”  she explained Kim Jong-un’s statements.

Fearful for ordinary families around the world who  being told apocalyptic lies, by Joseph Biden, Jens Stoltenberg, and Boris Johnson, Women’s Group sets out to expose some truths. “We need to stop this path-to-nuclear-war these three foolish men are dragging children and their families along” says activist.

“I am now dumbfounded by the conduct of our leaders around the world during this pandemic. They are bringing Earth closer than ever to mankind’s destruction of the planet,” she said.

“This bizarre effort to interfere in the fallout from the collapse of the Soviet Union, instead of letting the parties work things out for themselves, is a danger to the human race. The breakaway republics whose people in plebiscites said they wanted out of the ‘corrupt, sh_thole Ukraine’ have created their own nations on the Russian border and in the years since 2014 have created functioning People’s Republics, still being randomly shelled by America and the Ukraine. Yes, there are American troops on the ground and they are operating artillery. I have seen this,” she said.

“I had been dialoguing with over 100 people from the Donetsk region since May 2013, and also from people on the Ukraine side, who have no objection whatsoever to letting the Republics go their own way, so long as the borders do not close because family lives on both sides of the border with Russia and the folks on the Ukraine side want access. This was why I visited the region to set up a chapter of our organization,” she explained.

“The Republic’s women reveal a truth that makes Joe Biden a geography flunk or a compulsive liar. But perhaps it is worse. Donald Trump always insisted the Biden’s had dirty hands in Ukraine. That is unraveling. Regardless, both the Luhansk region and the Donetsk region are between Russia and Ukraine,” she said.

“Russia has a mobile equipment depot supporting its Regular and Reservist land vehicle modernization training efforts in Yelnya, which is in the Yelninsky District in Smolensk Oblast, Russia, located on the Desna River, about 82 kilometers from Smolensk, the administrative center of that oblast.”

“There is no doubt that Russian military forces are prepared for any attack by Ukraine and America. Vladimir Putin has repeatedly said that the Kremlin has no interest in attacking Ukraine but is concerned about the security of its borders as the Americans start shipping Intermediate Range Nuclear Missiles into Europe,” she explained.

“There is also no doubt that Russian Forces have surreptitiously supported Luhansk and Donetsk forces repelling Ukraine attacks which have continued for seven years despite numerous treaty attempts. Clearly, in unmarked uniforms, Russians have helped train the forces of the Republic to defend their borders from the Ukraine. Nevertheless, the Russian Forces stand between Russian Federation allies, Luhansk and Donetsk and Moscow. It is those two people’s republics that are taking hits through the American built artillery, missiles and shellings from Ukraine,” she said.

“I suggest that the disingenuous NATO blabbermouth on the puppet strings of America, the head of NATO, Jens Stoltenberg, get off his ass and go there to Donbas and see for himself what is going on. I know a couple of spinsters living near the border who would gladly give him a bedroom and a pair of binoculars to see for himself. He is otherwise a liar and a creep who risks killing my babies and yours.”

“We have sent people in Russia to the area that America is complaining loudly about in an exaggerated military/political effort to distract from Joe Biden’s many failings. We find that the Americans are telling whopping lies about alleged troop buildups on the Russian side of the border with the Luhansk People’s Republic and the Donetsk People’s Republic, both of which are under seige and enduring shelling and mass murder of civilians by American surrogate, Ukraine,” she said.

“Most Americans cannot find Canada on a map, let alone the Russian Federation or Ukraine, hence it is easy for Joe Biden’s administration to tell lies, something he does often. Mr. Biden is a dishonest man and consummate American politician. His lies could result in nuclear war which is what some Republican Senators seem to be demanding,” she added.

“It is strange that Joe Biden is dancing to the Republican Party war drums.”

The 75th anniversary of the start of Russia’s atomic era saw this classified video being released. Reuters reported in 2020 that “The hydrogen bomb, which carried the force of 50 million tons of conventional explosives, was detonated in a test in October 1961, 4,000 meters over the remote Novaya Zemlya archipelago above the Arctic Circle.”

“The NPT is a landmark international treaty whose objective is to prevent the spread of nuclear weapons and weapons technology, to promote co-operation in the peaceful uses of nuclear energy and to further the goals of achieving nuclear disarmament and general and complete disarmament.

“The NPT represents the only binding commitment in a multilateral treaty to the goal of nuclear disarmament by the nuclear-weapon States. Opened for signature in 1968, the Treaty entered into force in 1970. The NPT has demonstrated its effectiveness as the cornerstone of the global nuclear disarmament and non-proliferation regime,” said the UN in a statement.

NGO partners seek petition signatures to go to the Tenth NPT Review Conference from 4 to 28 January 2022, to support No First Use, Global Nuclear Disarmament, & Demilitarization of Space.

Why you should sign the petition according to organizers.

“The time has come to take action. The first step is a global ‘No First Use‘ agreement, followed by an agreed methodology for the safe, clean, and staged dismantling of nuclear weaponry on Earth and in space,” explains Katie Alsop, a founding director of The RINJ Foundation.

“During October 2021, American allies including Britain, France and Germany in Europe and Japan and Australia in the Asian Seas region urged  US President Joe Biden not to alter existing US nuclear policy to include a “no first use” declaration. America maintains its “First Strike” policy and is a threat to the world population as it interferes in the lives of most human beings,” she said.

The number of nuclear weapons in the US military’s stockpile stood at 3,750 as of September 30, 2020, according to the data released in mid 2021. At that time, mid-2021, “Increasing the transparency of states’ nuclear stockpiles is important to nonproliferation and disarmament efforts,” is what the USA State Department said in a statement.

“Around China, Russia, Iran, Syria, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Brunei, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Thailand, Japan, Taiwan, Europe,  DPRK, and much of the world, the United States and some of its allies have placed intermediate-range nuclear warhead missiles in hundreds of locations, declaring a policy of “First Strike” if America perceives a country is doing something it does not like,” explains Simon Baldock, an Israeli security analyst.

Responding to this challenge of the White Anglo-Saxon alliance (Five Eyes (FVEY)):

  • China and Russia have massively increased their nuclear arsenals including hypersonic missiles for nuclear weapons delivery, and formed a significant military pact. In 2021, those two nations have held extensive Naval and Air Force joint exercises, every month.
  • Both China and Russia see this first-ever military alliance as powerful leverage in their defence against American hegemony and USA military intrusions into the lives of the people of those two countries.
  • Additionally, China has usurped American military influence in the Asian Seas region by building island military bases in the West Philippines portion of the Asian Seas region and also closer to the Chinese and Vietnam mainland.
  • Responding to this, the US Seventh Fleet practically resides in the Asian Seas region and America has massively increased the nuclear weapons storage, delivery and guidance systems in Guam, the Chagos Islands, Japan, South Korea and in the Philippines. Most of these governments do not know this but the US Defense Secretary Esper made this abundantly clear during the Trump Administration.
  • North Korea has become a nuclear weapons nation possessing an estimated 37 nuclear devices according to women sources in the  DPRK close to the men who run these military services.
  • Iran has significantly advanced its plan for acquisition of nuclear weapons. ( Read “Voices” Peace Proposal for the Middle East.)

Governments considered to be enemies of the White-supremacist group of nations led by the USA, are leading a nuclear arms race which has reached pure madness proportions. Nothing is slowing this down.

NPT party states, in particular the nuclear-weapon-states, must begin to fulfil their obligation under the non-proliferation treaty to undertake negotiations on effective measures leading to nuclear disarmament.

Support ‘No First Use’, Global Nuclear Disarmament’ & ‘Demilitarization of Space’

“Our goal is to promote and achieve global nuclear disarmament and demilitarization of space,” explains Geraldine Frisque, spokesperson for The RINJ Foundation.

“Our method initially, but not exclusively,” explains Ms. Alsop of RINJ Women,  “is to support the UN Secretary General’s  5-Point Plan for nuclear disarmament plus further initiatives members may decide by vote. We shall challenge commitments of political candidates and government representatives on our aims for a more peaceful Earth through a viable and sustainable nuclear disarmament process and the same for the demilitarization of space,” explained the RINJ Women leader.

“Additionally we have organized demonstrations against militarizing of the Asian Seas region,” Ms. Frisque added.

Demilitarize the Asian Seas Disputes in the Asian Seas involve both island and maritime claims within the region of the Asian Seas by several sovereign states, namely Japan, Brunei, the People’s Republic of China (PRC), Taiwan, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Vietnam.
Entering into the fight are warships mainly from the United States, supported by warships from India, Australia, Canada, Britain, France, Germany; and the Philippines in a much smaller capacity.
Supporting the fight against China are an estimated 300 thousand troops from mostly from America and supported by Japan, South Korea and Taiwan.
Additional nuclear warhead ballistic missiles were introduced into the region in 2019 by America according to then Secretary of Defense Mark Esper.
The AUKUS is an Asian Seas initiative, a nuclear submarine project to give to Australia, American and British nuclear technology. It will also facilitate sharing of information in a number of artificial intelligence, underwater warfare systems, and quantum, cyber-, and long-range strike capabilities. Australia’s Scott Morrison said Australia will also enhance its long-range strike capabilities through the purchase of Tomahawk cruise missiles and extended range Joint Air-to-Surface Standoff Missiles.Click image to enlarge.
